The house is beautiful, the very comfortable spaces, Carlos and his lady are very friendly and willing to help in all requirements, as well as Marlene. I would return to the accommodation without hesitation, it was a very fun week and with many pleasant memories.

The facilities and the place are excellent. It's a little farther from the beach than the description says, but it's still close. Excellent staff and good communication. Just a little damp, but nothing that prevents you from staying comfortably. Would come back

Beautiful place! The house is very modern and comfortable. Exactly as shown in the photos. The condominium is very well maintained and quiet. Bianca, the hostess, was super attentive to our inquiries. The only thing to keep in mind is that the shopping center is not so close. Getting to the beach is super convenient.

If I had a house in Búzios, it would be like Alessandro's house. Aconchegante, well decorated, well located and easy to reach the beach. Charming and well-equipped and very comfortable house. Upon arriving we were greeted with gentle mimes, which only reinforce the pleasure of arriving. We love it and we'll be back for sure!

Very well located, next to Rua das Pedras. The view of the bay is a dream. Unfortunately, there is music late into the night on the street.

The stay with Leia was exceptional. Whenever there was any doubt, she responded quickly. The house was very comfortable. It had 1 bathroom with a shower, 2 more bathrooms and another shower on the outside. The amenities were excellent. It had equipment for cooking outside, both a kitchen and a grill. The outdoor furniture was super comfortable (2 armchairs and two Paraguayan hammocks) and with good views, the neighbors were super friendly and cordial. The house can accommodate 6 people inside and outside there is an armchair with a bed underneath. There are several restaurants nearby, the most recommended is Buda, it is about 500 meters from the house, in terms of price quality it is the best.

We were at Sunset Paradise House a week ago and it was really wonderful. It is located in a place with a beautiful view, 5 minutes from downtown by Uber, it has everything you need and Tabitha was an excellent host. I recommend it 100% and would return to this place.

I wanted to say that we love being at Renata's house. They were wonderful days! The place, but mainly the house, has a very special energy, everything is light and very tasteful. The location is undoubtedly the best part, we are close to everything! It was very pleasant and everything went super well, especially Renata, who is a sweet person and a very nice hostess. I want to thank you for everything, we are thinking of returning and we will seek this coziness again. Thank you very much, Renata.

Excellent stay , perfect location for us that was on foot , with place to park car you rent one . I solved the issue of the shower ( claimed several times before), a lot of pressure. I would definitely go back to the same stay on another trip.

The site is actually as described on the listing. All very clean and organized, and perfect for accommodating up to 05 people. Alvaro is a great host, always available to help us and ask questions. The neighborhood is a residential, quiet neighborhood with a good variety of commerce. It is far from the beaches but very easy access to locomotion with the vans that circulate throughout the city. Parking is available in the host store and the car can only be stored in the period from 8pm to 7:30. The rest of the day the car is on the street. But I saw no problem with it, since the neighborhood is very quiet. We recommend with your eyes closed.

Super considerate host and requests. The hosting is very cozy, clean, all new and working perfectly. I highly recommend it and want to come back more often. 🥰

The apartment is exactly the same as the photos, the only thing that changed (for the better) is the refrigerator which is a great commune. It is super well located, a few blocks from Rua das Pedras and several beaches; and almost on the main avenue where all the vans pass. Leonardo welcomed us very well despite arriving at 1 in the morning (flight was delayed) and both he and his mother were always attentive to us missing anything. I definitely 100% recommend staying here!

Dudu was awesome!! Everything was clean and impeccable. From check-in to checkout, he was always available to assist us. The house is spacious and comfortable, it is located in a quiet area, with several spaces designed to enjoy the gallery overlooking the sea and with beautiful windows, a very recommended place, 25 or 30 minutes from the area of the main beaches and Rua das stones but if you go by car it is not a problem. The only thing we would have liked if the showers had a little more strength and we lack a microwave and an electric pond inside the equipment, the rest is very good place and highly recommended, we would come back without a doubt, and very good care of Kesia and Renata de Espaco Reis.

excellent apartment, air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, bed and bath linens, full kitchen with utensils, very family atmosphere, I felt at home, there is a barbecue and a hydro at the top, I have nothing to complain about, we liked it so much that we will come back at another time
