The house is charming! The ideal place to relax: quiet place, very clean, well decorated and structured house. Near the house there is a market with bakery (you can walk). The communication with Gustavo was very fluid and when we stayed, a gold team helped us with small details: Romário, Vânia and his mother (who is an excellent cook). We only have to thank and we hope to return next year!

Excellent location, always quick to respond and spacious

We loved the apartment, very nice view, very complete, everything it offered, the beautiful pool. We had a problem, but we were able to solve it with the owner of the place who was complaining about some scratches on the TVs. I am convinced that we didn't do it because we hadn't even plugged in the one in the room because we didn't use it. But then, luckily, she was able to find out that it had been another guest or the cleaning staff. And I was more relaxed. The only thing to add is that the location is wrong on Google Maps. When you put the address, it marks it in the center of Rua das Pedras, and it's almost at Praia dos Osos. It happened when I arrived and when I called the Uber to take us. Maybe we should fix that. After all, incredible! The attention, the The location, the view, and the equipment that the place has is super complete, nothing is missing.

The house is spectacular, very well located and fully reflects with the photos. The house was clean and well taken care of. Very well equipped. Mariana is out of the curve, super attentive, resolves everything immediately. I recommend.

Lily's house is beautiful, with a unique decor that makes you stop in every corner to observe the details. The house is very comfortable, with the master bedroom on the top floor of the main house, and the other three bedrooms are located in the lower part of the land, having a lot of privacy. It's like three apartments, very comfortable. A beautiful view in all rooms. I recommend for large families or trip with friends. It is necessary to have a car, as the house is in a nose and in my opinion, you have to go by car to the beaches. Many thanks Lily!

Excellent location, just a few steps from the beach, and a beautiful view. Large, spacious and clean house. The pool is smaller than what you see in the photos but enough to cool off. Carlos is always attentive and asking about our needs. We would come back anyways.

Clean, well organized. Beds were comfortable. Info on how to use electric showers would have been good; especially to know that without rubber flooring you should wear rubber flip-flops in the shower, at least from info we received when we looked online, and also how to regulate the shower temperature. Also, since we were in a hotel prior that has hair dryers supplied that would have been a nice addition as I did not have one. Loved the private bathrooms with each room, plus a half bath on the main floor. Enjoyed the upstairs balcony with lounge chairs etc. Overall a very nice stay.

Place is outstanding. We go to Buzios 3+ times/yr from San Diego for 25 years. Had been renting another home nearby this one (since the views anywhere on the mountain/hill ridges here and above Praia Joao Fernandez are best in Buzios, IMHO) & want to have another "go to" home so we decided to try Poul's. We'll be back!! Noteworthy about this home (if you're American and worried about safety -- welll, as Americans frequently are) is that it's in a 6-home "closed condominium" . . meaning a 'secure-code gated community'. The word "condominium" does NOT translate in Brazilian portuguese to the the American "condominium" (which means an "apartment(s)" in Amer. english. So don't be confused when seeing that word here. Means 'gated community'. So if safety is an issue for you (and frankly it shouldn't be) then this home being in a "gated community" is great. Also the 6-home pool ajoins Poul's villa so it feels like it's "yours" & plenty big enough for early laps & exercise (biggest + !!)

My family and I spent 8 days there. The view was incredible. We did lots of walks and stayed outside just admiring the surrounding! The hots were amazing and responded almost immediately! We definitely recommend this place!

Wow wow wow. What a beautiful home to stay in. The view is unreal. I enjoyed staying here very much. The big perk is you can walk to all the local restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

From start to finish this was a fantastic getaway. Being from the US my group was nervous staying in an Airbnb in an area of Brazil we weren’t familiar with. Kai and his team went out of his way to ensure the house was up to our expectations and we had adequate recommendations (which were our standout experiences). The site is very well equipped and everything was clean. My family and I love the house. Bruna was flexible at the time of entry and one thing or another that was missing she helped.

She was a sister who stayed. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and well located. Flavio, always attentive to our needs, allowed us to enter before the scheduled time and also allowed us to leave a while after the check-out time. The concierge staff is excellent and very attentive. A highly recommended place.

Our stay was spectacular. We were 8 adults and the functionality of the house is as described in the listing. Undoubtedly the house of Maceis will be inside the options if we return to Búzios. Anderson the caretaker was very friendly and friendly and Dulcinea was too.

Alexia's home is absolutely wonderful and for me it was chosen especially to spend my 30th birthday because it is so special. Alexia was an excellent host and went out of her way, having helped me that this reservation happened even when the house was no longer available on Airbnb, she went out of it, so I really appreciate it! The village was always quick to respond and gave lots of great suggestions! The sea view and sunset are priceless, the way to the turtle beach, the proximity to the center of Búzios but at the same time being located in a quiet area, I found it wonderful. The decoration and the utmost taste make the house undoubtedly special and irreverent. A site with lots of nature and art. The only negative point are the mosquitoes, but nothing that a good repellent and candles do not solve, so I advise you to get prepared with that. Tirando this all was amazing, super recommend and hope to return one day!

Excellent stay. Everything as per the pictures and descriptions. Diana responded quickly, nothing was missing, everything was ok. Maneuvering the car into the garage is complicated if the car is large, but we were able to leave it at the entrance to the garage, so there were no problems. In the worst case, the street is very quiet, so there are no problems with staying there either. Tucuns is very peaceful, the only thing is that the sea is more drawn because it is open sea, but it guarantees an excellent quietness. recommend the stay.
