Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Praia do Lázaro

We spent a very pleasant family weekend in the house. As I had read here, it is even better than the photos. The location is excellent, not too far away, within a quiet and safe house condominium. It is steps from Lazaro beach, great for children for being shallow and with few waves (we saw even fish on the right side of it). We also know the Domingas Dias beach, the condominium gives access to it too, it was well worth it. The house has all structure, air-conditioned rooms, gourmet area equipped and comfortable. Alexandre was proactive, kind, flexible with checkin and checkout and very quick to answer. We will definitely return.

I went to celebrate my birthday with 5 more friends. The house is beautiful and very cozy, has all the necessary utensils in the kitchen and rooms. Host Cris quickly responds to messages. I'll definitely come back more often!

A house that exceeded all our expectations. We were a group of 12 (6 couples), the house served us perfectly, the swimming pool is a show apart, the house has an impeccable cleaning and a beautiful garden very well taken care of. In the kitchen has all the utensils for cooking, you don't have to take anything. All rooms are suites with single bed, no double bed in the house; because it is not a box bed, it is bad to put together and make a double bed. The gas showers provided us with great baths. The house is a street of the house in a quiet and safe condominium. Highlight for Ricardo's attention that was spectacular. I wish for good rentals and hope to stay with you again!

The house is very nice and comfortable, it looks the same as the photos and descriptions posted. Very friendly and helpful Thiago. It's a place to go with a car because it's a little far away. The neighborhood beach is beautiful.

What a wonderful experience to spend the weekend at the house! My boyfriend and I were very well received by Flavia and her husband, a very nice couple, and Flavia made sure to help us with anything we needed. The house is breathtakingly beautiful and with a lot of attention to detail in the decoration. It feels like a family home. The bedroom and bathtub upstairs were a great plus and we were very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was sensational and being able to hear the waves breaking from the house was priceless! We highly recommend staying at this house and we will definitely return to take the family with us.

8 days immersed in nature with comfort and safety! 10-star rating for the cleanliness of the house: for sheets/towels/blankets and new covers (we used them!)/kitchen utensils/deck/outdoor and indoor space... The view is incredible (from everywhere in the house!), the house is much better than in the photos, it has a unique and cozy decor! We cooked (it has everything!), we barbecued, we ordered delivery (recommended by Fabio), we had the presence of all the birds in the photos, toucan, squirrel... enjoying nature and the immensity of the sea from the deck is divine! Excellent wifi (we worked in meetings at one point, all 4 of us, and the Internet worked perfectly!). Fabio was always very present for any need (we spent beautiful days!) his prior guidance is essential: we used all the recommended paths to the beach (the walk is worth every minute), we went to the island in front, we played dominoes/bingo (which were available in the house), we used frescobol/beach chair/his sun guard! wait for us Fabio! we'll be back!

I and my family loved the stay. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. Very beautiful, by the way. Everything was clean and organized. The location is good, you can walk quietly down to the beach. In addition, Lara's service was the differential. We're always kind and ready to help. We want to go back!

I loved the days we spent in São Sebastião, it was wonderful the experience from the beginning to the end, very requested and attentive host ( Mr. Douglas) We use the pool space in common, very good, location is great with good trade structure, easy access to beaches, we want to return! Very attentive Francisco, helped us in everything that was needed. Apartamento is exactly as described, all very clean and organized. The Rooftop Pool Really Tasty! Excellent barbecue as well as TV in the gourmet area and in the living room ! Super recommend !

The place is exactly like in the pictures! It is located between Cunha-SP and Paraty-RJ and we take the opportunity to know both places. Despite the rain, we enjoy a lot, we will be back soon!

Great stay, it has a shadowy dog yard. The condo is very nice. I recommend it .

The dream house is truly a dream. It was two amazing nights. The rooms have a breathtaking view, the house has an affectionate decoration. Martha was very helpful and always responded very quickly. We hired a cook who helped us over the weekend and made the stay even more comfortable. The waterfalls are very close to the house and Paraty is only 15 minutes away. The pool was at a great temperature! We were able to enjoy the water even with 22 degrees of outside temperature.

The house is beautiful, surrounded by nature and super well equipped. The house keepers were super helpful. Me and my family spent quite a lot of time by the pool, enjoying the garden. We had a bbq, used the sauna and really enjoyed our time there overall. Many trips to the beach and local waterfalls were also a highlight

The accommodation was simply wonderful! The house is beautiful, very well cared for and extremely clean. The kitchen is super-equipped, with all the utensils we can imagine — perfect for those who like to cook. The towels were smelly and soft, and the mattress and pillows super comfortable, with clean, fragrant sheets. And the view… what a spectacle! You can notice the affection and the whim in every detail. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

The house is spectacular! The location then, there is no talk! It would be impossible to have more feet in the sand than that. Quality towels and bedding, pressurized showers, all extremely clean, airy house with wonderful architecture. Fábio (the local caretaker) and Kellen, welcomed us very well, cooked wonderful dishes for us, Manoel Carlos' soap opera breakfasts, caipirinhas, pizza, fish, portions on the beach, cooler with ice, went to the market, ordered iFood… seriously… the service was surreal. I also extend a special thank you to Kimberly, who took care of the cleaning and won over the young children in the group by being so attentive to them. All very friendly and proactive! We left already wanting to go back!! I highly recommend it, but get ready to raise the bar of the Airbnbs you frequent lol

We love our stay, the house is much more beautiful and large than appears in the photos! The house is comfortable, very clean, has many utensils, and every decor and view of the house is amazing! Chris and the homemade Adri were super polite and solicited! We love so much, we hope to be able to return soon!

Gorgeous house, very close to the beach, so it means if you are a family with children you can easily come and go without a car. Very well equipped for cooking also! Great experience!

Great stay the house is better than what it looks in the pictures, the place is wonderful and the view is perfect. It has great beach options I particularly as I was with a small child I preferred the quieter Camburi and Praia da Baleia, simply perfect is very close by car. The beach that is in front of the Condominium is also very clean and beautiful but the sea is much more busy. The house is very spacious and the environments are very nice, even on the day it rained, we had a very nice day. The house is very well furnished and spacious. Ah and hot tub is a detail apart, top!!! Robson was so kind and flexible, so we were able to enjoy it until the last day, I recommend and plan to come back in a new opportunity…

The house is great, beautifully decorated and tasteful. Who has reduced mobility may have difficulty climbing stairs because it was built in levels. We loved the rooms, had two kitchens but we used the bottom where the barbecue is, a cooktop stove with an amazing marble table, had fun for everyone - a game and a pinball table that the class loved. Ali is the high point of the house, which gives access to the pool and is quite spacious. Communication was great, Alexandre was always very clear in his instructions and there we saw the care he had with the house. Everyone loved the house, it was worth it to go. Thank you Alexandre.
