The house was in excellent condition inside a peaceful condomínio. The spaces are just as described and every part of the house is in good condition. It is worth renting a car to stay in this area as there are not many things to do within walking distance.

Super excellent! Tati and Stan are 100% super hosts. They both went above and beyond to ensure that they provided the maximum level of value and comfort, from introducing me to the community, to buying me pastries & bringing me bananas from the yard, to giving me money saving tips. Highly recommended!

Terezinha is simply the best host we have ever had(myself and my husband), she, her husband Anderson and son Wilson received us mega super well and made us very happy. The Kitnet is perfect. The pool is wonderful! Quiet and quiet place, secure parking. All super good. Yesterday we met two more of her children, Davi and Lucas and both also super receptive and friendly with us. It was really the best hosting we ever had in Florianópolis. We recommend with your eyes closed.

We left Quinta extremely marvellous! It was a 1 week stay and I can say for sure, 1 week of peace! The place is extremely cozy, clean, beautiful and of an incredible vibe, not to mention the extreme hospitality that Cristina gave us. My tip for the next guests is: talk more with Cristina in addition to check-in or checkout, you will feel all the hospitality that my wife and I feel, in addition to receiving many tips of what to do on the island. Without a doubt we will repeat our stay on our next vacation. AMAZING 🙏🏽🍀♥️
