Bacana, good condominium and well-structured, clean and organized apartment, plus spacious. Some leaks in the bathroom and refrigerator, and a small problem with the hairdryer, but nothing that hindered the trip.

The stay was excellent! The apartment is super organized, as is the whole condominium. The kitchen is well equipped, with a great variety of utensils and appliances, which made our everyday life much easier. We always had a parking space available, which was a very positive point. The leisure area is amazing, with several swimming pools of different depths, even though it is not heated. The condominium condominium transmits a lot of security and the location is great, with pharmacy, market and other nearby shops. Hosts were very attentive throughout their stay. It would surely return!

Amazing place for those who want to rest with the family. Clean place, we had no access difficulties. The shared laundry room and the non-use of speakers help the general well-being. This house is such a special location, we loved staying in this architectural gem! The glass fronts offer stunning views over the sea, you are surrounded by the jungle-like nature and animals. The beaches nearby are absolutely stunning, just note that the food options in walkable distance are closed at night. We had a really wonderful, relaxed and quite time in Felix, exploring the neighborhood, surfing, hanging by the beach and of course enjoying our livingroom views! Also communication with the hosts was super smooth and quick and check-in was very easy, would 100% recommend staying here!

The house is beautiful, comfortable, very cozy, the jacuzzi is wonderful, Luciana was very quick and kind when we had problems with the safe and the check-in and check-out times, everything was wonderful. We'll be back for sure

We loved the place. Speaking of location, it is close to Guarani Street, you can walk there and it is close to the beach, if you want to go there. It is 20/30 minutes from the beaches I like to go to the most, Lázaro, Enseada, Félix... About the apartment, super clean, with all the necessary kitchen utensils, with air conditioning, a super nice balcony and a comfortable bed! We spent 5 days. The WiFi works really well, and so does the Smart TV for watching a series. The pool on the top floor is very cozy and wonderful for relaxing after a day at the beach. In short, we will definitely return.
