Access by paved and lighted street; the balcony and bathroom have panoramic views of the beach, mountains and forest. Street access is unique, but access to the apartment is independent, with its own keys. It is 400 meters to the Historic Center and beaches, I always recommend walking, the streets are safe and it is close to everything. New facilities, decorated by an architect; each apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, balcony and pantry with MO, minibar and the necessary items for breakfast or snack. Parking for two medium-sized cars.

The only shared areas are the swimming pool and garage (1 space) For those coming by bus, the bus station is nearby. The kitnet is on the 2nd floor, accessed via a Santo Dumont-style wooden staircase

Connect to rest in this peaceful and centrally-located place. Casa Sol is a delight! Beautiful, airy, lovingly planned down to the smallest detail. The spacious and airy en-suite has a king-size bed and a single bed. The full bathroom is spacious and comfortable. C&S - Vivendas do Mar - Golfinho Flat

Flat Golfinho, a nice little place. For those of you who will come to Paraty with your family or friends, I have the best option for your stay. Complete apartment with all the necessary infrastructure for a good reservation. Walk around the city. We are 350 meters from Jabaquara Beach, close to a grocery store, bar, restaurants, snack bars and general commerce. Vivendas do Mar is very close to the historic center, about a 20-minute walk. Come be happy!
