Holiday rentals with lake access in Praia do Pontal

Ja knew Paraty, but being greeted by Gustavo and Elaine was actually very good. Local people from the start have been great hosts. The house is even better than the description, very clean, no infiltration, well-equipped, etc. The region of the house is amazing, very preserved, with nearby tourist spots and a view that would not be able to be recorded in a photo. The only fear was reports of power outage, but it is something that happens in general throughout the region, including in the center of Paraty, and we have no more than 10 minutes without power. Note 1000.

It was the second time we came and once again it was all good.... we love the shipyard beach, quiet, calm waves for children, a place surrounded by nature, and the cottage with everything we need for a quiet stay... we will definitely return because it has become our favorite. It has everything we like and look for.

The place was what we expected for a house in the forest that was what we wanted, we made the way with a baby lap (1.8years)that was not a problem for us. We even let him turn on the trail by himself. The waterfalls are close to the house 5 min and the beach is about 15 min walk. If the intention is to stay in a more isolated place in the middle of nature this is the place. The access difficulties exist as is natural from a place like this but worth it for sure. Always kind hosts have provided us with a great stay. Thank you.

Mr. José received us in an impeccable way, with clear instructions, tips given in advance and the place was so welcoming! All very clean, pleasant and cozy.. we will come back more often. Another important point for us was the location, close to all the senses of the city: Paraty Mirim, Historic Center, Trindade. Very good!

The stay at Diogo's house was excellent. We loved our visit to Paraty. The house is very well located and close to everything. We felt at home.

We were very welcome by Silvia and Pela Ezequiel. The accommodation is wonderful, with the sound of the sea to the bottom and views of it and the forest. The Itanema beach is beautiful and secluded, being ideal for those who want privacy and tranquility.

The house manages to be even more beautiful in person! We had an easy time arriving at the house with Aline's instructions, we arrived the night and it was quiet. It has a lot of blankets because it's really cold at night. The kitchen is well equipped and I felt at home being able to cook and barbecue at the balcony barbecue. The jacuzzi is wonderful we use it every night and our 2 year old daughter loved it! Clean bathrooms, hot showers. At the back of the house there is a land that we can access with a river that makes a very tasty noise and the view is beautiful. We went to the river to see close but I recommend going with repellents because the mosquitoes attack (inside the house not). It has a smart tv with several channels and the internet works very well. The only negative point that it is not the fault of the hostess is that in the same deserted street there are many cars and motorcycles at night (people traveling), so there is noise, but nothing that is serious. We would definitely go back to the house! Very perfect!

Wonderful cottage, very helpful and kind hostess. Easy access to the city of Paraty! A complete house, perfect for resting and spending pleasant moments. We love the place so much!

We went to have a family break! Flat is within a hotel where we have access to its leisure areas ( swimming pool, fitness center, restaurants …) It is well equipped, pleasant and clean, has air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen area has a microwave, minibar and basic utensils ( dishes, cutlery and glasses)! I'd like to bring bottles of mineral water if you don't want to drink it at the hotel! The place is beautiful, with an extensive green area and access to a private beach through a ferry that the hotel offers, ideal for those who are looking to rest and get out of the bustle of everyday life.

It was one of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in the area. The village met exactly what we wanted and the images match the listing. Quiet, quiet place! A Bruna very proactive in assisting us and her mother welcomed us very well. Also, we enjoyed and tasted the pizza that her mother makes. A delight! As for the location, it is exactly according to the distance described in the listing. I drove by car with my husband, so we had no problems getting around, but for those who go without it I believe it is more complicated.

The pictures do not live up to this incredible lodging, by the river, ours what a magical place. Not to mention welcoming, cheese bread and coffee mineiro, cê beast sô, bão dimais! Thank you Romulo for the hospitality 🙏🏼

The house is ideal for those looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Location is great as the house is close to the main sights of Paraty for those who are by car or motorcycle. Henrique is a great host, super responsive and attentive, and didn't miss anything. If you are looking for a comfortable and quiet stay in Paraty this is the best choice.

The place and as in the photos, Ícaro received us super well and was punctual in the delivery of the keys the house is a charm to feel at home , a quiet place and quite nature which brings all the charm and warmth, the house was very clean, spacious bathroom very brightly lit with natural light and ventilation the kitchen met my expectations I was able to cook and be super comfortable really were days of a lot of rest we enjoyed, it was an amazing experience for sure we will return the house is a charming charm the condominium is charming which makes all difference is a safe and familiar place and very well taken care by super indicated if there were ten stars I would give the ten for what it super deserves.

We had days of great peace and quiet in Casinha Vermelha! It was our second time in the little house, which is even more comfortable and cozy. When you arrive you already find several treats left by the host, making the stay perfect! Mimos even for our little dog! The breakfast basket made by Aninha, with local produce, is a delight, very plentiful. Sail worth ordering! We realize that everything is done with great affection and care! And Virginia's guidelines are perfect! We miss it already!

Paraíso em Cunha lives up to its name, but what surprised us most was the welcome from Virginia, Wagner, Manezão and Aninha, owners and caretakers respectively. From the first contact, we already felt the good energy of Virginia: friendliness, joy, availability and goodwill to satisfy us and make us feel as comfortable as possible. The photos match reality, but in person it's a thousand times cooler! Very well-equipped house and leaves nothing to be desired. Not to mention the furniture, objects, dinnerware, glasses, cups, bath and bedding sets, etc., all of extremely good taste. Breakfast, prepared by Aninha, is very worthwhile: Fresh milk taken from the cow, free-range eggs with a very yellow yolk, cheese bread that I have never eaten better… Everything is delicious! Manezão and Aninha are wonderful human beings with GIANT hearts. Great to “chat” and very dear too. What an amazing experience we had there! Thank you, Virginia, Wagner, Aninha and Manezão, great hosts!

The cottage is charming! Super Comfortable bed, small kitchen, but catering for quick meals! For us, the strong point is a view of the mountains of the mountains of the sea... simply incredible, and there was a nice arrangement of flowers in the chale (bamboo orchidea). To see that they are very well aware of the space, the landscaping of the property is beautiful. To be in the midst of nature, it is good to take repellent, the pernilongs make the party. We had a power outage in 2 nights, but Ursula had already warned us (we are far from the center), on the first night a heavy rain ended around 9 p.m., and returned at dawn. Your sister-in-law brought some candles.. There's a pond with ducks they are docile and wait for food, rsrsrs. It was an amazing experience, Ursula responds quickly, it was all quiet!

This was propably one of the amazing stays we had since the beginning of our travel. The house was neat and clean and felt so cosy. The waterfall was a huge bonus for our family as we spent all of our time in the water.

I will definitely stay in the same location again. clean, spacious, comfortable, well located environment (few minutes by car/motorcycle from downtown Trindade and Paraty). Extremely safe and quiet place, for those who seek peace and quiet will certainly not regret it. Vando (owner) is without comment... super helpful, friendly, helpful and polite... I made this motorcycle trip with his wife to have time alone in a quiet place, to enjoy the day (beaches and waterfalls), and that we could have a quiet night in a quiet place... and that's exactly what I found. i will definitely return at the next opportunity. I recommend it.

The people who manage the accommodation, who are nearby, are very attentive, always available. The accommodation is secluded and therefore ideal for people seeking tranquility. If you like nature you will have the view of the hills, the song of the birds, the managers' dog who is very affectionate, with the possibility of making a fire in the fireplace to warm up a cooler evening. It's a really relaxing area 15 minutes from the center of Paraty with its many activities to do and beautiful beaches.

Sítio do Patacho is a place with animals - horse, pig, chicken, dog, etc. The leisure areas are very good, including a swimming pool, wood-burning sauna (easy to connect), game room with pool, foosball and ping-pong, as well as a space with barbecue, stove and wood oven The house is very comfortable, good bedrooms, lots of bathrooms and a huge balcony. The infrastructure is excellent (for example TV with streaming) and the well-equipped kitchen. Great preparation is noted to welcome guests and care in the maintenance and cleaning of the house, for example, the crockery and glassware are stored in plastic boxes. The place has a homemade that is very helpful that sits in a house next to the main house. The location is very good, it's only ~3Km of dirt road to the asphalt road that connects Cunha to Paraty, very close to attractions like Pedra da Marcela. In short, the site is a great place to stay with family or friends.
