Holiday rentals with beach access in Praia do Prumirim

Our first time in Ubatuba and the choice of location exceeded expectations, especially in terms of location (the beach, although not for bathers, is spectacular and super close to other quieter ones). Si was very helpful, a dear. We were very well received and the house had exactly the structure we were looking for to go with a 9-month-old baby: simple, comfortable and super clean!

The apartment is a cutie, super well decorated, quiet and well lit! When we arrived the apartment was super clean, which for us is something fundamental! Congratulations to Flávio!

The stay was wonderful. The space was cozy and very nicely decorated. The location was perfect, with great leisure options and restaurants nearby. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. I highly recommend it for those looking for a place to stay with comfort and charm. The service was impeccable and very safe. I loved it. I will definitely be back! In addition, the cleanliness and organization of the space were impeccable, which made me feel at home. It was a wonderful experience.

Mariana's attention was excellent, always proactive and asking if we were comfortable and if we needed anything. In the apartment there was a catalogue with indications of bakeries, restaurants and city tours, very good even. The place super clean, caretaker was very good people. The location is good, too. Very close to the beach which made it easy to enjoy until the last minute. Surely I would be staying in the place again.

The accommodation is excellent and Laércio's service is perfect! Well equipped and cozy apartment. Even a first aid kit is available. That's what it means to think about the customer. We only have to praise! Amazing accommodation, the neighborhood is quiet, and it is close to the center. The location is great for getting to know the beaches of both the South and the North. The studio is complete, clean and VERY cozy, we even had pain in the heart of leaving. The Vinicius host is very helpful and we would respond super quickly to any questions. One of the best trips we made as a family, house is large and has everything you need for a good stay, differential for dryer, the women loved rsrs. Newton has always been helpful when we need it. For those who want peace and contact with nature this is the place, the house is almost foot in the sand, just take a triple through the woods in the backyard and be happy! 🌊🙌🏻

My stay is always perfect

This house is such a special location, we loved staying in this architectural gem! The glass fronts offer stunning views over the sea, you are surrounded by the jungle-like nature and animals. The beaches nearby are absolutely stunning, just note that the food options in walkable distance are closed at night. We had a really wonderful, relaxed and quite time in Felix, exploring the neighborhood, surfing, hanging by the beach and of course enjoying our livingroom views! Also communication with the hosts was super smooth and quick and check-in was very easy, would 100% recommend staying here!

We loved our stay in this paradise on earth. The house is perfect for those who want to sleep and wake up to the sound of the sea. Indescribable feeling of peace and comfort, because the bed, bedding, pillows, towels, everything was very clean and of high quality. The details that make the difference in a stay. Check-in without any problems, super easy to find and communicate, really impeccable!! I'm already getting ready to go back. If you love nature, this is the place!

Refuge is sensational, you experience a part of the world and nature that you normally only see in movies and soap operas. The kitchen is excellent, the deck, garden, the bedrooms, the whole surroundings. I hope to return soon.

8 days immersed in nature with comfort and safety! 10-star rating for the cleanliness of the house: for sheets/towels/blankets and new covers (we used them!)/kitchen utensils/deck/outdoor and indoor space... The view is incredible (from everywhere in the house!), the house is much better than in the photos, it has a unique and cozy decor! We cooked (it has everything!), we barbecued, we ordered delivery (recommended by Fabio), we had the presence of all the birds in the photos, toucan, squirrel... enjoying nature and the immensity of the sea from the deck is divine! Excellent wifi (we worked in meetings at one point, all 4 of us, and the Internet worked perfectly!). Fabio was always very present for any need (we spent beautiful days!) his prior guidance is essential: we used all the recommended paths to the beach (the walk is worth every minute), we went to the island in front, we played dominoes/bingo (which were available in the house), we used frescobol/beach chair/his sun guard! wait for us Fabio! we'll be back!

Wonderful apartment and condominium. Complete with gym, sauna, rooftop pool with a gorgeous look. Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Mall ribeira shopping mall that has everything you can imagine. There are boat tours that come out of the river sack and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro

Ahh, we love Dora's little corner! No one wanted to leave... What a wonderful view, it exceeded my expectations! Clean environment, clean, everything very well taken care of. We want to return for sure!

Cristiano super kind and request. Super easy to talk to and always on the phone. I had a health problem and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point in the apartment is the mattresses and sofas, which are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)
