The accommodation has a great outdoor space. The pool and lawn are large and well maintained. The house is comfortable and was super clean and organized. The kitchen is external and well-equipped. We stay with our dogs and the house is very safe for them, the gate is completely closed with no view of the street, the back of the house that has access to the river has high and reinforced fences. The region where the house is located has no Vivo coverage and, therefore, we had no cell phone signal, but the house's Wi-Fi served us perfectly. We recommend Tassiana's house!

The house is exactly as advertised, equipped kitchen, quiet location and easy access to the beach. Yrana and Cibele were very helpful, always responding quickly and attentively. We went with our pet and were reassured because the house is all fenced and screened.

Wonderful house, impeccable, surprised my expectations in every way. It's all very well organized, comfortable. The house is 5 min from the beach, a paradisiacal place, super quiet . Giovana was super attentive. It was very worth it.

about the chalet: We'll be very sure as the one described in the ad. excellent. Back easy!!! about the location: the chalet is not at the main entrance of the Itamambuca "neighborhood", but the beach is beautiful and the access is easy. we have made the drive for convenience, but there is the possibility of doing it on foot. crossing a little stream over the beach is more deserted and has practically no kiosk structure. it has only 1 ( which I loved). It's a beach much sought after by surfers, so maybe it's not the best choice for swimming.

It was very nice to stay at Selma's place, it was exactly what we were looking for. The house served us super well and is exactly like the photos. We had great moments while we were there. The house is amidst the exuberant nature of the mountains of the sea, surrounded by green and birds. Selma was very helpful and attentive to everything we need during the stay. We had a wonderful experience in this enchanting cottage in the middle of nature! The place is exactly what we were looking for: quiet, welcoming and with incredible energy. The cake cherry was the exclusive access to the waterfall that is just behind the chalet! a true gift from nature, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. The hosts were absolutely amazing: super helpful, considerate and kind from the first contact to the end of their stay. We feel very welcome and welcome. The only observation is about the internet, which is a little unstable, but considering that the chalet is in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, this was already expected and did not even disturb our experience. In fact, it turned out to be a good reason to disconnect from the world and enjoy the present moment even more. I recommend with closed eyes for those seeking rest, nature and a special touch of hospitality!

Great place to stay in Ubatuba! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, very clean, cozy and well equiped. Ideal location for not relying on a car by night to travel to the center of Itaguá, with a wide choice of restaurants and shops. I did not have the opportunity to meet Júlio in person, but I easily checked in with his instructions, which has always been very requested.

Great house!! Valdecir is always available to help with things, very attentive, the house was extremely clean and was just like the photos, the access to the beach is great (just cross the avenue) and there are several things nearby, markets, restaurants, bars and so on. I will definitely come back more times!!!

We love the stay, the Studio has a great location, very close to the beach it has a way to walk smoothly, great swimming pool, the gym spaces, game room are very good too! Our stay at Thais' apartment was great... the apartment was as it appeared in the photos, communication with the hosts was quick and accessible... The location is great, by the sea, with several kiosks and a supermarket nearby… my family and I will stay again..

We spent the extended holiday at Sítio Recanto Fonte Viva and it was just amazing! The place is beautiful, super well taken care of, the pool is wonderful and the surrounding nature climate makes everything even better to relax. But what made all the difference was the homegoers, Viviane and Andrews. The village is too good, super receptive and always willing to help with anything we need. They gave several tips and made us super comfortable at all times. Sure is a place I recommend with my eyes closed and I want to return soon!

Villarejo is undoubtedly an excellent space for rest and connection with nature! Place of indescribable nature! Unique Landscape! Comfortable environments and caretakers are very kind and caring people. Ideal for those who want to spend a period with a large family, like mine... were very pleasant days! The cottage is charming! Super Comfortable bed, small kitchen, but catering for quick meals! For us, the strong point is a view of the mountains of the mountains of the sea... simply incredible, and there was a nice arrangement of flowers in the chale (bamboo orchidea). To see that they are very well aware of the space, the landscaping of the property is beautiful. To be in the midst of nature, it is good to take repellent, the pernilongs make the party. We had a power outage in 2 nights, but Ursula had already warned us (we are far from the center), on the first night a heavy rain ended around 9 p.m., and returned at dawn. Your sister-in-law brought some candles.. There's a pond with ducks they are docile and wait for food, rsrsrs. It was an amazing experience, Ursula responds quickly, it was all quiet!

This was propably one of the amazing stays we had since the beginning of our travel. The house was neat and clean and felt so cosy. The waterfall was a huge bonus for our family as we spent all of our time in the water.

We spent a week at Sitio do França, Pouso Alto. Despite the rain in the first 3 days, the stay was very good. It met our expectations, a place with preserved nature, close to the village of Pouso Alto with access to grocery stores and other necessary products, in addition to enabling good walks. The place produces organic vegetables, which was great, as we are vegetarians. It is worth noting the welcome and attention of the always attentive housekeeper (Jai). Finally, a good experience that is worth repeating.

I will definitely stay in the same location again. clean, spacious, comfortable, well located environment (few minutes by car/motorcycle from downtown Trindade and Paraty). Extremely safe and quiet place, for those who seek peace and quiet will certainly not regret it. Vando (owner) is without comment... super helpful, friendly, helpful and polite... I made this motorcycle trip with his wife to have time alone in a quiet place, to enjoy the day (beaches and waterfalls), and that we could have a quiet night in a quiet place... and that's exactly what I found. i will definitely return at the next opportunity. I recommend it.

The people who manage the accommodation, who are nearby, are very attentive, always available. The accommodation is secluded and therefore ideal for people seeking tranquility. If you like nature you will have the view of the hills, the song of the birds, the managers' dog who is very affectionate, with the possibility of making a fire in the fireplace to warm up a cooler evening. It's a really relaxing area 15 minutes from the center of Paraty with its many activities to do and beautiful beaches.
