the apartment is excellent. The unbeatable area steps from the pedestrian. It is a strategic place to go to the beaches, everything walking. The apartment is very comfortable, both for sleeping, cooking, bathing, being outside, everything is a 10. It would come back more days because the complex is beautiful and the apartment is unbeatable. Caio super attentive for everything. I highly recommend it.

The house is cozy and the location is perfect because it is a quiet place, a cul-de-sac, but very close to Rua das Pedras, which makes it very easy to get around Very attentive hosts, we liked it very much

The Janete home corresponds exactly to the advertised: it has the lean and strictly necessary measures. And it didn't take more than that to provide us with comfort. Additional highlight to the caretaker Jorge, who was extremely friendly. I recommend the place, but I must note (only for those who are not by car): the access to the condominium and the nearby streets have hills that require some breath.

Excellent stay, everything just like in the photos, with a privileged location and very safe. 100% recommended, quick response and attentive to any eventuality, a 10.

Great location, close to all the best beaches. Beautiful house. The upstairs rooms are more comfortable, the bottom room has access via stairs. The electric shower of the lower bedroom was broken but was promptly repaired (resistance change). A Rute that served us is a special and talented person, it was a pleasure to live with her and try her recipes, including a delicious moqueca! I think the space is worth it but do not wait for super luxury, but rather a clean and functional house with an extraordinary view.

The house was perfect with an amazing view! We had a beautiful vacation and could have spend more than the 9 days we were there. The town is only 10 minutes away and has everything. We will definitely come back.

The house is beautiful, the very comfortable spaces, Carlos and his lady are very friendly and willing to help in all requirements, as well as Marlene. I would return to the accommodation without hesitation, it was a very fun week and with many pleasant memories.

We were very well received by Rose! Very attentive and did everything to make us feel at home and promptly responded to our requests. Rose is a 10!! The location of the house is excellent. And we were very lucky because the condominium was empty when we arrived. This meant a lot of tranquility. With the condominium full, I believe we would have less privacy. We had an amazing stay here. The house is beautiful with many rooms and places to hang out. We loved the views of the ocean and ability to walk out onto the beach. The house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood but only a few minute walk to downtown so you get the best of both worlds. The kitchen was also fully equipped which we really enjoyed. Would highly recommend staying here!

Place is outstanding. We go to Buzios 3+ times/yr from San Diego for 25 years. Had been renting another home nearby this one (since the views anywhere on the mountain/hill ridges here and above Praia Joao Fernandez are best in Buzios, IMHO) & want to have another "go to" home so we decided to try Poul's. We'll be back!! Noteworthy about this home (if you're American and worried about safety -- welll, as Americans frequently are) is that it's in a 6-home "closed condominium" . . meaning a 'secure-code gated community'. The word "condominium" does NOT translate in Brazilian portuguese to the the American "condominium" (which means an "apartment(s)" in Amer. english. So don't be confused when seeing that word here. Means 'gated community'. So if safety is an issue for you (and frankly it shouldn't be) then this home being in a "gated community" is great. Also the 6-home pool ajoins Poul's villa so it feels like it's "yours" & plenty big enough for early laps & exercise (biggest + !!)

My family and I spent 8 days there. The view was incredible. We did lots of walks and stayed outside just admiring the surrounding! The hots were amazing and responded almost immediately! We definitely recommend this place!

We had a very nice week in this house. It is located directly on the water, with direct access to the sea. There were 2 kayaks available and a SUP. The restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The house is lovingly furnished. We discovered something different every day. Everything was kept clean by the caretaker couple who were always responsive. Guilherme was very accessible and provided us with valuable information. The handover was on time and easy. Everything is perfect for a relaxing time

we had a very pleasant stay at Miriams home. it is a beautiful complex with 24hour security. You might even get to know the cats in the complex. The home was easy to find and check in was very simple. check out instructions were very simple too. the home was clean and comfortable and had everything you needed for a short or long stay. it is situated in a prime location and walkable to many popular beaches. there are 100s of restaurants around and the boardwalk is pleasant to walk late afternoon. I would highly recommend. Miriam was also very quick to answer our messages which was a relief. thank you for a good stay!

It is a comfortable apartment, with a new kitchen and bathrooms, very complete in kitchen and appliances. It's just as it is in the photos. It is located in a villa-like complex with other properties, atmosphere is cozy in the evenings, it was very quiet and quiet to rest. Giselli takes care of all the details and is an excellent host. The apartment is very hot although it has air conditioners in both bedrooms. Thank you Giselli.

Estadia was much higher than expected. Fátima is an amazing person and the house is an absolute peace. The beach is a few steps away, and yet you have total privacy. A mixture of peace, silence, simplicity and privacy with the proximity of trade and tourist sites. Stable Internet, with no power outages, therefore compatible with those who work remotely. Full kitchen.

She was a sister who stayed. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and well located. Flavio, always attentive to our needs, allowed us to enter before the scheduled time and also allowed us to leave a while after the check-out time. The concierge staff is excellent and very attentive. A highly recommended place.

Great location, clean and organized house, easy communication with the host, very helpful. We only had a problem with the water in the house (water in the cable), but it was solved with the visit of a technician.

At first, we were a bit confused where to enter, but other than that everything was totally fine! It’s the perfect location surrounded by lots of restaurants and bars and close to different beaches. Rua das Pedras is not far either, you can easily walk there within 10-15 minutes along the beach. There is also a small backyard with a table and chairs. The room has a wardrobe, TV, AC, and a small fridge. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, but doesn’t have a door. However, I like the entrance doors as they give a breathable atmosphere. All in all, I would come back here and highly recommend! :) PS: I recommend Praça Jubá right in front of the Airbnb to listen to samba music while having great drinks and food
