All with split air, bed linen and towels. Large room with pool table, TV, fireplace. We recommend a maid. We accept pets. Parking space for 5 cars. High standard.

A casa é muito gostosa. É muito clara e arejada. Nela há 4 amplas suites bem decoradas com ventilador e ar condicionado split. Nas duas suítes com cama Queen há secador de cabelos nos banheiros. Há mezanino com um sofá cama, salas de estar e jantar, uma aconchegante cozinha americana com fogão em forma de ilha, 2 varandas e um terraço que dá para um maravilhoso jardim. São 3 vagas de garagem.O condomínio é maravilhoso! Há uma enorme piscina com deck molhado e raia para natação.
