A casa era óptima, exactamente como descrito e nas fotos. Acolhedora, muito limpa, com tudo o que é necessário para uma óptima estadia, num condomínio fechado, muito calmo, seguro e limpo. Estivemos em família, cozinhámos, inclusive nas churrasqueiras comunitárias disponíveis no condomínio e usufruímos do campo de ténis (aluguer de raquetes à parte) e parquinho infantil. O melhor de tudo era o acesso praticamente direto à piscina que facilitava imenso com as crianças. Tivemos pena de vir embora e já queremos voltar.

Das Appartment ist sehr schön und gemütlich ausgestattet (alles da was man braucht). Die Anlage befindet sich in einer schönen Gegend und ist angenehm ruhig. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, aber man kann problemlos an den Hafen oder Strand laufen. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und haben viel gesehen. João ist ein toller Gastgeber, immer hilfsbereit. Danke.

Gostamos muito e a proximidade com a Rocha e praias foi excelente.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement de Gustavo. Le ménage était fait chaque jour, changement de serviettes... La grande piscine, l'ambiance de l'hôtel très agréable et l'emplacement parfait. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

The pictures don’t do the apartment justice it’s so much nicer! And much bigger than we were expecting. The location is the best in the area it really is right on the beach! Instructions to find the apartment could’ve been more in detail but we did find it after someone else helping us.

We wanted to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary in Praia da Luz and made the perfect choice with Maria's apartment. It was home from home for self catering, starting every day with breakfast on the balcony and ending with an evening meal at the sunlit dining table. The kitchen was equipped with everything you'd need to cook a meal, and even had tupperware so you could pack a picnic.  The location could not have been better, 2 minutes from the beach, the Paraiso and one of the best restaurants in Luz, the A Conche. Our host Maria could not have been kinder, more responsive or more helpful. We arrived on a national holiday, and she went out of her way to find out what shops would be open for us to buy supplies. Every question we had was answered wothin the hour.  We will definitely be back for future anniversaries! 

Maria’s place is amazing. The location is great, near bars and restaurants. A few minutes to the strip, the beach, the grocery stores and the pool. The house itself was very clean and spacious. Washrooms were clean. Kitchen was complete with all you need for cooking and prepping food. Beds, linens and towels smells fresh and not musky. And last but not the least, Maria is very responsive and such a very lovely host.

Great place to stay for a relaxing break. Apartment right next to pool so you don’t need to go looking for sun beds. Inside apartment was clean and has everything you need. Thank you Willem your communication was excellent throughout the whole process.

we have stayed at many apartments at Balaia over the years and MIchels was one of the best. Really lovely position, close to the pool, large garden space and the apartment was so well stocked with all the essentials you would need for a comfortable stay (we stayed a month). Michel was a great and responsive host checking we had arrived and settled in ok. Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely apartment - we hope to stay again soon

Eine absolute Empfehlung ! Wir waren mit zwei Kleinkindern dort. Man lebt zwischen einheimischen und das ist super toll, alle sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zu erwähnen ist der freundliche Vermieter der Wohnung, der uns sogar portugiesischen Teilchen gebracht hat. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht (außer Salz) ;) sogar Handtücher werden gestellt und dass reichlich. Super bequeme Betten und die Wohnung ist klimatisiert, was den Aufenthalt im Sommer sehr erleichtert. Einmal die Woche kommt eine Putzfrau die alles saubermacht und die Bettwäsche wechselt. Kommuniziert wird über einen Messenger wo man immer direkt eine Antwort bekommt. Alles im ganzen sind wir alle sehr zufrieden und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. 😌

Excellent séjour dans un endroit très calme. Tout est parfait : infrastructure, logement, équipements, tranquillité, piscine chauffée,... Je recommande vivement ce logement et cette destination, surtout comme nous l'avons vécu hors saison. Merci à Victoria et à son personnel.

Antonio's place is fantastic. A great location, beach is 5 min stroll away, the pools in the complex are fantastic. The location is quiet with lovely restaurants within walking distance and a supermarket 5mins stroll away also. Antonio was great to respond and helpful with questions on the first day settling in. The apartment is spacious and very clean and comfortable and the area is very safe with 24hr security right across from the apartment. We will definitely be back again!

Es war alles perfekt und sehr sauber. Ich habe morgens am nächsten Tag einen Flug von Faro Airport nehmen müssen. Auch dafür war die Unterkunft perfekt. Ich bin vom Apartment schnell und erholt am Flughafen angekommen.

Heel mooi ruim appartement verdeeld over twee verdiepingen. Twee grote slaapkamers en 2 slaapbanken in de woonkamer. Twee grote badkamers en een iets kleinere badkamer met goed warm water en een fijne douche. In alle kamers goede airco's aanwezig. Complete keuken met voldoende bestek, servies en afwasmachine. Tevens een heel groot terras met vier zonnebedden, zes stoelen en eettafel. Uitzicht op de zee. Heel centraal gelegen bij het strand en uitgaansmogelijkheden. Groot zwembad met veel bedjes. Handdoeken bij het zwembad kun je huren. Supermarkt en restaurants in de buurt.

We had an excellent stay ar Casa Jasmin. The place was as listed. Jasmin was waiting for us for the check-in process, and she showed us all the apartment. There is a close supermarket. Beds were confortable
