Close to the market and bakery. 15 minutes along the waterfront to Rua das Pedras (restaurant area) There are 4 bedrooms (all with air-conditioning) and 3 bathrooms, with 1 parking space. The house is brand new, renovated in December. 3 TVs, all with Sky and Netflix Wi-Fi: Oi Fiber Your small pet is welcome. House with ambient sound system. There is a barbecue in the house.

The house has a swimming pool and private barbecue, full kitchen and deck overlooking the sea. Closed condominium and insurance The charming Village Búzios condominium is located on Praia dos Ossos. Walk to the beaches; dos Ossos, Azeda, Azedinha, João Fernando and more. Stroll along the Orla Bardot to Rua das Pedras without needing a car. Breakfast is sometimes included in the morning.

We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse.
