Close to the market and bakery. 15 minutes along the waterfront to Rua das Pedras (restaurant area) There are 4 bedrooms (all with air-conditioning) and 3 bathrooms, with 1 parking space. The house is brand new, renovated in December. 3 TVs, all with Sky and Netflix Wi-Fi: Oi Fiber Your small pet is welcome. House with ambient sound system. There is a barbecue in the house.

We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. In case of a larger number of people (6 to 8 people), one more en-suite is also available, for a payment of 400 reais per day. All rooms have TV and air-conditioning.
