We have 4 EN-SUITES (all with air-conditioning) and 400Mb Wi-Fi. Living room with Smart TV and pool table. Outdoor area with barbecue, wood-burning oven, ping-pong, shower and parking for 5 cars. Kitchen equipped with oven, stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, air fryer and utensils available. Laundry with washing machine and tank.

We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. A quiet and picturesque place where you will be very close to amazing shops, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and beaches. We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use and on first come first order, but the access street is private without a way out and with a guard.
