Girl's Trip was a success! Beautiful home, comfortable, peaceful, just as described. The sunrise was breathtaking. Fog filled the sky above the lake making it look as if we were up in a plane - floating on clouds. I would suggest bringing a couple additional rolls of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels (depending on how long your stay is). Those items are supplied: one roll TP per bathroom and one roll of paper towels, once those run out, you run out. We were prepared for this as we read the reviews. The water tastes good if you are one that is concerned on that. There is an ice maker in the freezer. The dishwasher has a few pods to run a cycle or two. Washer and dryer worked well and they supplied a few pods for laundry too. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The large windows are incredible. Smart tvs allow you to stream services that you are subscribed too. WiFi worked excellent. Mother Nature showed us her glory with thunderstorms, sunrises, birds, bats and bunnies!!

We loved our stay here! Convenient location, great house, plenty of room for a group or you could do a couples getaway here. We loved the pool and hot tub! I would rebook anytime!

The house was so cute and great for a group of friends! Between the pool and hot tub and the beautiful nature walks it’s all you could ever need for a peaceful vacation! We took full advantage of our time outside! Evenings in were perfect with the open floor plan to all still be together while being across the main floor! Beds were very comfortable and house was very clean! Would absolutely stay here again!!

We totally enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s house. Very comfortable accommodations. Everything we needed was there to enjoy our time at the house. Close to everything fun in Bentonville. Her restaurant recommendations were great. So glad we chose this spot.

Sugar Hollow Retreat at Beaver Lake was absolutely stunning! The views from both decks looked like they should be advertisements for the state. All of the beds were so comfortable, coming home to our beds was a little disappointing. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean to our very picky standards. I was able to communicate easily with the host throughout our stay. The only thing that would have made the stay better was if we could have stayed longer. We are already talking about booking with Wanderlust again for another trip.

Great home for a family or group. Large main floor bedroom with en suite. All other bedrooms are upstairs. Inside the home was very clean and well appointed with lovely decor combining modern elements with fixtures and features true to the history of the home. A unique property. The drive to the home is lovely and we enjoyed evening walks as well as rocking on the front porch. Justin was quick to communicate, and when we made him aware that the coffee pot was broken, he had a new one delivered within an hour.

We enjoyed the heated pool! It made our family trip so enjoyable.

We had a great stay at Michael’s place. The place was well-equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend with our two families including 5 kiddos under 6. Great place for kids! We had fun kayaking and exploring Hobbs state park. Michael was very responsive and gave great recs!

this place was amazing. felt just like home. the decor was adorable and fit the house perfectly! quiet area, literally the cutest house i have ever stayed in. not to mention, my car got stuck and jamie helped me get it out. she went above and beyond for my mother and i. not only is the house beautiful, but so is her heart. would definitely recommend and will absolutely stay here again if ever in the area.

We absolutely loved this house! Felt right at home, very private in a cute little subdivision. We had a blast relaxing in the couch, watching tv, playing ping pong, and playing in the game room. Michael was very proactive with any potential concerns. (Had a small issue with the garage door code, I didn’t think much of it, Michael messaged me and said it was fixed even before I could report it.) Absolutely recommend staying here to anyone!

The house had plenty of room for our group of 15. Bob made sure we could reach him if we needed anything. We loved the house!!!

Great place to stay! Close to downtown Rogers. Perfect stay for our family of four. Hosts were more than accommodating with a welcome basket, clear instructions on departure and plenty of recommendations for things to do. Our family will definitely be back.

Second time staying here for a local trail race. It’s super cute and convenient to all sorts of things to do in Bentonville, Rogers, and the surrounding areas. We will be back again for sure!

This was great overall. The location is excellent and these units are new and well built. A couple of things to think about: 1. As stated in the listing, parking is limited. I had to find street parking one night. Fortunately, I got lucky and there was exactly one spot in front of Black Crown Social. 2. There were concerts at Railyard Live both Friday and Saturday night. The solid construction of these units did an impressive job at muffling most of it and my son and I slept just fine with some white noise playing. For these reasons, the units here may not be for everyone, but they were perfect for our weekend fishing trip.

Absolutely amazing. My family and I traveled from Topeka to Seligman to scout for a photography retreat. There was some noise from a house being built which is out of everyone’s control and Ron was super quick to refund when he didn’t have to! He went out of his way and it was truly amazing. I’d recommend this place to everyone, BUT watch out for deer!

Very quiet and peaceful! Cooked out on the patio and watched wildlife. All of us had a great time. It’s a wonderful place to come back to after being out all day.

Relax Deer!! Definitely lives up to its name. We saw deer every day, even a couple of fawns. The view and sunset were so beautiful. The house was nice and clean. Just know that the living area and game room are on the upper floor and the kitchen is on the lower floor. So expect to go up and down the stairs a lot. The bathrooms were very nice. We enjoyed our family get away for the weekend.

Super cute, updated home in Rogers! We only stayed one night, but we're very comfortable and had everything we needed. Even our dog enjoyed his stay!

This place was so cool. It is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. It is so cozy and relaxing and modern and awesome. We pulled up not knowing how wonderful this little gem was and as we walked in we were extremely happy. Jennifer was so helpful and nice. I had one question and she went above and beyond to help me. This place should be featured in a Netflix movie about itself with me as the narrator. I would talk about it like David Attenborough speaks of nature. The place is a dream and it smells so nice. Highly recommend. We will be back Lord willing and Creed don’t rise.

This house is amazing. I can’t say enough about it. The location is 12-ish minutes from Bentonville and 20 to Rogers. If you enjoy some singletrack, there is a trail literally to the left of the house if you’re looking at it. The deck is super peaceful and you’re surrounded by beautiful trees. Clinton has done an amazing job making sure you don’t feel like you’re missing anything. There’s a great coffee maker, full utensil sets and even plastic, kids’ plates, cups and utensils. There are clear instructions on how to use the amenities (cold plunge, sauna, hot tub). I’m definitely coming back.

We've stayed in vacation rentals around the world, and I must say, this is one of the most well-stocked homes we've ever had the privilege of renting. The house has EVERYTHING you could possibly need, which is helpful considering the location is pretty remote. The home looks exactly as it does in the photos. It was spotless, spacious, and the design was well thought out. The hosts have made sure that every need is anticipated. The views are stupendous! The back deck is so peaceful. Even when it rains, you still have plenty of space to relax in comfort. The outdoor fireplace and blanket storage were especially nice touches. Jen was quick to respond to any question and even volunteered an early check-in when the cleaning crew finished ahead of schedule. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway in the Ozarks, I highly recommend this home.

Got this place for my parents so we could be close by. They loved it and felt right at home. Very comfortable beds, clean and cozy. Nice little backyard as well! They especially liked that they could walk to downtown Rogers in 15 minutes and have everything they needed. There’s even a neighborhood Walmart close by. Very happy overall. Would book again.
