Located in the small village of Vivey, in Haute-Marne, it will offer you peace and nature. Ground floor: Fitted kitchen, living-dining room, laundry , bathroom with separate toilet. Floor: Landing with access to toilet and washbasin, two bedrooms . Exterior: Fenced house with two terraces, a large garden, barbecue and garden furniture.

The Gîte des Prés au Chêne is ideal for those looking to recharge their batteries in a countryside and forest atmosphere, in the heart of the National Forest Park. The atmosphere is also that of the farm since we raise horses there. Our dogs and cats roam freely. Located between the stables and the residential house, the cottage is independent with all the comforts of an apartment.

Quiet house in 1 small village 15 minutes from Langres, its ramparts, its 4 lakes, and its national forest park. Swimming, water activities, walking or biking, walks, fishing, nearby tours. 45 minutes from Dijon. Also ideal for a quiet break, with children, on the way to the holidays.
