Nice small place to stay very close to the Rome airport, only ten minutes away and easy to order a taxi. The place is clean and looks like it does on the pictures. Stunning view! Matteo is very responsive and helped us when we needed him, even if it was late.

Fabrizio is hands down one of the best hosts I've ever had the pleasure to meet on airbnb. His communication is unmatched, and he offers driving services to the port/roma airport, and more. Perfect spot!

Giovanni’s place was absolutely beautiful! The beach view from the garden was stunning! It even has it’s own private access to the beach. The house itself looks way better then the photos. My family of 4 stayed here for a couple of days and worth paying every single penny. The house was clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The port / City center was indeed a 4 min drive from the house, where we had wonderful dinner. Packed with local restaurants to choose from. The only regret I had was we didn’t stay longer. Over all, I give Giovanni’s place a 5 star and would highly recommend this place to other families looking for a place to stay in Anzio. A presto!

L'appartement se situe juste en face d une plage accessible gratuitement dans un quartier calme. Marchande de glace adorable au coin de la rue 😊 Couchage confortable. Cuisine et salle de bain agréable. Compter une grosse heure pour rejoindre le centre de Rome en bus et train. Merci a Roberto pour l'accueil

This is truly a little paradise, we had a wonderful weekend here, the pool is clean and well maintained, the house has all the amenities, the owners are very welcoming and friendly, we will definitely come here again, now this is our favorite place to relax, thank you so much❣️

We had a truly wonderful stay! The apartment is beautifully furnished with great attention to detail – cozy, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The garden is nothing short of paradise – peaceful, lush, and full of charm. Our daughter especially loved watching and even feed the turtles and rabbits – such a lovely surprise that kept her entertained for hours! The hot tub in the garden was the perfect finishing touch – relaxing in it was a highlight of our stay. A special thank you to our incredibly kind and welcoming host Daniele, who made us feel at home from the very first moment. Your hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. Marco sorularimiza her an yanit verdi ve ihtiyacimiz olup olmadigi konusunda devamlı ilgi gosterdi.Konaklamadan cok memnun kaldik,aracimiz olmadigi icin tren istasyonuna yuruyus yaptik, gec saatlerde taksi ile donus yaptik.Taksiler gec saate kadar çalışmıyor ancak ozel taksi servisleri var,konaklamadan once o servislerden birini ayarlarsaniz istasyona gitmek icin daha rahat edersiniz.Bunun disinda,iki alt sokakta deniz kenarinda yuruyus yapip yazin denize girebilirsiniz. Genel olarak bu yeri kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Enrico war sehr zuvorkommend und nett und war stets erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns bei Ihm sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig (warscheinlich auch weil es außerhalb der Saison war). In der Wohnanlage ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das tut dem Wohlfühlfaktor aber keinen Abbruch. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Enricos Pizzaofen ist ein echtes Highlight. Das ist echtes italienisches Lebensgefühl. Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Eine Kleinigkeit hat uns schon etwas gestört. Außerhalb der Wohnanlage und insbesondere der Weg zum Strand und am Strand war es sehr dreckig.. überall lag Müll. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir außerhalb der italienischen Feriensaison dort waren. Die Innenstadt von Rom ist in einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar und wenn man früh da ist, gibt es am Tiber entlang auch viele günstige Parkmöglichkeiten. Danke Enrico für die schönen entspannten zwei Wochen.

The apartment was very spacious, quiet and comfortable :). The kitchen had everything what you need, terrace is huuuge. Gulio is very nice and helpful, responds quickly and put a smile on your face :). He was super helpful with recommendations of restaurants and places to visit. I would consider this place to go one more time when I visit Anzio :). We felt well taken care of there. I recommend!

Dana has been great with us and the villa kinga is a perfect location for relaxing while being walkable from the Anzio beaches. Fully equiped and very clean. +++

Es ist ein wunderhübsches Haus, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es sieht wirklich aus, wie auf den Bildern. Durch die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten konnte man jedes mal wo anders sitzen. Die Betten sind traumhaft und sorgen für sehr gute Erholung. Der Strand ist sehr nahe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We loved Christian’s place. Everything was perfect. The area is vibrant with many quality restaurants nearby. Beautiful views of the sea. Christian was an amazing host, organising things and giving recommendations. His place was clean and comfortable and well stocked. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Ostia. He met us at check-in and check-out which made things easy. He also arranged transfer from train and to airport.

Un piccolo angolo di paradiso al Circeo. Abbiamo vissuto un’esperienza che porteremo nel cuore. La casa è meravigliosa curata nei minimi dettagli, pulitissima, accogliente e con una vista che lascia senza fiato, di quelle che ti fanno fermare a guardare in silenzio. È il posto ideale per staccare davvero, respirare libertà e ritrovare calma immersi nella bellezza 🦋. La posizione è perfetta per esplorare il Circeo, ma anche solo per restare lì, semplicemente, a godersi la pace. Un grazie speciale va all’host: gentilezza rara, presenza attenta ma mai invadente. Ci siamo sentiti accolti, a casa. È uno di quei posti in cui lasci un pezzetto di cuore… e già mentre chiudi la porta, sogni di tornare.

What a terrific experience from the beginning to the end- from a wonderful responsive host to an adorable apartment in a cutie little beach town community of Ostia-that my kids and I fell in love with. Friendly people all around, great food, beech 8 min away by a walk… the apartment is so cozy, beautifully decorated and upkept- I was so happy about the amenities. I am a host too and have so much appreciation for other hosts who go above and beyond for their guests. Thank you Marco!

Romana was incredibly kind and even picked us up from the train station. We enjoyed the stay a lot! The view is simply unbelievable and the art in the house is a collection with calling it a museum! Thanks a lot for sharing that beautiful place with us!

One of the best airbnbs I have stayed at. We had 2 nights here before our cruise. We loved the peaceful surroundings while we got over our jetlag. Having the balcony to relax on with the most amazing view was just what we needed. Lots of great places to walk around and explore. An excellent location before or after your flight. Our family of five spent two days relaxing at this lovely apartment and on the beach after our eventful Rome visit. The apartment is close to the beach. There is a great grocery closeby. Also, numerous eating facilities and restaurants to choose from in the neighborhood and on the beach. The beds were really comfortable, besides a nicely equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom. The cherry on top is a wonderful private terrace above the flat where you can observe the sunset and later the starry nights. Riccardo was really nice and responsive. He even arranged our transfer to the airport. I highly recommend this wonderful apartment.
