My romantic, detached, simple wooden house is away from hectic everyday life, in Prättigau at 1250m with wonderful views of the Grisons mountains. Nearby places are Klosters 30 minutes, Davos 45 minutes, Chur 30 minutes away. The Prättigau is super suitable for hiking and biking. My beloved place is conscious for those guests who are not looking for animation and luxury, but nature. Village shop 10Automin, Berghaus Fideriser Heuberge on 2000 müM with restaurant 20 min. We rent from May-Oct.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti, which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 10min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths right behind the house as well as two good restaurants.
