Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Based on the River Lot you have access to the river, the gardens and the surrounding countryside. You can swim, kayak, fish, hike or cycle from the house. The town of Prayssac is a short 5 minute drive away with a cinema, restaurants, Boulangerie and three supermarkets. Surrounded by vineyards you can visit the local vignobles and treat yourself to the Malbec wines of this region. You can also simply relax and admire the views.

The small gîte

Pretty detached stone house at the end of a small private hamlet in an 8-hectare estate surrounded by nature. The accommodation comprises a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a living room with wood-burning stove and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a private terrace with views over the countryside. Access to the shared swimming pool (without fence or lock) overlooking the meadow and forest for total relaxation. Please note: in July/August, bookings from Saturday to Saturday only.

The Little House on the Prairie

For lovers of calm and nature: a wooden farmhouse located in a nest of greenery 3 km from Puy l'Evêque, a medieval city in the Lot Valley, about 30 km from Cahors and about an hour from Rocamadour, Padirac and St Cirq la Popie (ranked among the most beautiful villages in France). The Church of St Sernin de Cazes was listed as a historical monument on July 9, 2003 and is located 500 meters from our house.
