Tomannsbolig was new in the summer of 2019, it is beautifully located at the fjords edge of Torsnes. The holiday home is fully equipped and has panoramic views of the fjords and mountains. At the house there is an outdoor area with a quay and a small private beach. It is well located for fishing in the fjord. There is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. The whole house consists of two separate apartments, this is one of them and is the largest of them. The smallest unit is located in the front of the house. Jondal is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts.

Veggene er tømmerstokker, og alle gulv er heltre furu gulv med varmekabler. Du kan parkere flere biler gratis på eiendommen og i garasje, og du vil kunne nyte nydelig utsikt over den flotte naturen. Short distance to Jørpeland city centre (10 min walk, 5 min to drive) with all necessary shops available.

Boathouse by the lake in Sokn, Stavanger

The boathouse is brand new and part of the seaside house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a jetty with fishing opportunities. Buildings and furniture are made by the renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the jetty. The boathouse is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the farm has 5 km of hiking trails.
