This 75 m² house with unobstructed views offers a natural and soothing setting 5 minutes from Puy-en-Velay and Polignac. Completely renovated house, outdoor garden with trees and flowers. The winegrower's house includes 2 bedrooms (possibility to lend an inflatable mattress if 3 children or a cot with mattress), a kitchen/dining room, a living room, a bathroom with separate toilet and a laundry room. You will enjoy the outdoors with a terrace, balcony and garden areas.

Gîte in the Ardèche mountains

The cottage is located within our equestrian property, in a small very quiet hamlet in the heart of the Ardeche mountains at 1100 m altitude. You can easily reach, on foot, by bike or on horseback, many hiking trails, but also forests where you will find, depending on the season, raspberries, blueberries, wild strawberries, mushrooms (porcini, chanterelles, etc.). Ideal for family vacations, or simply to recharge your batteries in a peaceful place surrounded by nature.

Gîte la Parenthèse

If you are looking for a place away from it all, in the heart of nature, the Gîte la Parenthèse is for you. This stone-walled building perched at 1300 m altitude will seduce you with its calm and its view of the Monts d'Ardèche plateau. This 50 m2 accommodation adjoining our main house and another cottage is totally private and independent. Finally, its wood-burning stove will warm you in winter, while its altitude and large stone walls will cool you during heat waves.
