Holiday rentals with a patio in Prescott Valley

Beautiful and spacious, even prettier than the photos. Hosts were very responsive. I’m training for a marathon and did a long run from the apartment, and it was perfect. The location couldn’t be better for ease of access to restaurants, shopping and more. Loved the thought put into this stay - like nightstands with outlets for easy charging. Great stay!

Ann was very communicative. The private patio space has a beautiful view where we enjoyed the March snow on the hills. We heard her two dogs at different times throughout our stay. Ann’s place had everything we needed for our stay. We would stay here again.

This was a great spot to stay in Prescott. Close to the downtown area and many places to eat and hang out that are all walkable. Founding fathers collective had great coffee. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed cooking our own breakfast each morning. Tiffany was very responsive when we needed anything. We will definitely be back.

Really liked your place! Great for a short visit. The location was amazing!! I saw part of Prescott, AZ that I didn't know existed. Close to downtown, and also parks and lakes. I would stay here again, and again. Thank you, Joey and Peter

Beautiful views with nice patio to enjoy coffee or wine. Nice small touches like water, coffee available for us. The bed was comfy not too firm. Of course perfect location to walk everywhere. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

The place had everything we needed while I cared for a family member nearby. It was a quiet spot to return to after a long day. I enjoyed sitting under the Mulberry trees while relaxing too!

This was a very well located and cozy place with all the amenities we needed. We loved our stay here. Walked all around downtown and trails and lakes for paddling were very close. Bed was super comfy. Hope to stay here again next time we're in Prescott!

This is our second time staying in this home. It’s just the right size and has thoughtful amenities (bottled water in the fridge, snacks, fully equipped kitchen equipment, nice towels, nice shower, etc).we appreciated their responsiveness and hospitality!

Beautiful place. Jodi was very attentive. The master bedroom was so comfy. The kiddos loved the swings. Thank you. Amazing home and easy walk to the downtown area.

We regularly stay at Airbnb's. For this trip, we were going to be doing a lot of hiking and we brought our dogs. Robert's place was perfect for our four-legged girls. He had toys, a water bowl, and towels, sheets to put on the beds and furniture for shedders,. We used them and ours, for sure :). He has the kind of backyard that our dogs loved to explore. While a tad dated, it is exactly what we expected and liked. This is the true Prescott, after all! The beds were very comfortable, and the HVAC was a welcomed surprise for the June heat. Robert was great at communication and super quick to respond. Easy to get in and out, and a quick 4-5 minute drive to the center of town. He is a true super host. Thank you, Robert!

THIS ADORABLE HOUSE & CASITA WAS PERFECT FOR OUR PURPOSES, COMFOTABLE & CLEAN, CLOSE TO GROCERY, DOWNTOWN, AND MULTIPLE RESTAURANTS - BUT YET QUIET & PRIVATE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This house was perfect for my family. The game room was the highlight for the kids and it really was home away from home. Spencer responded quickly to any questions I had!

I’ve stayed at AirBnBs for 10+ years and we chose to stay here for 5 days during a cross country road trip/move to visit with local family. This has by far been the best AirBnB we have ever stayed at. There is absolutely everything you can think of, high end finishes/touches throughout, and the view is amazing. The host is phenomenally responsive and was at the ready for any questions. I cannot recommend this place enough and we have this bookmarked for future family trips!! Thank you so much!!

Our stay at Prescott Paradise was amazing. It was spacious, very clean, very well organized, had everything we needed for preparing meals, relaxing, game times and enjoying our Cousins Retreat. Although we didn’t have children, the house was well supplied with gear for children. Our host Diane was quick to respond to any questions we had. Thanks Diane, we heartily recommend this place.

2nd time with Melanie. We attended the Reata Pass auction across the street. Convenient for us. Mexican restaurant is always good. We had a little issue and was responded to with in minutes. ALL GOOD

Melanie was an amazing host! It's the cutest little spot & the outside area feels very cost & private too. It's a beautiful building & the decor was really perfect, I stayed in the corner room #3 & enjoyed lunch one day outside in my little private corner patio too... The shower water pressure is excellent & hot. The bed & pillows are like a spa. I stayed 3 nights & it was dreamy! I actually extended my stay adding on the last night after I arrived... It's 5 min or less to the Rodeo grounds, local night life... Quiet at night, you can hear some things during the day... Very nice area. I'll be back for sure!

We had a great time in Prescott. We were able to enjoy the beautiful walk from the airbnb straight to downtown. We felt safe and comfortable while we stayed at Sunny's airbnb. We will definitely book in the future for another great vacation.

Melanie was a great host, and the condo was exactly what we were expecting. In the description, Melanie talked about the possible road noise because the suite we stayed in was right on the road. Since we were out most of the day, it wasn't very disruptive. Plus, the traffic doesn't really start up until about 9:00 am and dies pretty quickly after 9:00 pm. The location was what we were looking for--ever so slightly off the beaten path--we didn't want to be in the heart of downtown Prescott because we're early-to-bed, early-to-rise people and didn't want to risk noisy nights. It's only a 5 minute drive (if that) to downtown. And there's a coffeehouse/cafe within easy walking distance--The Cove that has outstanding coffee!
