Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Presidente Franco

All quiet, without any problem. Quiet neighborhood with a convenience store on the corner, very close. Cozy house with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The garage is not very large, I had to leave the car well against the passenger side to have a corridor and access the house (a renegade) but it was not a problem, just an observation. Very spacious comfortable bed (king size), and good sized bathrooms. Fast internet.

The house met our needs, mainly because it has an equipped kitchen and garage. Marlene is attentive and friendly. Great cost benefit!

Had an amazing stay at Lettice's place. it was very spacious, everyone was about to have their own bathroom. All the furniture was in top condition. She's a very responsive host and even gave recommendations on places to eat. I definitely recommend letting her arrange travel with her father. He was super punctual getting us to different sites and the airport. Plus as an official tour vehicle, we were able to get closer parking at several places.

Tania was proactive with communication and always responded quickly. She provided a recommendation for a driver which we were able to use for airport pickup/drop off, and our trips to the Falls. The driver also was great in helping us cross the Brazil border. During our stay a huge storm went through the town which unfortunately led to a wide spread powercut. This was not a normal storm. However Tania and her husband proactively arranged alternative accommodation at their own cost and were able to drive us there. I wholeheartedly recommend this home. There are also wonderful restaurants in the area.

The house is accessible, has many kitchen utensils, the rooms were very comfortable and the neighborhood is quite quiet and safe.

Wonderful little home just on the edge of town backed up next to the National Park lands. Cynthia was very helpful and accommodating.

We were delighted with the house! The place is simply beautiful, super clean, organized and very well-equipped — all thought out with affection to receive in the best possible way. We love every detail of the stay and will definitely be back! We felt at home from start to finish. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

We went on tours in Foz and the house is very close to the main tourist spots, very easy to get to, to get around, with a market nearby. The house offers basic cooking items, a comfortable space and a lot of privacy. We had an excellent tour and a great stay. I would definitely stay at the same house again. My family had a great experience!!

Brilliant value for money. Absolutely incredible location and property. The centre of town was walkable in 15 minutes and there were plenty of small shops and restaurants for food. Elisa was an incredible communicator and very helpful - always responded quickly with suggestions. The house is incredible and the pool is the star of the show. We had a lovely time here and enjoyed late night swims and dinners outside. There’s a view over the river, the house sits at the edge and it’s very peaceful and quiet. We organised a taxi transfer through Elisa for the airport which worked well. On the way back we got the shuttle bus which felt safe and worked just as well for a cheaper price.

Well-equipped apartment, clean and fragrant bed linen. Very kind host, responds quickly, gave clear instructions on arrival and accommodation. Great value for money.

The stay was perfect. Arriving at the apartment I already felt at home, everything was very clean, fragrant and organized. New furniture and fixtures, air conditioning in the rooms, wonderful shower. Everything was as advertised, and it even exceeded expectations. We went as a group of 5 and had a great time.

The stay exceeded our expectations. The apartment is identical to the ad. Impeccable cleaning and organization. The location is wonderful, very central with everything nearby. The gatekeepers of the building were very kind and helpful. Júlio was excellent, from the first contact. Very polite, helpful and willing to assist us if necessary. We only have positive points and we certainly intend to rent again.

The Apartment is located at the corner of two double avenues, it has a fuel station across the street, which facilitates access and provides a sense of security to get in and out even at night, since it is well lit. Great beds, new and well maintained furniture, garage in front of the building entrance, apartment right next to the entrance. We went with my 3 children, the truth is that the accommodation is beautiful, super comfortable, beautiful view, the pool is very nice and quiet. On the corner there is a 24-hour market that makes it much easier when you forgot to buy something, there is also a pharmacy on the corner and you can see that it is a quiet neighborhood. When I return to Foz, I will definitely stay here again.
