Très lumineux, il est indépendant, meublé et équipé. Idéal pour une période d’essai à Genève ou un séjour touristique. Ce loft industriel vous offrira un environnement calme avec une terrasse privative sans vis-à-vis avec vue sur la forêt et la chaine de montagne des Alpes. Capacité: 2 personnes adultes

Studio à louer dans un chalet indépendant avec terrasse. Une salle de bain avec douche et une cuisine complète ce logement de 19m2. Le parking est gratuit et un restaurant se situe à proximité. Jacuzzi privatif en option sur réservation 48h avant. Les linges, draps et le chauffage sont inclus. Le café est offert ainsi qu'une bouteille d'eau par personne. Un lit parapluie est à disposition. Large cozy 1 bedroom with us

Our T1 bis is located above our garage, attached to our house. The entrance is independent, without vis-à-vis, with a parking space available. We are in Cruseilles, a small town with all amenities, halfway between Annecy (20 minutes) and Geneva (20-30 minutes) and 5 minutes from the highway entrance allowing you to easily crisscross the Savoie territory. In case of 2 guests sleeping in 2 separate beds, I ask for a surcharge on the stay of 10€.

Domaine des moulins / The Tower and its Spa

The property is made up of two water mills whose first historical traces date back to 1728. The first mill, located in the tower, was once used to grind grain (wheat and rye). The second mill was used as a sawmill. Its wheel is still visible. You can walk around the 5000 m2 property. The place is bordered by two rivers the Morges (with a 7 meters waterfall in the forest) and the Usses. An ideal place for fishing and nature lovers.

35 m2 studio at the foot of the Salève, 10 minutes from Geneva and 20 minutes from Annecy. The best starting point for visiting Geneva and the beautiful Haute Savoie. Ideal for lovers of paragliding, climbing, hiking and cycling. In winter, go for a walk on the snow-covered paths of Salève from where you will see Mont Blanc, Lake Geneva and the Jura Mountains. You will find calm there and you will feel at home.
