The apartment is located in a quiet area, just 5 minutes from the Old Town Budva. The apartment has a beautiful view of Budva Bay. It is situated in a family house, which has a garden with a lot of various plants and trees. The apartment has its own separate entrance. It is always cleaned and before new guests arrive. There are many restaurants nearby and several popular beaches. Also, there is a big market very close to the apartment. The parking place is located right in front of the house.

Brand new apartment is situated in small peaceful village Lastva Grbaljska, and yet it is only 5km far from the biggest summer resort Budva. The famous Jaz beach is only 2km away, the aqua park 2,5km. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a family house with separate entrance. The house is souranded with beautiful garden and there is a parking place right in front. The nearest supermarket and bakery are 300m away. Post office, pharmacy and bus stop are nearby.
