Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Budva Municipality

We had an absolutely wonderful 7 days at Krsto's place. He made us so welcome and nothing was too much trouble for him. The apartment is in a great location, only 20 minutes walk to the beach and 30 to the Old Town. There are plenty of shops and restaurants only 5 minutes walk. If you want to go further afield you will find Taxis at the bottom of the road. The apartment was also sparking clean with everything we needed. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer! We highly recommend staying here! Milunka and Christian were fantastic hosts and made us feel right at home. Not only is the property beautifully situated with exceptional views from the roof garden, it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool is great and sharing it with other guests was never a problem. Our apartment was very private, under beautiful kiwi and orange trees. They have created a wonderful place here above the hustle and bustle of the beach. A lot of thought has gone into making this place special and their attention and care towards the guests was remarkable. Thank you both!

The room offered was exactly the same as the ones pictured. The fact that the room was on the 9th floor offered a nice city view, the location was in the city center and quite close to Old Town. The only problem was that we had to pay a parking fee of 20 euros per day due to the lack of free parking. We were satisfied with Mr. Atakan's hosting, thank you

Boris was a great host, he helped us out with everything we needed and was super flexible with the check out time. The apartment is really cute and he’s everything you need, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Radmila was great person, very friendly and helpful. We were 3 adults and 2 kids and I still have some stiff ideas about the from my point of view higher price not during main season and offering standard as 2 adults sleep on the sofa in living room.. But we enjoyed our trip and all was fine, we had possibility to use garage for parking, thank you.

Just nice for 1 night stay

Perfect place with a perfect view! We felt very at home here. The location is fantastic and there is a shortcut pathway right next to the apartment that takes you down to the area leading to the beach. Communication was fantastic and we were also able to check in early! Highly recommend.

Very nice place in a quiet neighborhood. Close to 2 beaches and the centre. Would highly recommend!

Kind host. Apartment have everything to spend holidays like at home. Private area, parking in patio, calm zone, clean house. Perfect accomodation for family who want to visit Tivat, Budva, Kotor, etc.. I will recommend and could be back without doubts

We were received in a very friendly manner. Everything was explained to us and it was very clean. We were there with our two dogs, the garden is well fenced. Everything was extremely clean and we felt very comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house surrounded by nature. The road from the main highway to the property is about 3 km — it's winding but well-paved, so driving was no problem. A hiking trail starts right behind the house, which was a wonderful bonus for nature lovers. Overall, everything was great. Just a small note: during colder months, the house can feel a bit chilly. Each room has an air conditioner, but heating such a large space takes some time. The host was extremely responsive and answered all our questions immediately, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed the peaceful setting and would happily stay here again!

Nice apartment in a modern house. Location might look a bit far from old town or beaches, but it's not: only 10-15 minutes by foot. Goran was friendly and responded quickly. The shower head was a bit leaking, however this wasn't a problem for me.

Lea's flat is recommended. She and her family were super nice to us. Lea is a very communicative person at all times pending and was quick to respond.

I stayed at Sava's studio and it was a great option for my vacation. The accommodation was exactly as in the photos, I would say that in real life everything is better and bigger + a large balcony. The room has all the basic necessities for cooking, also an iron, a hair dryer, a washing machine! There is a large grocery store nearby, and a small one 24/7. The main beach is 15 minutes' walk away, very convenient. There are also restaurants and cafes for every taste near the accommodation. I definitely recommend Sava's accommodation, and I will be happy to stay with him next time! Thank you so much! 🌟

The apartment is very nice and clean with a large balcony. It is fully equipped with everything we needed, i.e. washing machine, kitchen, air condoning, etc. It only a few minutes walk to the beach and the center of Petrovac. The bus station is also very close nearby. Ilija is a very friendly host. I lost my mobile phone at a previous accommodation in Biogradsga Gora National Park. He organized a transport for my phone, so that I got it back during my vacation. Check-In and Check-Out was very uncomplicated as Ilija was very flexible.

Hi just wanna say about my stay in Luka place .Extremely nice people both brothers ,place nice and clean and beautiful location,and especially the view from balcony towards sea.Becici beach not far away from the Luka place.just wanted to recommend this nice and quiet place to anyone who comes to Budva.

Darko is a really kind and accommodating host willing to go the extra mile for his guests. Although the suite may be small, it's located just a stones throw from old town and the beach front, with lots of options for eating out. Taxis are available from the near by hotel for those wanting to go further afield.
