You will have a designated bathroom unless there are more than two rentals during that time. The bathrooms may be a shared space if the rentals are full. The coffee bar and patio area are shared spaces. Outside you will enjoy a beautiful fenced in area with comfy patio furniture and big screen TV. There is a grill available as well.

Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.

About 1 hour drive from Sioux Falls Regional Airport and 2 hours from Omaha airport.

If you're looking to put a little farm in your city recreation, you might want to consider staying at Bill's Cabin, and play a few rounds at the Primghar Golf and Country Club. This "condo-cabin" complete with bar, stove, mini fridge and microwave downstairs, as well as a queen sized bed, fold-down futon and bathroom with shower upstairs. If you enjoy views, consider relaxing on Heckler's Deck which overlooks the 155 yard, par 3, Hole 8.

We are close to Dordt University within walking distance. Close to the All Seasons Center which has an indoor/outdoor pool and also the indoor hockey rink. The bike trails and local park are within walking distance(we have 2 bikes you can use). Downtown is very close with several coffee shops, a mall, and several restaurants. We live in a quiet neighborhood. We have 2 grocery stores and a Walmart if you happen to forget anything.
