Beachfront holiday rentals in Primosole Beach

My family and I stayed at Andrea’s house for four nights. This is one of those hidden gems that makes you truly happy when you find it. Located in a beautiful, quiet little fishing village, the house sits right by the stunning, clear sea. The peace, the view, waking up every morning with a cappuccino at the local coffee spot, the lady from the supermarket, the wedding couples getting photographed at the harbor every day, the evening beer at the same coffee place, the fish market where you can get fresh fish daily — it’s all pure joy. I’d love to come back for a week of doing absolutely nothing and just enjoying it all. The house is a lovely and cozy place. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen could use a little extra love (cleaning), but that is easily outweighed by the authentic and pure feeling you get in beautiful Pozzillo. Thank you, Andrea, for your hospitality!

The drive down toward the water is in a small alley, get a small car. We were able to find a parking spot every day. The apartment is spacious and has all the amenities you need. Easy walk to town for restaurants., there is a pathway along the water and rocks. Our host was responsive and friendly. Access to the water with stairs to the rocks. Quiet surroundings. Would definitely recommend.

The best place to stay in Catania, literally by the seaside so many good breakfast places and there were not too many people. Percect for people who like to sunbathe go for a walk and prefer open spaces. Airbnb was clean and with so many accessories like spices, olive oil, some snacks, water and many more! Everything was just the way i expected it to be❤️ Thank you Dario and Gisella one more time! Definitely will consider this apartment when i will be coming back to Catania.

Emanuela is a great host! The apartment is a gem in a beautiful village. The early morning sunrise from the balcony facing the sea is stunning! I feel at home the moment we stepped in to the apartment. Highly recommended!

Diego was the best host ever! He welcomed us personally and gave us all the instructions we needed to enjoy our stay. He’s also an experienced tour operator and gave us fantastic tips on what to do, where to eat, and more. He even helped us organize an unforgettable excursion to Mount Etna. The house is clean, comfortable, and in a great location—just steps away from the sea. We use Airbnb regularly, and Diego is definitely the best hosts we’ve had!

We spent 13 perfect days in this place with a breathtaking life! There's nothing we need, Luigi is very thoughtful and the two small animals are adorable. The location is great, close enough to all must-see cities. We are holding the accommodation and we recommend it without hesitation!

We had a nice time at Melina's place as a group of friends, of 3 people. We were able to reach the address easily by rental car. Without a car and in hot temperatures, the steep ascent/descent is certainly a bit challenging. We had a very early flight and were even able to get into the apartment much earlier thanks to Melina's flexibility. It would be important to mention that Melina really only speaks Italian and the check-in was a bit quick, but we understood basic information thanks to English notes. The apartment is a little out of the ordinary but fine and we got along well. Melina was always quickly available for questions and sent us a few addresses for restaurants and excursion destinations at the beginning. When checking out independently, it should be noted that the entrance gate has to be opened with the key beforehand, we had locked ourselves in the yard in the early morning hours.

Prepare for the view! It's expansive just like the photos which was wonderful as sometimes the photos show a view that isn't quite as accessible! but WOW!! Carlos's parents met us at the property and showed us around. The apartment was spacious enough for us and our friends. The kitchen is small but we created some great meals! Definitely need a car. There is a cafe and petrol station about a 8 minute drive back up to the main road. and a Lidl and other stores a 16 minute drive. We were there for five nights beginning of November so pretty much no one around but imagine complex would be popular in the summer. pool was closed for the season. The only negative really was the entire complex itself....it was very untidy, weeds, the roads were potholed and generally poorly maintained. could be end of season but looked longer than that. However our apartment and building was fine and we had a great time. Thanks Carlos!

A place with a view. Outstanding view over the ocean, rent the apartment for that! The area is wild , with rocks into the ocean. Lovely place to bath, but it takes a little strength to come the ocean and some stairs to walk. Out of the season is there not many other people.

Everything was as expected, except for the photos of the pool that were not up to date. Being the current pool much better than the one published

My mum and I loved our stay at this property. It had everything we needed and was a home from home. Giuseppe met us at the local petrol station to show us into the property. it can be tricky to find using maps so I would recommend always going back to the garage when returning to the property. Giuseppe was very hospitable and gave lot sof recommendations of things to do during our stay. Whilst we were there, the pool was closed, however this wasn't a problem as there are multiple beautiful, peaceful beaches/ coves within walking distance. Would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a relaxing sunny holiday.

The accommodation is quiet and has a magnificent view of Mount Etna by the sea and with a beautiful pool. Our host was very responsive to our requests and provided us with the requested info. For this accommodation, it is preferable to have a car (parking space provided) even if there is a convenience store at the entrance of the estate. The accommodation is well equipped (no TV) but the wifi is sometimes a little slow. The complex would benefit from a little renovation.

Marco was a fantastic host. He confidently guided us through the rather tricky entrance with all the help (the apartment is located in a very winding, incidentally not barrier-free complex, which in turn is in a kind of "gadet community" with many other holiday resorts and holiday homes, which can only be passed through a barrier and gates. We were incredibly lucky and were almost the only guests in the complex. So we had the great and very clean pool almost to ourselves. In general, everything was very quiet and peaceful and we were almost alone. The view from Marcos' terrace is a dream. Very, very fantastic view of the sea and Mount Etna. Depending on the time of day, some sun, some shade. Simply outstanding. The complex/apartment from the 60s has a great charm, even if it's a bit outdated;) Unfortunately, we searched in vain for access to the sea. Many paths were blocked or overgrown. Thank you, Marco!🫶

This was such a lovely and relaxing place. The outside space with the patios was amazing. There’s plenty of space indoors with a well equipped kitchen and I loved that the bedrooms are downstairs so you don’t have to bring the luggage upstairs. It was an easy drive to visit Taormina and Sergio was nothing but helpful with tips of where to park and places to eat. We would definitely return!

We were very pleased with our stay. Alessandro was very communicative, at check-in, in case of problems, when transferring our daughter to the airport. We enjoyed the small terrace very much, but it felt almost directly by the sea. We can only recommend the apartment. Volker and Iris

I had a wonderful holiday at Salvatore’s place – the location is truly beautiful, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. The scenery is stunning, and the surrounding area offers a delightful experience with lovely restaurants and local services. The atmosphere is warm, and the welcome was genuinely heartfelt; I felt at home right away. Salvatore is a thoughtful and kind host who does his best to ensure guests feel comfortable. I also received help with some practical arrangements that we had agreed on in advance. I’ll carry fond memories of the unique charm and warmth of this place. If you are not looking for a modern room but an authentic Italian villa, this is the place for you. The sea is close, as is all the cities all around. You are very safe here with your car and sleep peacefully. Alessandra also responds to extra requests. We were also very surprised by a welcome gift and sufficient water bottles. The area in which the residence is located is downright fantastic. The terrace, the large garden with many trees, shrubs and flowers and the view of the sea is unique, a paradise. A car is a necessity to get to places, do shopping and go out. Our contact with Maria Novella and Federico was very warm. The tips (restaurants and interesting sights) they gave us were worth their weight in gold. Be sure to use the specified coordinates to get to the location without any problems. The accommodation is otherwise not so easy to find. In short, this place is one in a thousand, the landlords still know what the real philosophy of AirBnb can be.

A spacious, modern apartment with excellent design features. I love the high double ceiling! It's conveniently located near the central station and within walking distance of Main Street, making navigation easy. Situated on the top floor, the stairs are wide and manageable even with luggage. The host is helpful and responsive.

I went to Catania, after 50 years, to visit my cousin and her family, and to introduce them to my son and his French girlfriend. A little Sicilian spirit, as an antidote to the prevailing narcissism, is absolutely necessary. And we started with the check-in of Mrs. Iole Amelia, a deep warmth. The accommodation is very comfortable, spacious, bright. It is clear that the host wants guests to feel at home. A print by Mirò allows for an immediate measurement, the bathroom has an imperial shower. Even the washing machine shares this vision, and does not risk waking guests with nocturnal squeaks. People with disabilities can only feel good if they can take a few steps. I slept on the sofa bed in the living room, leaving the bedroom to the two lovers, in respect of the poem "I ragazzi che si amano" by Jacques Prévert, to everyone's great satisfaction.
