Waterfront holiday rentals in Primošten

It was such a wonderful holiday with our toddlers. The apartment was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. I already now miss the view from the balcony. The pool area was beautiful and the location near the sea was perfect. It was calm and quiet, the planes do not bother. We enjoyed a lot walking to the nearby restaurants. Alenka was such a nice and friendly host and made sure we were enjoying our visit.

It's a perfect place to base yourself for a break in Split if you want to be away from the often very busy centre of town. Easy access to shops, restaurants and the sea. It's quiet, cool and comfortable.

Loved the place. The balcony is a wonderful place to have breakfast or a glass of wine. Beautiful view of the harbor. The location is a short walk from the central historic city but away from all of the noise that some of our friends who stayed in the center complained about. Dijana was very helpful and answered all of our questions. I would definitely stay here again!

This apartment is a perfect location so all the bars/restaurants in Old Town but also not right in the chaos! The balcony is great and has a wonderful view of the bay - we had a great stay here!

Our stay in Croatia was absolutely perfect, thanks to this spacious apartment right by the sea! The magnificent sea view from the terrace made our stay unforgettable. We loved having a beautiful beach just a 2-minute walk away. Anton is a truly great host; he welcomed us with a lovely basket of local fruits and a bottle of wine, and went above and beyond to meet our needs. My whole family thoroughly enjoyed every moment here. Thank you so much for an incredible vacation!

We had a wonderful time at Marinas apartment in Okrug Gornji! She was great at communicating with us and making sure we had everything we needed😊 The apartment was the right size for the three of us on a girls trip. The pool was amazing, clean and a great place to spend the day! There are many beaches nearby and restaurants!🏖️🍽️🍹

My girlfriend and I stayed at this Airbnb, it was incredible. When we arrived to Split airport, the journey here was very quick and straight forward. Jelena was flexible with the check-in timings as we arrived in Split in the morning. The apartment itself was very clean and perfectly matched the description and photos and the rest of the house was beautifully kept. The view from the balcony was incredible, as it looked out over the beach, which was just over the road from the apartment. The area itself was extremely peaceful and well-kept, and despite the walk to Trogir being around 25 minutes , it was extremely scenic and safe. Jelena clearly explained to us where the nearest shops were and also offered us lifts if need be. I cannot recommend this stay enough and we will definitely be returning.

We are so happy with this accommodation on our vacation, we had a fantastic trip and the apartment had a good location and the kids loved to bathe in the jacuzzi in the evening! Highly recommended! Anita was great to deal with!

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

Marko and Odessa were perfect hosts! Their home is beautiful and just steps away from the sea! My husband and I enjoyed our time there very much and found it very restful. Marko was a fantastic communicator from the get go and had lots of local recommendations.

We had an amazing pleasure to spend our vacation in a unique cottage in Primošten, which exceeded our expectations! This place is a true gem, far from commercial standards – authentic, with soul, full of atmospheric elements that create an amazing, cozy mood. The interior of the house is decorated with real paintings, which adds to the unique character. We felt right at home. The biggest advantage of this place, however, is the terrace – we spent practically the entire vacation on it, enjoying the views and enjoying the peace and quiet. It's a great place to relax and unwind. The contact with the host was great-they 've been helpful, welcoming, and very committed from the start. We felt that he really wanted our vacation to be a great one. We will not hesitate to recommend this cottage to our friends and family – this is a place we will definitely come back to again!

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

The house of Bruna in Vinisce impresses with its charm of the location, the view, the grandiose furnishings, which is incredibly stylish and individual. A place to slow down and switch off all daily topics. With a little luck, Adriadelphine can be seen swimming through the bay. We thank Bruna for all the amenities we were allowed to experience.

The host was very friendly and helpful. Recommended good places to eat and see nearby. Had everything we needed to live. The air conditioner worked very quietly, didn't interfere with sleeping:) Lovely little place on the shore of the sea.

This villa was absolutely perfect! We stayed with 2 young children and there was everything there to cater for us during our stay. The views, proximity to the sea, the pool were all perfect and we had a lovely stay here. We would love to come back! The only slight negative which is unrelated to the villa was that we stayed end of sept/beginning of Oct and the bar and restaurant in the village was closed for the end of the season. They would have added a bit of something extra to our stay, but was just unfortunate timing on our part

We stayed couple of nights here and it was just amazing. Very clean apartment with everything you need inside. Thanks to Erna & Barbara we had an amazing vacation. We recommend this place a lot!

Very friendly, great response time! Lovely clean space and it was very spacious for four people. The location was so central and our stay was perfect !!

It is a great place to stay for its accessible location, pristine decor and wonderful hospitality. You will be staying in a heritage site with the Adriatic right on your doorstep! You will be centrally located between 2 touristic cities Split and Trogir making it easy to visit them, as well as take some day tours to other attractions. The surroundings are beautiful, offering a seaside promenade along the Adriatic and with pubs and restaurants along the way that offer great food and drinks. To top it all off, Antonella and her husband are wonderful hosts who welcomed us with open arms(and some gifts!). They are very responsive and empathetic, providing guidance and information before and during our stay. Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful flat for our trip to Krka National Park. Very nice, clean and near the town. We loved it!

Rogoznica is beautiful. You're close to beaches that weren't crowded, for shopping and restaurants. Beautiful sea and clean water. A relaxing place for a beautiful vacation with children. Options for excursions and all kinds of activities. The place is super everything you need, beautifully tidy and clean with air conditioning. There was nothing to complain about. And the owners are a very nice married couple who will answer anything, give you advice, and are happy to talk. Both speak very polite German and English. We felt comfortable in the apartment and especially liked the clean kitchen and living room. By car, you can quickly get to Split, but the surrounding area is also very nice. The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. We definitely recommend the place!

I spent 3 nights at Tania's and I recommend the accommodation. It's quite easy to park for free on the street, the accommodation is very clean and well decorated, it feels like a hotel. The necessary was provided, Tania was able to answer my questions quickly and give me good advice. The accommodation is very well located, 10 min from the center, there is a small beach 8 min away, so it's great. Maybe a little noise to report but that's not his fault. Thank you for the welcome, I would recommend it to everyone!! You have very good taste in decor!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in this great apartment. Everything was sparkling clean and there was everything you need for daily use (detergent, dishwashing tabs, cleaning utensils...). The kitchen is super equipped and also has a dishwasher. The hosts are very friendly and we felt like we were on vacation with friends. The sea is only a few steps away and you can always find a free spot. In 10-15 minutes, you can walk to 2 supermarkets and some good restaurants.
