The place is spacious, clean, suitable for relaxation, clean, convenient to travel, there is a parking lot. Recommended!!

This place was absolutely perfect, it was clean, had everything you could need and Chris and Danni were very helpful and gave great recommendations on the local area. We used this place as a launching spot to explore DC city and the local history of the Manassas battlefield park. I couldn’t recommend this accomodation to others enough, it was brilliant, spacious and the surrounding environment was lush and filled with local birds and wildlife. Thanks again for having us!

My husband has stayed at a few Airbnb’s since January due to traveling for work. Shawn’s place was, BY FAR, the best place he has stayed. The place was spotless when it came to cleanliness. It was well stocked with amenities. Shawn has also been the fastest responsive host my husband has dealt with. He would respond within minutes of us sending him a message. Super friendly and very accommodating. If you are thinking of staying at Shawn’s place I say think no more. You will not be disappointed in your stay.

This apartment was perfect for us. It’s affordable, in a great area, and had everything we could need during our stay. Naomi was easy to communicate with but we didn’t have a single issue for the whole stay. Stay here! You won’t regret it.

We had a wonderful stay at Shafia’s place! We enjoyed the area and rode the Metro from the Franconia Springfield station into DC. This was a great place to come back to at the end of the day. Beds were comfortable and the space was perfect for us. (Girls’ Trip!) We visited AmThai close by, Mount Vernon, Mount Vernon Inn Restaurant, The Library of Congress (tickets in advance), Zaytinya (reservations), the National Portrait Gallery, Virtue Feed & Grain (reservations), Old Town Alexandria, Old Town Books, the Swiss Bakery nearby, Barca (reservations), and Tous Les Jours Bakery & Cafe. We were there for a high school graduation on the marine base so it was a great location for getting to the base. You can’t really see the house from the road because there is a house in front of it. The cottage itself is very comfortable and is every bit like the photos show. We would definitely stay again.

What a lovely, cared-for home in a quiet neighborhood, within driving distance of anything we wanted. We had everything we needed, as well as responsive, helpful hosts. It was ideal for a toddler, parents, and grandparents. Thanks so much for being able to help us out when our other reservation fell through at the last minute- we ended up in a place that was perfect and so much better than our original plan would have been!

Overall we had a great stay - however, the sleeping arrangement for the 3rd and 4th person was not up to the mark. The pull out in the drawing area, which doubled up as the bed, wasn't roomy enough for 2 adults. Wifi logging in took sometime - Kelly was prompt in resolving this issue. A dishwasher would have been welcome. We would conclude by saying that it was a very comfortable stay and thanks Kelly for the thoughtful supply of coffee, dish wash liquid, and fabric detergent liquid.

From the time I made the reservation a few months prior, Joshua was always available and provided very useful information! He was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He maintained contact during our stay in a very responsive way, but not intrusive. We highly recommend the farm and beautiful home and Joshua as the host!! Thank you again for allowing our family to make more lifetime memories.😊

My family had a very pleasant stay. The house was clean, kid-friendly, and comfortable. My sons had a fantastic time on the half-pipe!

Overall, had a great stay at Baljinder’s place! It worked well for our group as we were in town for a wedding - plenty of space for everyone. Beautiful backyard area that I wish we had more time to utilize. Would definitely book again if we travel to that area!

Nadia was fantastic to work with as we were dealing with a stressful situation that required a quick exit from our home. She made every effort to get us in early even with a same-day guest departure. The apartment is absolutely perfectly stocked! So many thoughtful items made our stay very comfortable and easy. I wish we’re could have stayed longer to enjoy it all! The pond and geese/ducks outside the master bedroom were lovely (and made good sleeping white noise). Highly recommend if you’re in need of a convenient place in the area!

A wonderful apartment, located at a strategic part of the town. Barely 100 meters from the metro, and access to some of the finest restaurants, offers one a host of opportunities to travel and explore. Liz is a wonderful lady who is ready to offer suggestions and is very accommodating. All in all a fulfilling 6 days.
