One of the best equipped houses we have ever stayed at. Richard was also on of the best hosts we’ve ever dealt with. Always available and extremely helpful, friendly and responsive.

Our stay at Patricia's place was fantastic. the space had everything we needed. and Patricia made sure we were not want for anything. We felt well cared for. The layout and amount of space was perfect for us. each room has its own personality, very well decorated! We chose this stay because the location was perfect - we walked to many places, it was easy to drive around also. On top of it all, it was nice and quiet. I highly recommend.

This place was great! I was looking for somewhere in the Warwick area and it exceeded expectations in regard to location. The house had plenty of room for me to spread out and lounge and get the work I needed done. It had two living room areas so there were options for where you wanted to watch TV. It checked off all the boxes for what I needed and then some. Naoufal was very communicative and even provided extra food for me which was very thoughtful. The house is at the very end of the street and blocked by trees on the one side so it feels more private than the rest of the neighborhood which I like. Great spot, thank you!

Great home! Beautiful and clean- super comfortable and Rachael has truly thought of everything. Loved the hot tub and appreciated the easy access to laundry and a gym.

This is our second stay at Courtenay's historic home. As she describes - it's an old home with the idiosyncracies of a home with over 200 years of history. It is a spacious home with lovely furnishings. Kitchen has all you'll need. The area can't be beat if you are visiting Providence and/or Brown University. We were lucky enough to book her house during our son's graduation and could walk up the hill to the campus in 5 minutes. Courtenay is always responsive and flexible. We will stay there again!

We had a great stay at this listing! It was extremely walkable and quiet! All the instructions were easy to follow, and everything was so clean! I would say this is a great place to stay if you're looking for a nice spot, but also plan on being on the move!

What an absolutely wonderful experience!!! From start to finish, this Airbnb was everything I could have hoped for and more. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful — truly going above and beyond to make sure my stay was seamless. Every question I had was answered quickly and kindly, which made me feel so welcomed and cared for! The space itself was immaculate and so thoughtfully prepared. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The couch was just as cozy — perfect for curling up with a good book. There were even some little items stocked in the kitchen! From kitchen essentials to little touches that made it feel like home, absolutely nothing was missing. You can tell that a lot of care and attention went into creating this space. It was the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, and we honestly can’t wait to return!!! If you’re looking for a fantastic place to stay in Providence, this is it. Highly, highly recommend!

The apartment is really great, very spacious, conformable beds, very well equipped and wonderful bathroom. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and CVS. Quiet neighborhood and Farmers market close by during summer. Hosts are extremely nice and respond to any questions in a matter of minutes. This is the second time me or my family stayed in the apartment and have always had a great time. Thank you very much!

Great location with an off-street parking spot! This is a very large space with a nicely equipped kitchen for cooking. Close to great restaurants, too. It's a quiet neighborhood considering how close the houses are to each other.

Well kept little space. Clean and well decorated. It has charm as was exactly as described. Decently accessible to downtown by car or even by foot. Would recommend this place for anyone visiting.

This is by far the coziest and most unique Airbnb I've ever stayed in! It was the perfect home base for my Providence trip- warm, charming, and a little quirky. Allena has provided a ton of resources to help you plan out your days. The location is also wonderful- near Brown's campus, the train station, and the river. And the chickens out back are the cherry on top!

This was a great place to stay. Convenient to downtown, and around the corner from the restaurants in Federal Hill. Earnest was great at communication and working out minor details. I would happiky stay here again.

This place was great! It was wonderful to stay in such a historic building. The apartment was very clean and tidy, the check-in/check-out instructions were very easy, and the host also provided suggestions for nearby restaurants. I definitely recommend this place!

Host was responsive and helpful, instructions were clear. The apartment was clean and very nice, we enjoyed eating dinner on the porch. It was easy to drive to downtown Providence and Gillette Stadium. It was easy to get to and a lot of space for parking (we all arrived mostly separately and there was space to park all 3 cars). Also, we were all very impressed by the shower and the water pressure lol. A great location and great Airbnb!! I would def recommend this spot and would come back! 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Ashley and Dan’s bnb. The space is beautiful, ornate and full of charm, with a sunny kitchen that looks out onto a beautiful garden. The location is ideal, right across from the Atheneum library, and the whole home feels peaceful and thoughtfully curated. One highlight: they have Lord of the Rings Trivial Pursuit, which brought us so much joy! Ashley was incredibly kind and always ready to help, and both she and Dan were excellent with communication. The bed was also a dream: soft, cozy, and perfect for restful sleep after a long day. Highly recommend!

We had SUCH a wonderful stay. The host was incredibly communicative and friendly before, during, and after our stay. The condo was spacious and very clean and was equipped with more than everything we needed. Location is walkable to so many shops and restaurants and was perfect for our needs. Waleed’s place is in a prime location near cafes, bars, restaurants, and local events. Very walkable - never used our car. River walk is 3 blocks away and so many places to walk or run. Exceptional bathroom! Very historic and well designed. Please go to Brown Bee cafe - best pastries ever!

This is a ground level apartment in an historic home just off Benefit Street, a prime location on Providence’s College Hill. Because of the sloped terrain, it might seem like a basement apartment from one side, but it has a garden entrance at the front door. If you can handle the steep streets in this hilly area, it’s a perfect location if you want to be within walking distance of Brown University, the Rhode Island School of Design, and Downtown Providence. I did not rent a car while staying here and never felt I needed one. Tall travelers should be aware that this dwelling has low ceilings by modern standards. That didn’t bother me in the slightest; in fact, it made the apartment feel more cozy. Nevertheless, visitors over six feet tall should be aware of this aspect and make an informed decision. The apartment has a warm, comforting esthetic with all sorts of art on the walls and books on the shelf, and both made a great background for video conferences using the robust wifi signal.
