We stayed a few days in this beautiful house nestled in the Tuscan hills. Curated, with a beautiful garden. Has everything you need. Great strategic location both for being in tranquility and for visiting nearby cities, Arezzo, Siena, and Florence. The hosts were very friendly and friendly.

We had a brilliant week at Jakob and Margit’s house. Margit was so friendly and helpful (and gave us some wine and fresh eggs!). The views from the gardens are incredible and having the swimming pool was perfect. The local area has lots of great vineyards to visit and the house is close to Florence/Siena/Arezzo for day trips. It had everything we needed like a washing machine etc.

Franco is very welcoming, the apartment is a beautiful renovation equipped with every comfort. Highly recommended! Luca and Noélie

I can not say enough about Alessandra and her amazing land! It was the most magical place we have ever been to. We are taking a 3 month trip, hitting up 21 cities in Europe and this is BY far the best! She was so kind and took us shopping and back to our train! She was always there when we needed her.thank you Alessandra we will see you next year!

Barbara and Cristiano and their son were very friendly, attentive and helpful hosts. Their house is a haven of peace in the middle of a beautiful nature, a relaxing and beneficial calm. It's a pleasure to return there after a day of sightseeing. Thank you for your help with the path, the luggage and your kindness!

Valeria and Simone have a super nice and clean apartment! We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The apartment offers a great starting point for numerous hikes and excursions. During our stay, we always received good tips and advice from the two. Our dog also felt very comfortable and since the property is completely fenced, he could move freely. We would come back. It was an incredibly beautiful time!

We really enjoyed our stay, except that it was too short! We will need to return for a longer stay to really allow the peace and calm there to sink in. Special thanks to Mario and his daughter for welcoming us even though we were delayed several hours by the power outage in France’s Alpes-Maritime region, where we were arriving from. The sitting area in the garden has a spectacular view of the surrounding Tuscan hills. Next time, we will make better use of it, including for star-gazing in the clear night sky.

5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

Sparkling clean apartment in an absolutely quiet location in a small private village. Christian was a great host who was able to help us immediately with forgotten towels. Absolutely brilliant place. Very charming, spacious and calm. Beautiful view, pool, and outdoor area. Simone is very kind and highly responsive. We stayed here 6 adults and had a wonderful time. Highly recommended for both friends and families.

For anyone wanting to experience the Tuscan hospitality, beauty and Italian charm this is the perfect location for you! Families, groups, single travelers all welcome and provided appropriate accommodations . The views are picturesque and the owner and staff are truly dedicated to sharing Tuscany with you! The farm/winery tour followed by the wine luncheon is a must do! The entire staff is truly cares about your experience and happily wants to pass on their knowledge to you. Having the beautiful pool and patio was a perfect way to spend a leisurely afternoon. We are hoping to return this year for another Tuscan respite! Thank you to Chiara for sharing family home!

The accommodation and especially the garden looks even more beautiful in reality than in the pictures! The location is really beautiful, it is absolutely quiet and you have a breathtaking view of the Tuscan landscape. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying. The hostess was also super nice, helpful and warm! We will definitely come back:-)

Max’s place is beautiful like a dream. The accommodation is tastefully furnished with Tuscan charm. The interior is equipped with high quality cooking utensils and tablewares in the kitchen, comfortable bed, and sparkling clean bathroom. We enjoyed marveling at the beautiful wooden beam ceiling and terracotta tile floor. The exterior is elegant, well maintained, and exudes a pride in the care-taking of the property. Max and his wife Pamela were genuinely kind and helpful, and we enjoyed every interaction with them. It felt like talking with family. The location is convenient to explore central Tuscany. We made many day trips from Podere Il Belvedere su Cortona. Every time coming back to Max’s place felt like coming home!

Odina was the perfect spot to relax. Beautiful and comfortable accommodation, wonderful dinners and great communication. Would definitely recommend Odina to people wanting to get away from the city and relax in the countryside.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in Tuscany. From the moment we arrived, the owner, Stella, made us feel so welcome – she was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The villa itself was lovely, and the highlight for us (especially the children!) was the pool. It was perfectly maintained and cleaned daily, which made it a joy to use every day. The pool area could also be shut off when not used to keep the children safe. Stella also gave us some great local restaurant recommendations, all of which served amazing food at very reasonable prices – a real bonus! We did manage to walk out to a few restaurants. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic stay in Tuscany. We would definitely love to return. We immediately loved our place. Serena's house is located on a very large property surrounded by beautiful trees, an exceptionally beautiful terrace with deck chairs, a large dining table and an oak tree that provides shade. The property is very well maintained and laid out with a lot of respect for nature. From the house you can start hiking directly, Serena's husband knows his way around and can give great hiking tips. If you drive only a few kilometers, you are already at an altitude of over 1000m. Even when it is very hot, you can go on great hikes from there in pleasant temperatures, which have always inspired us. The apartment, a former stable, has been designed with a lot of love and taste. We felt like at home from the first moment. Serena and Paolo are perfect hosts, always friendly, always available and helpful. We were there for 12 days and would have liked to stay longer. We'd love to come back. Thank you!!

Great place to stay when you are in Arezzo, just outside of the city walls. Easy walk to all the POI and supermarket is a 2 minutes walk away. Laura was a great host, we highly recommend this home.

We were there for 4 days and it was simply fantastic. The arrival was smooth and Flavia welcomed us very warmly on site. After a short tour of the house and a short briefing, the holiday could begin. A note with restaurant recommendations and excursion destinations was ready on the table. After a short thunderstorm, we had a power outage, but Flavia was immediately available and within 5 minutes we had power again. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible by car. I can recommend this accommodation to anyone who longs for peace and wants to enjoy nature. We will be happy to come back!

We always love coming to Arezzo and Christian’s apartment was perfect. Location was close to everything we wanted to see and is surrounded by great restaurants. Christian was the ultimate host. Friendly and quick to communicate. The apartment was squeaky clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing! Grazie Mille!!

Tommaso and Marta are wonderful hosts. We were greeted with homemade cakes and bread. There is a spa area, we used the pool a few times. A highlight for our daughter was the visit to the fattoria, which we highly recommend for families with children. Tommaso even installed a child seat for the e-bikes. It was wonderful. We recommend it!

The place was just what I needed. It was close to the center of town. I came for the monthly antiques market and didn’t think twice about walking back to my accommodation several times to drop off my purchases. I was given a highlighted map of Arezzo along with an overview of where to dine and which attractions to visit. I plan to stay here again for my next visit.

We had a lovely stay in Andrea’s apartment. It is modern, lots of natural light and well situated in the historic centre. Great communication. Would definitely recommend.
