On the first floor, there is also the living room, including sofa bed and guest toilet. A staircase leads to the 2 spacious bedrooms and the shower room. Under the magnolia, the patio in front of the house offers views of the valley. The pool is closed in winter, the sauna is open all year round. Connection to Merlot on the 2nd floor. Spacious and true tuscan Villa with a very large private pool for exclusive use (pool open mid may to mid sept.). The oldest part of the house was built 450 years ago, the whole house was modernized. Perfect place to relax or to start journies to the art-places of tuscany. In spring 2025, split air conditioning units were installed in the bedrooms to make sleeping cooler and more comfortable in the increasingly hot summers. The electricity comes from the solar system on the building's own roof.

Casa Etruria is a 13th century gate house over the Western entrance to Trequanda - Porta al Leccio. Trequanda is medieval borgo located in Val d'Orcia , south of Siena. Val d'Orcia was recognised by UNESCO in 2004 as a World Heritage Site for its outstanding beauty.

Eccellente casa di campagna di due piani. Al piano terra si trova uno spazioso salotto integrato alla sala da pranzo e da cui si accede al giardinetto esterno con un pergolato sotto cui cenare o pranzare all' aria aperta. Al piano di sopra si trovano tre camere, una matrimoniale e due camere ciascuna con un letto da una piazza e mezzo . La zona è residenziale molto tranquilla , supermercato e farmacia vicini .Ideale per spostarsi in toscana ed Umbria.
