Al primo piano due ampie e luminose camere doppie, travi a vista e affaccio sulla vallata e sul Lago di Santa Croce. Due posti auto pertinenziali, ampio giardino non recintato.

A 5 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria e a 100m dalla fermata dell'autobus per muoversi nell'intera Valbelluna. L'appartamento è dotato di internet, TV, lavatrice e lavastoviglie. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e i 2 bagni sono entrambi provvisti di sanitari e doccia. L'appartamento è stato appena completato con nuovi arredamenti ed elettrodomestici.
