Holiday rentals with a patio in Province of Biella

Beautiful, very well-equipped and clean apartment with great and unobstructed views of Lake Orta. Well-maintained outdoor area with private parking. The house with a total. 3 apartments are relatively new and in a corresponding very good condition. We can recommend the apartment without reservation.

The accommodation was perfect without exception. The location, the modern facilities and the outstanding view of the lake made our trip an experience. Fabrizio was super friendly and his son Lukas recommended very good restaurants in Milan. Even in October it is a good opportunity to switch off for a few days, we could use the jacuzzi at any time, even at 2 o'clock in the morning we sat in it and enjoyed the view with a glass of wine and a cigar. Thanks again to Fabrizio!

Beautiful accommodation, tastefully decorated and equipped. Giulia is very attentive both in her indications to welcome you, and in the preparation of the accommodation, advice on site. A beautiful garden with a real view of the lake. Great place! Giulia is a real super host!!

We enjoyed our time at the Sunset House. There was a beautiful view on the lake, Rubens was very friendly and easy to communicate with, the house had everything we needed and it was great that our dog could freely walk around in the fenced garden.

Roberto’s place was amazing. Instructions to find the place were perfect, parking directly out front and the place was spotless. Not only that but the provisions were endless and so nice as it felt like home away from home. Only issue we should have stayed for more than 2 nights. Next time. Loved visiting Orta.

Wonderful location, a charming rustic farmhouse, surrounded by greenery, with beautiful lake views, to be appreciated especially from the loggia and the bedroom window. Arnaud was really very kind and helpful, he gave us advice and info about the surroundings, present but discreet, letting us enjoy the stay in freedom. And what can I say about the beautiful swimming pool, very large, between the house and a beautiful hedge, which we took advantage of to the fullest: a dip must be taken in such a pleasant setting! Large green space around, also enjoyed by our little dog (a lively border collie) who had fun playing and running free (around it is all fenced) and then resting in the shade of the plants while we sunbathed poolside. Special mention for Jacky, the neighbors' nice dog, who kept us company, who took the guests to heart and welcomes them with his sweetness, getting lots of cuddles!Very pleasant stay, relaxing and peaceful! We'll be back!

Our one-night stay at Simona's was perfect. The rental is very beautiful. Simona is very friendly and welcoming and responds very quickly. We recommend!

Our stay was perfect in all respects. Eleonora was an extremely kind host, but also discreet and very responsive; she provided us with all the necessary information and recommended places and restaurants. The house is very large, with large bright windows in the living area, which show the beautiful view around it. Privacy is ensured by a large private garden, with beautiful trees and flowers. We found it super clean, in perfect condition and with all the appliances working. The tried two-bedroom beds were also very comfortable. We had a really good time and highly recommend this experience.

All good! We liked the place a lot, felt like at home. Lots of inside space and everything you need but you usually don’t buy is already there.

A great value and one of the best hosts I've had to deal with. What is called a room is in fact a real apartment, very spacious and equipped with every comfort. Highly recommended.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Alessandra's place. She was so kind, always quick to respond, gave great recommendations on local cuisine and flexible. The home is located very close to a small beach area and right over the bridge are a wonderful selection of amazing restaurants and cafés. Would definitely recommend! Even without the full kitchen, the place was perfect for our needs. We were traveling with our toddler and Alessandra was also happy to accomodate our needs (baby bed, bathtub and high chair). The air conditioning is amazing for those hot summer days and the outdoor patio was wonderful, especially with the plants! Please note that the outdoor area is shared with the host as well as another airbnb listing from the host right next door. The other couple was very friendly though and we very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you again!!

We felt very comfortable in the small apartment. It has many steps and the staircase is narrow, you have to keep that in mind! The place Lesa is very good for relaxing. Perfect for swimming and SUP! Many great restaurants nearby or in the surrounding area! If you want to shop and have a hustle and bustle, you have to go to Stresa or Arona/where we liked Arona more! We always have our bikes with us and were able to explore a lot! We met the hosts, very friendly and open people. Best regards, Suzana & Dirk from Esslingen

Wonderful Stay! We had an amazing experience. The apartment was exactly as describedcomfortable and in a perfect location. Check-in was smooth, and host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Cleanest and best-equipped Airbnb we've ever stayed in. Barbara is very warm and has gone to great lengths to equip the apartment with everything you need for long stays: in the kitchen, a large selection of pots, pans, sharp knives, wine glasses and even an automated orange press plus dishwasher; in the bathroom, many towel hangers, storage areas and washing machine; in the bedroom, possibilities for storing jewelry. Practically placed sockets and many lamps everywhere. Barbara is extremely friendly, has always responded quickly and in detail to questions and given tips for swimming and restaurants. The balcony and the view look exactly like in the photos! We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the apartment.

A very beautiful place — everything was perfect.

We were guests for the Ferragosto holiday, what can I say... it was regenerating. After a swim in the pool, dining on the terrace was wonderful. Alberta and Beppe are great hosts. Highly recommended!

Our stay went very well! We were well advised on restaurants and things to do. It is located 2 steps from the city center and allows you to get around on foot!

The apartment had the best view we ever had in an Airbnb. It was fantastic to sit outside for breakfast or late into the night and enjoy the view on the lake. The flat was very quiet, new and clean! Our host Mavi was very helpful in explaining the surroundings, from hiking areas to parking options. Really great! Thanks a lot for that. Be prepared for steep streets leading to the apartment. We usually took the car downtown (5-7 min to the supermarket and the pedestrian (touristic) area as well as to the ferries) since walking was too difficult for us. As a family of 4 we fully recommend the apartment!
