We had a lovely time- With a beautiful view, which was worth the sweat up and down the stairs. Kathi's guidebook is so helpful and we had the best Lake Como swim just a few steps away! We managed to still work remotely, the WIFI was stable enough for video calls, and the apartment is equipped with everything you need for a 5 star stay! If Daisy had an elevator & AC I would've given her 10 stars!

Luca responded super quickly and was very friendly - the view from the 11th floor is really fantastic in the evening - the location was also very good - we even found a place in front of the house for our camper (Ducato). I think we have found the best solution for our spontaneous Milan trip. Thank you Luca.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfectly located right next to the Funicular and next to the promenade that runs around the marina in Como. Despite being in a busy area it is set back a little from the road so it also feels peaceful and quiet. The little balcony is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the view. It is exactly as it appears on the photographs, only better in real life. Communication was super responsive and helpful, with restaurant suggestions and local information provided. We enjoyed a trip on the funicular one evening to watch the sunset and walked to the lighthouse at the top (steep but rewarding with a great view).

A charming apartment with a breathtaking view! We loved having aperitivo on the balcony, overlooking the endless vineyards. The location is perfect for exploring the Barolo region by car, while also enjoying some restaurants and wineries within walking distance. Marco met us for check-in and we spoke back and forth with a translation app. He was very friendly and gave us local recommendations. I forgot a shirt after check-out and he even took the time to mail it to our next destination. Highly recommend!

Felt super private but in the warmth of someone else's environment. The setting on your farm is unbelievable beautiful. The chickens, cats and dogs - all added to the experience. What a beautiful and serene place - like something out of a fairy tale. This is what AIR BNB used to be about, staying with a host (who is welcoming and proactive like yourself) and you have a real authentic experience of staying in someone's home. You even invited me to pick berries from your farm. Thank you so much for everything. This was not just a stay - this is an experience!

A stay at Flavia, casa Vello Zello, guarantees peace and the real holiday feeling in Italy! The house is beautiful, everything you need is present and everything is taken care of to the last detail. Air conditioning, wonderful outdoor space, beautiful bathrooms and toilets, everything perfect. The accommodation itself is in the Piedmont landscape and just outside the village. So you have to take a ride to the bakery/supermarket, but that is not a punishment in this area. Flavia is a top host and is always there for you. She warmly welcomed me and provided nice tips/restaurants in the area. In short, a beautiful place for a wonderful holiday in Italy!

Everything was prepared with care, from the local cookies and coffee pods to the milk waiting for us in the fridge. The property is full of charm, a beautifully renovated historic home, thoughtfully designed and kept spotlessly clean. Every detail has been carefully considered. Even before our arrival, Rosy provided clear and detailed instructions on how to reach the apartment, which made everything smooth and stress-free. At the end of our stay, she even surprised us with a special touch that made the experience all the more memorable — the house has some wonderful stories to tell. This was such a beautiful and scenic place to stay for a few days. This area was so easy to get around by car and there was a cute little cafe right below the b&b. The place itself was clean and homely and very relaxing. Would definitely come back and stay again!

We were very kindly received and well informed by Lorenza! The house is equipped with all comforts, everything is present and everything was super clean. The garden is beautifully large and enclosed with a fence so that the dog can also walk around freely. On the terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful view and the quiet surroundings. We love Michele’s place. It was so near to the main station and Michele gave clear instructions for us to get to the apartment. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We wish we could stay on longer! Michele was also responsive and kind enough to let us check in earlier. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is visiting Milan and we will love to come back when we have the chance too!

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

Fabrizio's place was perfect! The surrounding area is beautiful, and both the apartment and pool are very well maintained. Everything felt clean and fresh, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The local pizzeria they recommended is definitely worth a visit, and the wine Fabrizio makes is also excellent. We'd be happy to return for a longer stay next time.

We enjoyed our stay at Emanuela very much. She is very enthusiastic, helpful and welcoming, she responds quickly to questions and gives a lot of information about the area. The apartment is decorated with great care and taste and is in a fantastic place in the center: restaurants, bars, sights and the weekly market within walking distance. Two extra pluses: a lovely, large terrace and a private parking space. We would recommend a stay at Emanuela's place to anyone.

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

This place was the perfect place to stay if you want a beautiful view of the lake and to be in a quiet neighbourhood. There was pros and cons with the location (cons- trouble finding a taxi to and from the train station and not much in close walking distance & pros- beautiful view, right beside the C30 bus stop) but if you’re up for adventure and fully able bodied it’s worth it! We bought some groceries in Como after spending a the day there and had dinner one night in, walked down the stairs by the bus stop to the lake level for dinner at Ristorante Vapore sul Lago di Como and spent a day at the Lido di Faggeto Miamilaryo, which was a beautiful beach club with good food and drinks. The house was everything we needed and the view had us speechless the whole time. The hosts were quick to respond and help when we had questions. We would highly recommend this stay!

It went very smoothly. The place is well furnished and has all what you need for a comfortable stay. Really appreciated the espresso machine :)
