Every morning a rich breakfast with organic and biodynamic products will be available for guests and on request it is possible to taste fruits and vegetables from our production. A few kilometers away you can also reach suggestive mountain trails, food and wine and cultural routes.

Charming Sirmione is a small, newly renovated B&B located in a residential area just steps from the lake. Sara and her family wanted to create a welcoming atmosphere where every guest can feel at home. Ora Room, spacious and cozy with a terrace furnished in a modern style. Double bed, air conditioning, TV, fridge, bathroom with shower, kettle, safe, courtesy line, hairdryer, free WIFI. Every morning we prepare homemade cakes and bread.

Magazzino Bianchi is a newly renovated loft in a garden 2 km from the A4 Brescia Centro motorway, 1.2 km from the station and a stone's throw from the center. Equipped with an internal fenced parking lot (not guarded). The room is located on a closed mezzanine which is accessed through a convenient spiral staircase. The space below is a cozy living area that allows you to work, relax, and enjoy a cup of tea or herbal tea.

Cromatica is the smallest of our rooms, colorful and cozy, perfect for short stays or for people traveling alone.

Your perfect getaway by the lake. Beside a double room with lots of natural light and a private bathroom, you can relax sit in the garden with a good book, or use the kitchen to make yourself a treat. Keep in mind that we are smokers and that we have two cats. Breakfast is incuded. Let us know if you have spacial needs about food (vegetarian, no lactose,..).
