Bell'alloggio in ottima posizione con vista sulla laguna. Pulito e ben accessoriato. Precisa la descrizione dell'appartamento. La proprietaria ha sempre risposto nel giro di pochi minuti dal contatto. A volere davvero trovare un "difetto"...abbiamo scelto questa casa anche e soprattutto perchè segnato che il parcheggio è nella proprietà. In realtà il parcheggio è davanti e non all'interno del residence ed è pubblico, comunque con un buon ricambio e quindi sempre con la possibilità di trovare comunque un posto. Possiamo pertanto dare solo 5 stelle all'esperienza. Grazie mille Francesca.

Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Nettes Appartement mit relativ viel Platz. Der Balkon ist schön aber leider war es von der Straße her etwas laut. Die Lage ist super: Zum Strand und zu den Restaurants sind es nur 5 Minuten Gehweg. Ich hatte meinen Hund dabei. Das war auch kein Problem. Zum Hundestrand geht man etwa 15 Minuten. Ich habe den Aufenthalt genossen.

Giacomo is a fantastic host! He takes care of not only his apartments, but also people ensuring they have an excellent stay. The apartment was superb. Very clean, good a/c, TV has Netflix and YouTube, the kitchen is awesome and the bathroom is spectacular. I felt right at home and treated it as such. Keep up the good work!

siamo stati due notti, ci siamo trovati davvero bene! appartamento accogliente, ben curato e pulito, in una zona comoda di Gorizia.Ospiti discreti ed estremamente disponibili. Consigliato per permanenze brevi ma anche qualcosa di più :)

Es war schön im Haus von Lucas Familie. Seine Mutter kam zum Check-in. Das Haus ist eine hübsche alte Villa mit Garten, hat viel Flair ohne zu aufpoliert zu sein. Man merkt, dass die Familie dort immer wieder selbst wohnt, es war sehr nett und persönlich. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Auto konnte hinter einem abgeschlossenen Tor parken. Ins Zentrum der Stadt muss man ein gutes Stück laufen, aber das wussten wir. Nach Nova Gorica ist es nicht weit. Gut gelegen für einen Besuch rund um die Kulturhauptstadt. Danke Luca!

Location perfetta e centrale. Ottimo il parcheggio privato a disposizione (siamo usciti sempre a piedi) Assortimento di te’ e caffè a disposizione e cucina molto attrezzata.

Nette, kleine Wohnung direkt im Zentrum von Grado. Restaurants, Geschäfte, Strand alles fussläufig. Super schnelle Kommunikation mit Gastgeber. Wir konnten auf Nachfrage auch früher einchecken.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Villagio Europa sehr genossen. Das Haus ist praktisch eingerichtet. Die Kinder haben schnell Freunde kennengelernt und viel gespielt. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt. Der Checkin ist zwischen 16 und 19 Uhr garantiert, sobald das Haus sauber ist. Laut Beschreibung waren wir von garantiert für 16 Uhr ausgegangen. Wir mussten etwas mehr als eine Stunde warten.

Es ist wie Ankommen bei Freunden. Gemütlich, alles wohl vorbereitet, grosszügig. Bei Freunden würde man nur auf Nachfrage bemängeln, dass einige von uns mit den durchgelegen wirkenden Betten nicht ganz zurecht kam. Das steht dem Wunsch nach einem baldigen Wiedersehen bei den meisten aber nicht im Wege.

Wir waren für einige Nächte hier und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus hatte genug Platz für zwei Familien, genügend Parkplätze und einen schönen Garten. Durch die Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße ist es leider sehr laut. Für unsere Zwecke war das Haus wunderbar, die Gastgeber waren stets bemüht zu fragen, ob alles passt. Vielen Dank!

Our stay at Renata’s place was the perfect ending for our Italian family trip from Bologna to Trieste (one mother and two daughters). The house is 15-20 minutes walk from the train station, but there is a bus line also to easier access, than 5 minute walk uphill from bus station to the house. We felt safe and in peace at this accommodation. The three levelled house is gorgeous, well equipped and has a personal vibe through the little details, carefully decorated with personal treasures, unique items and renovated furnitures. Everything was perfectly prepared for our arriving, bathroom and kitchen extra tidy and clean! We got towels, slippers and Renata & Dario even got us some welcome goodies for breakfast and for snacks and welcomed us with nicely written words too. We had everything we needed in the kitchen also. The view is even better than in pictures, perfect for eating outside on the terrace, and sippin’ in the coastal atmosphere. There is simply nothing to complain about! 10/10

Manuela und Marco sind super nette Gastgeber. Sie haben uns viele Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Sowohl in den Bergen als auch am Meer gibt es viel zu entdecken. Tolle Lage vom Haus. Nur 30 min zum Meer und 45min in die Berge. Wir waren in Slovenien an einem tollen Gebirgsbach, dank Marcos Tipp. Wir waren zu acht. Das Haus hat ausreichend Platz und Schlafmöglichkeiten. Die große Küche und die großen Tische waren herrlich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Grazie Lorenzo siamo stati benissimo nel tuo appartamento. Siamo arrivati in una giornata caldissima e abbiamo trovato la casa fresca e l’acqua in frigo, molto apprezzato. L’appartamento è come si vede in foto, ampio, pulito e funzionale. Ottimo il materasso, dormito benissimo. Ampio terrazzo attrezzato dove si può mangiare, tv Smart grande per rilassarsi e comodo parcheggio interno. Infine Lorenzo è una persona comunicativa e cordiale. Lo Consiglio!!

casa molto confortevole per un grande gruppo. area giorno spaziosa, cucina fornitissima e giardino ideale per divertirsi. Bella la camerata all'ultimo piano dove i bambini hanno dormito tutti insieme.

L'appartamento è molto bello e spazioso. Il letto molto confortevole. C'era l'area condizionata regolata molto bene, per cui si stava veramente bene nonostante il caldo torrido dei giorni che abbiamo alloggiato. L'appartamento è in una posizione meravigliosa, vicino ad una strada con dei locali molto belli, ma non era rumoroso per niente. Il bagno spazioso con antibagno, ozione molto comoda quando si viaggia in tre. Grazie

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in het appartement van Fabio! Super gezellig appartement met echt alle voorzieningen die je maar kan wensen. Ik heb nog nooit zo’n goed uitgeruste Air bnb gehad! Super makkelijke binnenkomst. Het appartement was makkelijk af te koelen, ondanks de hitte. Er stonden lekkere koekjes klaar en de koffie was heerlijk! Heel rustig! Zeer goede locatie: op wandelafstand van het centrum of een bus vlakbij, die zeer vaak rijdt. Bedankt voor alles!

This is a really nice apartment, well furnished, spotlessly clean and with everything one might need. Donatella was a lovely host, she met us at the apartment even though we arrived quite late and gave us some useful tips on Trieste. The apartment is very central, lots of restaurants and cafes in the area, the boat and bus to the beaches are 5 minutes away. The apartment was also nice and quiet at night, I highly recommend it for a stay in Trieste

Appartamento che ha confermato totalmente le nostre aspettative. Unici dettagli da segnare : Pavimento in legno (parquet) bellissimo ma un po’ troppo rumoroso quando lo si calpestava. Tende alle finestre difficili da utilizzare e scuri dai quali filtrava un po’ troppa luce. Ma sono veramente piccoli dettagli che non hanno assolutamente inficiato la bellissima esperienza vissuta! Consiglio assolutamente di soggiornare alla Maison !

We stayed in San Nicolo Suites “Suite Mula” and it was absolutely fantastic. Beautifully renovated with high end finishes, a beautiful bathroom and really spacious bedroom with huge, comfortable bed. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, and checked in on us during our stay to see if we required anything further. As we were travelling for many weeks, the laundry and iron was a huge bonus. The location itself can’t be beaten…the suites are just upstairs from a fabulous pasticceria with beautiful cakes and savoury items all day long, as well as great coffee. Also nearby is a great little bar with a good selection of chicchetti and cocktails. This is a lively and very beautiful part of town,with a really good selection of restaurants, as well as being very easy to walk to all the major attactions, the train and bus station, and the ferry. One of the best bnb’s we’ve stayed in Italy and would definitely stay again if we dome back to the surprising city of Trieste.

This was an absolutely great stay in Udine. The place was beautifully finished, and felt like a little slice of luxury. The bed was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our central location! Thank you so much for, we are already planning a return.
