First, I want to say that we were very well received by the owners, very helpful and caring. It was a pleasure to meet them and chat with them, both in Italian and French. The apartment is very large and comfortable, with two bathrooms and a nice balcony from which you can see the sea. It is located very close to the promenade of the long sea that leads to both San Lorenzo al Mare and Santo Stefano al Mare and beyond, for those who appreciate walking or cycling since there is a very comfortable bike path. On the other hand, those who have difficulty moving will have to take the car to go shopping or anything else, because the neighborhood is exclusively residential and also the apartment is located on a steep uphill street. In the building there are dogs that unfortunately bark often during the day, when the owners are absent.

The view is fantastic, especially with the sunsets! A small beach is in walking distance (lots of altitude meters). Own parking space available, but not suitable for large cars. The apartment is large, but only the double bed offers sleeping comfort in the somewhat dark bedroom. The single bed in the other room is only suitable for children.

Very nice accommodation with a beautiful sea view. Many amenities available, there was nothing missing! Very good communication with Sandra. Be careful though if you have a large vehicle it is quite difficult to park in the small alleys. And the neighbor's dog was a little noisy.. But overall we recommend, we had a very pleasant stay with the family.

We spent some really nice time in la casetta! Rita and Sandro were very helpful and flexible! The garden was very much appreciated by our 3 kids and us! Please bare in mind though that there are around 46 stairs to reach la casetta, so if you plan to take your bicycles to do the San Remo pista ciclabile, get ready to pick them up walk with them in the stairs (or go from the bottom of la casetta, there's a tight ramp)
