Apartment holiday rentals in Province of Imperia

As avid sailors regatta we've visited Imperia many times before for about ten years, and this is the very best apartmentwe ever rented. We spent Christmas 2024 in Nonno Vaporetto and totally liked it. Super easy communication with Gianna and there is really *NOTHING* to worry about the access to the bathroom over the balcony since the bathroom is easily warmed up. More generally, there is nothing to worry about viisiting Nonno Vaporetto in winter. It is well equipped with radiators all around (much in contrast to the apartment in Imperia we rented ealry December and where we froze our feet off). We'll be back :-).

Ho soggiornato nell'alloggio di Elisa con i miei genitori anziani, perfetto per noi abituati ad ampi spazi interni e al giardino. È stato come essere a casa. Elisa è stata una padrona di casa impeccabile: disponibile, gentile, sempre reperibile e pronta ad aiutare. Ho dato il massimo a tutti i servizi.

Vacanza bellissima, Sonia e Luigi persone splendide, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa , sempre disponibili, casa bella e pulita, a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare! Un grazie di cuore e a un arrivederci . Ciao da Angela Davide e la peste Nala

Giulia est une hôte très réactive et aimable. Elle a été flexible pour le check out en me permettant de rester au dela de l'heure reglementaire. Le studio se trouve en hauteur dans le centre historique, très charmant, une petite marche de 15 / 20 minutes depuis la gare, sinon il faut prevoir un taxi si vous arrivez avec une grande valise.

Antonello ist ein ganz toller Gastgeber, unglaublich freundlich und zuverlässig. Die Wohnung ist schön in einem wunderschönen Dörfchen mit einem unschlagbaren Ausblick! Die Unterkunft ist gepflegt und wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft nur von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

AnnaMaria and her family were a wonderful host. We were delighted to meet them and to have discovered that their family also pridely make one of, or the bes Pigato wine of the region. The entire family was just wonderful, friendly, and accommodating to our needs. Specially travelling with 2 medium size dogs. It was such a treat to get to meet most of the family. The home is just beautiful!!! the landscape was just perfect and what we needed for our vacation. Will definately come back to their home and I have already recommended their home to other friends. Thank you to Annamarie, Francesca, and the rest of the family.

Logement impeccable, très propre. Le coin est magnifique, à environ 10 minutes à pied de la plage, on a adoré notre séjour. Erick répond rapidement, très bon hôte!

We felt right at home in Nicola's slice of heaven! The space was efficient, well appointed, and the views from inside and from the terrace were nothing short of amazing. If you are looking for remote, quiet, and private this is your place. The town is a short walk away with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops to choose from. Bring your binoculars to watch the fishermen and other sea activities.

Het appartement van Carlo is fantastisch mooi gelegen vlakbij Imperia en vele super lekkere restaurants. Met zicht op zee bovendien. Uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding. Een ruimte living/leefruimte bovendien. We hebben alles super geapprecieerd en een geweldig verblijf gehad. Als u van absolute nachtrust houdt, is vrijdag- en zaterdagnacht midden in de zomer een beproeving, aangezien er een strandbar is die tot laat in de nacht activiteit heeft. Maar ons heeft het niet zo gestoord. Kort wakker enkele keren, maar direct terug in slaap. Bangelijk zicht op zee. Alles vlakbij: bakker op 10 meter, supermarkt op 100 meter. Koersfiets zalig langs de kust. Cipressa, Poggio, San Remo. Een schitterende vakantie gehad.

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! Das Auto haben wir in der öffentlichen Tiefgarage 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar geparkt und erst wieder bei der Abreise geholt, da alles super zu Fuß erreichbar war. Top Unterkunft in zentraler Lage komplett ausgestattet. Wir kommen wieder! Josy&Markus

A casa di Ivana e Riccardo ci siamo trovati come a casa. L'appartamento super funzionale con tutto quello che ti serve a disposizione, ti permette di rilassarti, senza lo stress della città e del traffico. Abbiamo trascorso tre serate a Docedo dove abbiamo partecipato alle iniziative del paese ed è stato molto interessante. Durante il giorno è molto facile arrivare alle spiagge più vicine dove il mare è splendido.

Sehr gute Lage zum Wandern oder Radfahren. Abends zum flanieren, um Cocktail oder so zu trinken, ist die Lage nicht optimal. Man muß immer mit dem Auto runter an die Promenade fahren. Parkplatz ist ca. 50 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Die Küche könnte mehr Steckdosen gebrauchen. Es sind alle notwendigen Geräte vorhanden (Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, usw.), leider nicht zusammen nutzbar da es zu wenig Steckdosen in der Küche gibt. Vielleicht wären Verlängerungskabel mit Mehrfachsteckdosen sinnvoll. Abends ist es schön ruhig im Ort und es weht ein angenehmer frischer Wind. Im Ort selbst gibt's 2 exklusive Restaurants (also keine Pizzeria) mit sehr gutem Essen. Reservierung notwendig! Darüber hinaus, gibt's noch ein Take away, welches man das Essen vorbestellen muss. Sehr viele Katzen und Hunde. Ein typisch südländisches Bergdorf. Entlang der Küste Richtung Westen, schöne Ortschaften. Monaco und Nizza sind auch nicht weit entfernt. Sanremo ist sehr schön zum shoppen.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento (due adulti e un bambino di 2 anni e mezzo) una settimana a metà Giugno. Ci ha accolti la Sig.ra Gianna, anticipando la possibilità di check-in e facendoci trovare diverse cose per la colazione del nostro bambino. É stata molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità o richiesta di cui avessimo bisogno. La casa é molto bella e di recente ristrutturazione, l’abbiamo trovata molto pulita e ordinata, ci hanno fornito anche un lettino da campeggio per il bambino, erano presenti prodotti di prima necessità per cucinare e per la pulizia giornaliera. La posizione è impagabile, da ogni finestra della casa si vede il mare, della cui vista abbiamo potuto godere ampiamente al mattino facendo colazione sul terrazzo. Il clima é fantastico, sempre ventilato tanto che non abbiamo mai dovuto accendere i condizionatori. La possibilità di accedere al mare in pochi minuti a piedi é un vantaggio importante, da valutare con passeggini.Torneremo sicuramente!

Wir hatten tolle erholsame Tage. Der Preis ist etwas hoch, aber durchaus entsprechend. Der einzige Nachteil waren die sehr harten Betten. Mit Hund ist das Grundstück ein Gewinn, da es keine Wiesen gibt. Ein Hundeplatz etwa 1,5 km entfernt aber sehr klein und für große Hunde. Wir können es nur empfehlen. Nespresso mit Kapseln, sehr viel gutes Geschirr, alles in der Küche vorhanden. Kosmetikartikel( Seife, Shampoo, Waschmittel etc.) vorhanden. Mit der Übersetzungsapp war die Verständigung per Wh….app mit Avenola sehr toll. Antwort immer und sofort, ganz vielen Dank für eure Supertolle Betreuung, Grazie Auto war auf dem umfriedenden Grundstück sicher. Nachbarn waren sehr nett. Wir können es nur jedem empfehlen dort Urlaub zu machen. Der Balkon ist der Hammer.

We spend 5 weeks in the apartment for workation and early spring. Was a wonderful stay and can highly recommend. This really feels like a second home. There are great Osterias in Docledo and a lot to explore in Imperia. The region is super nice for biking! Only current downside is the internet, which is connected via Sim-Card. But there will be a fiberglass connection soon - so we will be happy to come back!!

appartamento stupendo, immerso nel silenzio e nella tranquillità. Peccato per la vasca idromassaggio che non funzionava, sarebbe stato stupendo fare un bagno rilassante. unica cosa da rivedere é la pulizia delle padelle e del fornello. Per il resto é stato comunque tutto perfetto!

Ottima location e splendida Host. L'alloggiamento è esattamente come vorresti che fosse; lindo e moderno. Silvia e la Mamma si sono rivelate peresone squisite e attente alle necessità palesate. Direi che, per chi cerca una vacanza di relax, lontano dal caos, ma a 10 minuti d'auto dal centro di Alassio, questa è la souzione ottimale. La piscina non è enomre, ma ha le giuste proporzioni, sia per grandi che, eventualmente, per piccini. La cucina è fornita di tutto e tutte le stoviglie sono di ottima qualità, così come gli arredi. In sintesi, un'ottima soluzione per chi cerca la vera tranquillità. Complimenti all'Host per come cura la location e i clienti.

Appartamento bellissimo e pulitissimo, dotato di tutto il necessario e di una vista incantevole, immerso in un’oasi di pace a pochi minuti di auto dal mare. Ma nulla in confronto all’ospitalità di Manuela e Alessandro, che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale. Consigliatissimo

Ottima location! Davvero un posticino delizioso e dotato di ottimi servizi! Appartamento pulitissimo, con vista mare e terrazza con barbecue. Per i bambini è un vero paradiso, hanno veramente pensato a tutto per renderli contenti. Anche il nostro amico quattrozampe Lemmy ha apprezzato il giardino. Davvero esperienza eccezionale, ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Die Wohnung war wunderschön, sehr sauber und auch der Garten inklusive Pool war traumhaft, den man sich jedoch mit den anderen Hausbewohnern teilt. Für 4 Personen ist die Wohnung ausreichend groß. Sie ist modern und sehr stylisch. Nachts gab es Bauarbeiten auf der Straße, die Fenster waren jedoch sehr gut isoliert. Rita war unglaublich großzügig (Frühstück für die ersten Tage war vorhanden und eine Flasche Prosecco gab es oben drauf). Man kann zwar zu Fuss in die Stadt laufen, was uns jedoch etwas zu weit war, da wir eine Schwangere dabei hatten. Daher sind wir immer mit dem Auto in die Altstadt gefahren und haben dort recht günstig im Parkhaus parken können. Es gibt viele, sehr leckere Restaurants in Sanremo mit angemessenen Preisen. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay in Sanremo, the flat was very clean and welcoming, better than we expected. There is everything you can need during your stay. We enjoyed staying here and we would definitely recommend it to others. It is a close walk to the center of Sanremo or with the bikes Filippo offers. The pool was not yet open at this time of the year, but this was not an issue for us, we knew it upfront. We would definitely choose Filippos flat once again if we come back to Sanremo. Schöne Unterkunft direkt am Strand, mit privatem Strandzugang. Schöner Garten mit einem kleinen Spielplatz, optimal für Kinder. Der Meeresblick ist traumhaft. Wir waren wirklich rundum mit der Unterkunft zufrieden.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, der Garten gigantisch und der Pool sehr sauber. Leider war etwas wenig Besteck vorhanden. Der Müll muss selbst entsorgt werden, etwas abenteuerlich über enge, steile Straßen. Ansonsten top.
