Dear Laura, thank you very much for the great vacation in Sanremo with your little house (Casetta), your warm manner and your endless helpfulness. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The house with its loving furnishings is an absolute recommendation. Ideal for those who want to spend a holiday in the middle of a great Italian city by the sea. We were there as a family (2 adults and 3 children/teenagers) and it was just great. Everything is within walking distance - culture, shops, beaches, restaurants. Actually, you don't need a car. But if you arrive by car, there is even an extra garage for it (what a luxury in a city). That was definitely not our last vacation with you! :)

Lovely little apartment , perfect for a family of three. Shower was good, and nice to have a washing machine to use . Be prepared to walk uphill and on cobbled paths, this could be difficult for people with health/ disability issues .Especially if you’ve done a food shop in the neighbouring supermarket 😁 The parking is tricky at the weekends , however there is another car parking area at the top of the village. Self catering accommodation , had all the essentials , just needed to buy some little extras like toilet rolls , to see us through the week. Apartment was cosy , clean with the most breathtaking views. The bedroom upstairs is very suited to agile persons as the roof and beds are low . The village is charming , loved the square and the little shop. Neighbouring villages are worth visiting , the Rocchetta Nervina rock pools were a particular highlight for us. Lovely atmosphere, locals, food and wine , Anne was a great helpful host. Recommend you stay here in lovely Apricale

We had a wonderful time in Nina's apartment in Lucinasco. The accommodation was super cool and beautifully furnished - we enjoyed it very much. Nina is a really lovely hostess. Everything was as described and we would be happy to come back. 😊☀️☺️🫒🇮🇹

We had a really great time on our beach vacation. The house was very suitable for our needs and would have been great for more than two people. We thank you for the kindness in the welcome and in the information to help us settle in the area.

I received a very warm welcome from Niki’s husband Enrico. It was a very last minute booking but Enrico was still able to wait for me on the main road in the evening to guide me to the apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and has everything you might need (coffee, mosquito nets in the windows to sleep with the windows open and wake up with the sound of birds). It’s a bit remote so the location is beautifully quiet but the road is narrow so best not to come with a big car.

Casa Renata is a very beautiful old house that offers a spectacular view of the lower Italian Alps due to its hillside location. It is stylishly furnished and remains very pleasant even in the summer months due to the clever construction and the possibilities of shading through the shutters. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

We spent two great weeks at Marinella. The reception was super warm. We received a lot of help and great recommendations from Marinella and Anthony. The antique mill is equipped with everything you need. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be. We had minimal Internet reception at times. I had a mobile router with me, which was mounted on a fishing rod and thus WiFi was available for googling and sending pictures. There are beautiful brown trout in the river by the house. The post office for the fishing license is directly on the street. We would like to thank you again and hope that we will make it to the antique mill again.

We were a group of ten people staying at Marcel's villa. Eight of us slept in the available beds while two slept in the bunk beds, which was completely fine. The villa is a marvel with many different sections and spots to relax, swim, cook, and much more. Beware that the driveway is very tight, and we spent some time on the logistics of having two cars in the garage. They both fit, but quite a bit of time was spent maneuvering around. The area around the villa provides lots of different activities. During the week, we played padel, golf, tennis, hiked, ran, and biked all within a short ten-minute drive. Marcel and Liga provided us with lots of tips on the area and helped us out quickly if there were any questions. We really hope to be back sometime, thanks, Marcel and Liga!

Words cannot describe how gorgeous Anna’s place is. This home exceeded all of my expectations, and I could not stop staring out the windows. From your balcony you can see three countries, mountains, and ocean. It truly is a once in a life time place. You are of course up in a mountain so limited things around you to do but the city center is right at the base and there are plenty of amazing restaurants. For freedom it is important to rent a car as taxis up and down can add up. We found ourselves walking down and then taxiing up to save $ which was a beautiful scenic walk and enjoyable, but not the best option for those less able bodied. We also found it easy to use delivery apps to deliver groceries and food to us on days we did not go down. Unfortunately we were in the off season of tourism, but still found plenty restaurants open to enjoy. Anna is very proactive in helping arrange anything you need whether to call a taxi, or other needs. Do not hesitate to book this stay!

Remy was an excellent host. He contacted us before our trip and checked in regularly during our stay. He answered our questions promptly and had great local knowledge about things to do and places to eat. The apartment was lovely, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. It was wonderful to relax and enjoy the tranquility.

We had perfect days in Borganzo!! A wonderful stay from the first to the last minute. The house is beautifully and quietly located, it is super well maintained and has everything you need. The garden is a dream and the pool is just sensationally beautiful, is very large and also has a very nice depth. (From flat to over 2m) Stefano has taken care of everything very well, has always responded immediately to requests from us and is also a very likeable person! We hope to be able to travel to Borganzo again soon!

Our stay in Italy at Imperia was very pleasant. We had the pleasure of spending a week in a beautiful home that impressed us with its diversity and sustainable charm. The owners, especially the friendly hostess Anny, welcomed us warmly and took good care of us throughout our stay. On the first evening, we were spoiled with a homemade pasta dish prepared with fresh vegetables from Anny's own garden. Anny was always available to us, whether in person or via a messenger app when she was not on site. We highly recommend this place. The combination of sustainability, friendly hospitality and beautiful surroundings makes this property a great vacation destination. We will certainly be back.

Really superlative experience! Angela is a caring and kind host, she fills you with attention and gifts at km0 from her lush garden (lemon and sweet and juicy grapefruits). The location is enviable for its panorama and tranquility, while the swimming pool and gazebo/solarium are a bonus worthy of an exclusive resort. In short, this gem on the hills of Ventimiglia, a stone's throw from Menton, is an accommodation option not to be missed!

Very nice apartment in a sublime place. The hosts were very welcoming and attentive during my stay. The only downside is the path from the main road to the property, which is very narrow and steep.

We had a wonderful stay in Sanremo, the flat was very clean and welcoming, better than we expected. There is everything you can need during your stay. We enjoyed staying here and we would definitely recommend it to others. It is a close walk to the center of Sanremo or with the bikes Filippo offers. The pool was not yet open at this time of the year, but this was not an issue for us, we knew it upfront. We would definitely choose Filippos flat once again if we come back to Sanremo. Very nice cottage with a great garden to use. The mattress was a bit hard for us, but everything was clean and present. We were able to completely unwind here. The nearby village of Dolcedo is also definitely cozy and you can go out to eat a few times in the evening. Thanks for the nice stay, Monica !

Check in was extremely easy and Dina was available to answer all questions and offer assistance when needed. Location is perfect - a 20 min walk to the train station and very close to the Casino and pedestrian shopping area. The apartment was spacious for my family of 4. Dina has thought of everything for the apartment - fresh cookies when we arrived, coffee and coffee maker, an assortment of shampoos/body washes/lotions, umbrellas if needed, kitchen was stocked with all necessities. Very private apartment; we felt very safe and secure. A++++!!

Beautiful views, walkable to town with tons of shopping and restaurants, very peaceful and quiet at night

The view is just stunning, we enjoyed breakfast and evening meals on the balcony; with views like that we preferred to cook ourselves in the evening, after long days exploring the area we wanted to make the most of the peace and the sound of the sea! The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay, kitchen very well equipped, including basic condiments. Bed was super comfortable. Lift to the small “wilderness” beach directly below the property is an experience, it does cost 45€ extra (payable on arrival), but you can ride it as many times as you want! Beach very quiet during the week off season, but we arrived on a Sunday and it was packed. You definitely need a car if staying here, car parking is very secure. There are a couple of restaurants less than 10 mins walk, and then a few more in the port, but Ventimiglia Alta does feel quite “tired”, probably a different vibe in high season though! We would definitely stay again, a great base, very relaxing. Thanks Cristina

Great place for a family. Walking distance to restaurants and shops- as well as the sea. Balcony is a great feature. We were very pleased.

Great accommodation, in the middle of the city, numerous restaurants, cafes and shops in the immediate vicinity. Still had very quiet nights. The perfect accommodation to experience Sanremo. Very nice host!

My girlfriend and I stayed for only 2 days at Maria Vittoria's place, but it was like feeling at home! The experience was really pleasant, the apartment had all the comforts as described and Maria Vittoria was very helpful and courteous. The location is great for reaching the beaches, the center and the various walks/bike path comfortably on foot in a few minutes; this is a plus as you can also get around the surrounding areas with great ease. Special mention for cleanliness as everything was clean and there was also the necessary to keep it tidy. Overall very satisfying stay!
