Liebe Laura, herzlichen Dank für den tollen Urlaub in Sanremo mit Deinem kleinen Haus (Casetta), Deiner herzlichen Art und Deiner unendlichen Hilfsbereitschaft. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Das Haus ist mit seiner liebevollen Einrichtung eine absolute Empfehlung. Ideal für alle, die einen Urlaub mitten drin in einer tollen italienischen Stadt am Meer verbringen wollen. Wir waren dort als Familie (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder/Teenager) und es war einfach nur großartig. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar - Kultur, Geschäfte, Strände, Restaurants. Eigentlich braucht man gar kein Auto. Aber wenn man mit Auto anreist, gibt es sogar extra eine Garage dafür (was für ein Luxus in einer Stadt). Das war bestimmt nicht unser letzter Urlaub bei Dir! :)

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Ninas Wohnung in Lucinasco. Die Unterkunft war super cool und schön eingerichtet- wir haben es sehr genossen. Nina ist eine wirklich liebe Gastgeberin. Alles war wie beschrieben und wir würden uns freuen wieder zu kommen. 😊☀️☺️🫒🇮🇹

Siamo stati davvero molto bene per i nostri giorni di vacanza al mare. La casa era adattissima alle nostre esigenze e sarebbe stata ottima anche per più di due persone. Ringraziamo per la gentilezza nell'accoglienza e nelle informazioni per ambientarci al meglio nella zona.

I received a very warm welcome from Niki’s husband Enrico. It was a very last minute booking but Enrico was still able to wait for me on the main road in the evening to guide me to the apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and has everything you might need (coffee, mosquito nets in the windows to sleep with the windows open and wake up with the sound of birds). It’s a bit remote so the location is beautifully quiet but the road is narrow so best not to come with a big car.

Sehr schön für Naturliebhaber, die zum Wandern trittsicher im bergigen Gelände unterwegs sind. Wer mal wieder einfaches Leben ausprobieren und genießen möchte, ein Faible für Natursteinmauern und auch Natursteinhäuser hat und die Atmosphäre darin erleben möchte, für den ist diese Unterkunft ein absoluter Volltreffer. Bereitschaft zur Improvisation ist vorteilhaft. Das alles bei sehr freundlichen, aufmerksamen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern.

Bei der Casa Renata handelt es sich um ein sehr schönes altes Haus, das aufgrund der Hanglage einen spektakulären Blick auf die unteren italienischen Alpen bietet. Es ist stilvoll eingerichtet ist und bleibt auch in den Sommermonaten aufgrund der cleveren Bauweise und der Möglichkeiten der Schattierung durch die Fensterläden sehr angenehm. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen bei Marinella verbracht. Der Empfang war super herzlich. Wir haben sehr viel Hilfe und tolle Empfehlungen von Marinella und Anthony bekommen. Die Antike Mühle ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Wir hatten zeitweise minimal Internet Empfang. Ich hatte einen mobilen Router mit, den an einer Angelrute montiert und damit war WLAN zum Googlen und Bilder verschicken vorhanden. Im Fluß am Haus sind schöne Bachforellen. Die Poststelle für die Angellizenz ist direkt an der Straße. Wir möchten uns nochmal herzlich bedanken und hoffen, daß wir es nochmal in die antike Mühle schaffen.

Wir hatten tolles Wetter über den Jahreswechsel in Ligurien und wir haben auch die Unterkunft sehr genossen.

Words cannot describe how gorgeous Anna’s place is. This home exceeded all of my expectations, and I could not stop staring out the windows. From your balcony you can see three countries, mountains, and ocean. It truly is a once in a life time place. You are of course up in a mountain so limited things around you to do but the city center is right at the base and there are plenty of amazing restaurants. For freedom it is important to rent a car as taxis up and down can add up. We found ourselves walking down and then taxiing up to save $ which was a beautiful scenic walk and enjoyable, but not the best option for those less able bodied. We also found it easy to use delivery apps to deliver groceries and food to us on days we did not go down. Unfortunately we were in the off season of tourism, but still found plenty restaurants open to enjoy. Anna is very proactive in helping arrange anything you need whether to call a taxi, or other needs. Do not hesitate to book this stay!

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful house. The garden is also really nice with a big lemon tree. Pool was clean and great. It is located on a hillside in a small village, so there is a nice view. We will highly recommend it.

Remy et Johana sont des hôtes très disponibles et très réactifs, toujours soucieux de notre confort. Les consignes d’arrivée et de départ sont très précises ce qui les facilite grandement. L’appartement est très bien équipé et très confortable, la vue de la terrasse est exceptionnelle ! Le garage privé et fermé a quelques pas du logement est un vrai plus. L’appartement est proche de Sanremo, Imperia, la frontière française et quelques sites à visiter en quelques minutes en voiture. Les restaurants conseillés par Remy et Johana ont fait notre bonheur gastronomique ! Merci à vous de nous avoir accueilli aussi chaleureusement ! Nous vous recommandons à 💯 % ainsi que votre logement. Nul doute que nous serons à nouveau vos hôtes si nous revenons dans la région. Sophie et Michel.

Wir haben perfekte Tage in Borganzo erlebt!! Von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Das Haus liegt wunderschön und ruhig, es ist super gepflegt und hat alles was man braucht. Der Garten ist ein Traum und der Pool ist einfach nur sensationell schön, ist sehr groß und hat auch eine sehr schöne Tiefe. (Von flach bis über 2m) Stefano hat das alles bestens gepflegt, hat immer sofort auf Anfragen von uns reagiert und ist dazu auch noch ein sehr sympathischer Mensch! Wir hoffen bald wieder nach Borganzo reisen zu können!

Esperienza davvero superlativa! Angela è un'host premurosa e gentile, ti riempie di attenzioni e doni a km0 provenienti dal suo rigoglioso giardino (limoni e pompelmi dolcissimi e succosi). La posizione è invidiabile per panorama e tranquillità, mentre piscina e gazebo/solarium rappresentano un bonus degno di un resort esclusivo. Insomma questa chicca sulle colline di Ventimiglia, a due passi da Menton, è un'opzione di alloggio da non perdere!

Tres bel appartement dans un lieu sublime. Les hôtes ont été très accueillants et à l’écoute durant mon séjour. Seul bémol sur le chemin donnant de la route principale jusqu’à la propriété, qui est très étroit et en forte pente.

We were a group of ten people staying at Marcel's villa. Eight of us slept in the available beds while two slept in the bunk beds, which was completely fine. The villa is a marvel with many different sections and spots to relax, swim, cook, and much more. Beware that the driveway is very tight, and we spent some time on the logistics of having two cars in the garage. They both fit, but quite a bit of time was spent maneuvering around. The area around the villa provides lots of different activities. During the week, we played padel, golf, tennis, hiked, ran, and biked all within a short ten-minute drive. Marcel and Liga provided us with lots of tips on the area and helped us out quickly if there were any questions. We really hope to be back sometime, thanks, Marcel and Liga!

Heel fijn huisje met een geweldige tuin om gebruik van te maken. De matras was voor ons wat hard maar alles was proper en aanwezig. We zijn hier volledig tot rust kunnen komen. Het dorpje Dolcedo in de buurt is ook zeker gezellig en kan je 'savonds wel eens een paar keer gaan eten. Bedankt voor het fijne verblijf, Monica !

Check in was extremely easy and Dina was available to answer all questions and offer assistance when needed. Location is perfect - a 20 min walk to the train station and very close to the Casino and pedestrian shopping area. The apartment was spacious for my family of 4. Dina has thought of everything for the apartment - fresh cookies when we arrived, coffee and coffee maker, an assortment of shampoos/body washes/lotions, umbrellas if needed, kitchen was stocked with all necessities. Very private apartment; we felt very safe and secure. A++++!!

Wir haben uns auf unserem Mädels-Trip in Diano Marina bei Stefano sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Strand liegt einem direkt zu Füßen. Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür ist Gold wert. Die Kommunikation mit Stefano war super schnell. Wir würden das Apartment auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Wi haben Anfangs Juni die angenehmen Temperaturen genossen. Tolle Aussicht, sehr grosse Terrasse und auch vom Wohnzimmer aus ein grosses Panoramafenster. Alles sehr sauber und wie beschrieben. Das Umland perfekt zum Mountainbiken und wandern, mit dem Auto 15min zum Meer.

The view is just stunning, we enjoyed breakfast and evening meals on the balcony; with views like that we preferred to cook ourselves in the evening, after long days exploring the area we wanted to make the most of the peace and the sound of the sea! The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay, kitchen very well equipped, including basic condiments. Bed was super comfortable. Lift to the small “wilderness” beach directly below the property is an experience, it does cost 45€ extra (payable on arrival), but you can ride it as many times as you want! Beach very quiet during the week off season, but we arrived on a Sunday and it was packed. You definitely need a car if staying here, car parking is very secure. There are a couple of restaurants less than 10 mins walk, and then a few more in the port, but Ventimiglia Alta does feel quite “tired”, probably a different vibe in high season though! We would definitely stay again, a great base, very relaxing. Thanks Cristina

Great place for a family. Walking distance to restaurants and shops- as well as the sea. Balcony is a great feature. We were very pleased.

Chiara e Giulia sono due persone eccezionali di rara cortesia e disponibilità dimostrata nei nostri confronti anche in presenza di un piccolo inconveniente al nostro arrivo. Appartamento pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort, situato in zona comoda per gli spostamenti e fornita di tutto ciò che serve. Il mare è vicino. È vero che mancano i condizionatori ma per la posizione in cui si trova non sono ,secondo me, necessari neanche nelle stagioni più calde. Davvero un bel posto, consigliatissimo. Speriamo di ritornare presto. un grazie infinite per tutto.

Tolle Unterkunft, mitten in der Stadt, zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés und Läden in unmittelbarer Nähe. Dennoch sehr ruhige Nächte gehabt. Die perfekte Unterkunft, um Sanremo zu erleben. Sehr netter Gastgeber!

Io e la mia fidanzata siamo stati per soli 2 giorni presso l’alloggio di Maria Vittoria, ma è stato come sentirsi a casa! L’esperienza è stata veramente piacevole, l’appartamento disponeva di tutte le comodità come da descrizione e Maria Vittoria è stata molto disponibile e cortese. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere le spiagge, il centro e le varie passeggiate/pista ciclabile comodamente a piedi in pochi minuti; questo è un plus in quanto permette di spostarsi anche nelle zone limitrofe con grande facilità. Menzione speciale per la pulizia in quanto era tutto pulito e c’era anche l’occorrente per tenere in ordine. Soggiorno complessivamente molto soddisfacente!
