Holiday rentals with a patio in Province of La Spezia

Beautiful apartment with a fabulous view of the stunning Golfo Dei Poeti made this the perfect base for our stay in Lerici. It is a very short walk from the picturesque hilltop village of La Serra and within easy walking distance of Lerici town and local beaches. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Lola is extremely friendly and helpful and a great communicator. I would be very happy to come back.

We just returned from an amazing stay at Sonia’s beautiful house. The location is perfect with it’s beautiful terrace views and a quiet place from the village. The house itself suited our family of four, including two young adults. Their hospitality was excellent and I would highly recommend.

We immediately felt at home and had a great time in Silvio’s flat which is wonderfully spacious, light, comfortable, perfectly situated in the heart of the city and has a lovely balcony where we had our breakfasts and evening meals. The essential ingredients and cool drinks in the kitchen were much appreciated. It was the perfect base for discovering the Cinque Terra and La Spezia. I do recommend it to any one who does not mind walking up to the fourth floor. Many thanks Silvio, we also loved the decoration !

Amazing place to explore the Cinque Terre. All is exactly as described. It is really a luxury life here with the magnificent view from the terrass, the jacuzzi etc. All is super calm, the bed is very comfortable so I really appreciate my stay here. On top of that. Sandro was very nice with me as he picks me up at the station and helps me with the luggage. Very friendly host. Highly recommended place!!!

This was the best stay during our trip to Italy. Cinque Terra is beautiful and Lorenzo went above and beyond to ensure our stay was phenomenal. He is friendly and helpful, and keeps the place immaculate. Lorenzo achieved the impossible; the one place my wife had no complaints about.

We had a really lovely week in the apartment. We got a good and thorough introduction of the apartment and the area when we arrived. Really nice. The apartment was really nice. Lovely with extra clean linens and towels. A very well equipped kitchen. Lovely large bathroom with washing machine. The terrace was lovely with sun loungers, large dining table and large umbrella. The view of the bay and Levanoto was very lovely and it was absolutely calm. As described, the apartment is up steep hill. We had no car and used the stairs (220 steps one way) to get to town and the beach. We are young and fit and took the trip a few times daily. It worked for us, but you have to be ready on many steps daily if you come without a car. (But then you can also eat more ice cream) We had a really wonderful stay and the only thing we have as a small note is: it could be nice to have some dry spices that were stuck in the kitchen. 😊

Wow- it was really so nice! I also recommended the beautiful place directly to my friends. We were even allowed to arrive earlier and were warmly welcomed. We were in Italy in June and the stony walls made it pleasantly cool in the bedroom. It was as typical Italy as you imagine. Everything very clean. The garden and the complex are super well maintained. Huge lemon trees, olive trees, flowers - all very harmonious and exudes its Italian flair. The pool and views are truly a dream! The location is perfect for trips to Pisa or Cinque Terre. We were even invited to dinner and this was truly an experience. The neighbors and Eugenio and family are very nice. It was incredibly delicious. Maybe interesting: in the village there is a supermarket (about a 10-minute drive) and a bakery. Right at the property, walking is a bit difficult, as there is only the steep road. It was perfect for us- thank you ❤️

We had a wonderful place to stay. Nicolò was very friendly and helpful. When there were problems with the taxis, he picked us up from the train station and brought us back. All in all a perfect holiday.

Our family vacation (4 people) in this place was an absolute dream and in reality even more impressive than in the photos. The entire property is immaculately clean and exudes a wonderful, peaceful atmosphere. For our children and us, the pool in front of the breathtaking mountain scenery was the daily highlight - a perfect place to unwind and enjoy. The location is fantastic for escaping everyday life and being active at the same time. We explored the area on several beautiful hiking tours. But what really makes the stay special are the hosts: Chris and Joanna are incredibly warm and helpful. Their hospitality is exceptional. We highly recommend this place.

A fun unique stay! The team is amazing and very welcoming. The description is correct. There is a pretty good hike up to the tower and there are steep stairs. However, the team will help with luggage to the tower at check in and back to your car at check out. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were so nice! I noticed the first night how fresh the bedding smelled. These things made the stay more home-like.

Anna was an exceptional host, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a success even though it was only a 1 night stay. She was so kind as to also organise a collection to her place and then drive us to the station herself the very next day. The accommodation was beautiful and extremely tasteful in its styling and appearance in every way. In addition it was also remarkably clean. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a peaceful retreat in beautiful surroundings.

If you like to live in a piece of heaven for a few days with an extremely nice host, this is the right place to rent. The house itself is very cozy with an outstanding view as described in descriptions. Emilia and family are super nice and very fast responding with great local recommendations for restaurants, tours, and public transportation. The place is very clean with lovely interior and exterior. You find whatever you need in this house. I recommend it to all my friends to rent it if they travel to Cinque Terre.

A fantastic place to stay which we would definitely recommend. There’s a great beach less than 15 minutes drive away, a fantastic bakery and a homemade pasta shop both within a 5 minute walk. Both Andrea and his wife were super friendly and gave us some helpful tips.

We loved our stay! The house is beautiful, with attention to every detail and very clean. The location is really top, convenient for everything. Omar was very kind and super helpful from the first contact, he made us feel really welcome. Everything was perfect: we couldn't have asked for more. I chose Andrea's place because our plan was to visit Cinque Terre . It is right in front of the train station so it was very easy to get around , if you go by car the station parking (or at least when we visit) it was complete up to 3 times. We left the car in the blue area of the back streets that were 1€ an hour. The apartment has 1 bedroom and a living room with sofa bed , everything was phenomenal and very new . The only thing I didn't read is a 4º without elevator , but if you're just going to rest like we did, it wasn't a big inconvenience . Andrea was awaiting our arrival at all times, even warned us before chekin's time to be able to access

Such a beautiful spot to stay. It’s perfectly located to walk to water or visit the local restaurants. The place is so adorable and has such a great view relaxing on the patio is the place to be. I would absolutely recommend this place 10/10

I loved the house, very comfortable and clean. Daniele was very attentive, responded quickly to messages and gave us several tips for visits. We went by car, we parked in front of the house, everything went very well.

We were warmly welcomed by Dennis and his dad. The instructions and conversation were clear as they can speak in French and English. The recommendations given on things to see on site were very good and gave us ideas during our stay. We would highly recommend hosting!

It was great staying at Luca’s apartment. Easy to catch the bus to the train or into town to eat. Parking for a rental was convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. This is a good place to launch your adventure in the Cinque Terre. Tip - catch the early trains to beat all the crowds!
