Le Radici Home L'Aquila

Le Radici Home is located in the heart of L'Aquila, close to Piazza Duomo and the city's main attractions. The house is a single structure developed on two levels with an independent entrance. On the ground floor we find the living area with a double sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. On the upper floor is located the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of which is en suite). The large equipped outdoor space is ideal for enjoying tranquility and relaxation.

Old 1800's rural house completely renovated with all comforts located in the outskirts of a small village in the Abruzzo pre-Apennines. 30 minutes by car from the Adriatic coast, 40 minutes from Gran Sasso and Maiella mountains (+2000 mt) and 2 hours by car from Rome. The house is equipped with a wooden deck of 20 m² facing south with views of the valley and the surrounding woods, suitable for outdoor dinners and lunches, yoga, meditation in complete tranquility and privacy.

A few kilometers from the main highway connections and the historic center of Nocciano. Possibility of horseback riding and cycling along the Nora river. A visit to the castle of Nocciano and the hamlet of Villa Badessa, a center of Greco-Byzantine culture, is interesting.
