Nicely furnished,full equipped with air condition, a big outside private pool with hydromassage ( 3.5x11 m) and kitchen area with accessories. The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. Dimore del Cisto è una struttura immersa tra ulivi e macchia mediterranea, la struttura è formata da 2 unità per un totale di 8 posti letto, suddivise in 2 trulli adibiti a camere da letto. A servizio dei quali si trova spazio coperto, aria condizionata, bagno grande in comune per le due camere, cucina abitabile e lavanderia. La seconda unità è invece composta da 2 camere matrimoniali con aria condizionata, bagno in camera e TV, cucina abitabile e zona pranzo esterna.

Romantica Dimora Sui Tetti

Appartamento a 2 livelli con ottime rifiniture, ampio terrazzo con vista cupole delle chiese nei dintorni tra le quali il Duomo di Lecce. Priva di ogni rumore, permette pace e relax a tutte le ore del giorno. Completamente autonoma. Tre bagni, uno con doccia chiusa, uno con doccia aperta. Il terzo bagno, in terrazzo è utilizzabile in estate. Se si vuole utilizzare la seconda camera da letto anche essendo in 2, bisognerà pagare un supplemento di euro 30 al giorno.

Il complesso è parte di una antica masseria ristrutturata dall' Architetto Luca Zanaroli. L'appartamento si trova nel cuore del centro storico di Patù, antistante la storica Piazza Indipendenza a pochi minuti dal mare e dai maggiori centri d’interesse storico e culturali. Informiamo la nostra gentile clientela che nella nostra struttura è presente il rilevatore di gas combustibile ed è igienizzata e sanificata seguendo le linee guida del Ministero della Sanità.
