Holiday rentals with breakfast in Province of Lecco

We have stayed in many Airbnb’s around the world and this was by far the best one we have ever stayed in! Extremely warm welcome on arrival with a glass of Prosecco and some homemade donuts which were delicious. The home was immaculate and super cute, use of the swimming pool was a massive bonus. Each morning we came out to our veranda all setup ready for an incredible breakfast, as soon as we came out to eat we were greeted with cappuccino, scrambled eggs and hams and cheese, each morning made the day feel extra special. We thank our hosts so much. And would 100% come back. Thanks for an unforgettable and enjoyable stay James & Hope.

We (family with a 4 year old and an 8 year old child) have spent a very nice week at Constanza. We had two rooms with two bathrooms on the first floor of the lovingly furnished, rustic stone house, with wonderful views over Lake Como. The house is located on a slope, about 50 meters below the road and about 100 meters above a small beach. From there you can make very nice excursions on Lake Como and Hinerland. Bellano is about 5 minutes away by car. Breakfast was very tasty and sufficient. Constanza is a very loving and attentive hostess. Price/performance ratio is just right. A stay is definitely recommended!

Beautiful apartment with outdoor space where you can eat and relax in the middle of the greenery. The house is very spacious and clean. Antonella has been available for every request.

We stayed with Silvey (and her sweet dog Liebe) in Perledo to wrap up our 20th anniversary trip, and it couldn’t have been a better way to end it. Her son Daniele was also around to help host, and both of them were incredibly kind and thoughtful. Silvey made us breakfast each day and even served us a delicious dinner one night. She truly went above and beyond, even tidying our room and making sure we always had fresh cold water. The room was perfect—clean, private entrance, en suite bathroom, and everything we needed. The outdoor space was something else: infinity pool, hot tub, outdoor dining area, a huge umbrella for shade, and beautiful plants everywhere. The home is tucked among olive trees, and there’s even a wood-burning sauna nestled in them. The view of Lake Como was stunning—one of those sights you just stop and take in. And it’s only a short drive down to Varenna. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful stay with incredibly thoughtful hosts.

There are four of us. We went there to celebrate New Year's Eve. The house is very beautiful, cozy and clean as described. Friendly and helpful host. We'd love to come back.

The location is amazing. Great panoramic views, beautiful hiking opportunities for every taste. The hosts were super friendly and relaxed. In the morning there was a basket of coffee, warm milk, homemade köse and jam outside the door. The decor is loving and simply, even if the inside is smaller than in the photos. Fridge, wifi, hair dryer, Oven and garden furniture - all available. The photos are not fair to the fantastic environment. We will be happy to come back and be a bit in love. Thanks to Giorgio

Perfect place if you like nature, peace and quiet time. I was the only one in the Airbnb and it was good. The terrace is really nice. I really love walking and hiking so this is a perfect spot because there’s lots of steep routes from down in Varenna to Perledo.

We had a very pleasant stay at Giovanni's. The apartment perfectly matched the description: clean, tidy and in impeccable condition. The location, in the charming village of Villa d'Adda, is ideal for those who want to explore the area or enjoy a relaxing weekend, a short distance from Lake Como. Highly recommended, especially for couples looking for tranquility and beauty.

We found this apartment very comfortable with a great view. Keep in mind that you need a car or taxi to bring luggage. There is a steep path down the mountain which we hiked a few times, even in the rain. The towns were quaint and walkable.

Andrea’s place was great for our two families (8 total) and we really enjoyed our time in Bellagio. We would recommend this home for anyone looking to stay in the mid lake area.

What a gem?! This Airbnb gave us the perfect experience of Bellagio the people watching from the terrace was impeccable! We felt like we could be right in the heart of it all even when we were taking a quick rest between visiting villas. It was close access to everything and we found the road leading to the Airbnb easy to travel up and down as it didn’t involve stairs. The views are amazing and can’t be done justice in photos. The most incredible time for our honeymoon we will be recommending to anyone we know visiting Como

We were 6 people at Carmen's and there was plenty of space. Thanks to the two bathrooms, there was no trouble in the morning. The accommodation is huge, very clean and equipped with everything you need. When we arrived, the table was already set for us 6 people. Breakfast was prepared for the next day. Even the refrigerator was filled with juice, milk and yogurt. Later she brought us a freshly baked cake (very, very juicy and delicious) A clear recommendation for all those traveling in the area. We are guaranteed to come again. We have been traveling on Airbnb for a few years, but we have never had such a beautiful, large, clean and equipped accommodation. Once again, many thanks to Carmen for the great experience. We felt very comfortable at her place.

Marina, who was supposed to welcome us, speaks neither English nor German. Therefore, communication was a bit difficult. Otherwise, we were very satisfied with the location and the apartment, the apartment was extremely clean, practical and fully furnished. Thank you very much, we enjoyed the time in Dervio. This was a great option for our group of 10. The rooftop view was spectacular and everything was clean and comfortable. It was an excellent location and breakfast at a local cafe was a lovely touch. We all enjoyed it and would choose it again!

Great little hidden place to catch a break in.

Luca was an amazing host. The breakfast was the highlight of our stay. Luca prepared an amazing spread of eggs, fruits and pastries. The room and bathroom were very clean.

Lesia is a great host, she was very flexible when I asked her to change the appointment of the breakfast or when I arrived late. From Lesia's home Lecco is reachable easily by a local bus. Balcony and livingroom provide great place to have some rest after a day trip. I recommend her home!

Our stay at Marco's apartment was great! The apartment was very clean, tidy, and pleasant, just as advertised. Check in was flexible and convenient, and also at check out Marco made an effort to come towards us as much as he could. Marco himself was available, friendly and patient, and helped us with everything we wanted – even ordering pizza for us and recommended us an excellent cocktail bar that was exactly to our liking! Unfortunately, he was on vacation, so we didn't meet him in person, nor did we get the massage he usually offers to guests. Instead, his lovely parents welcomed us – even though they don't speak English, they welcomed us with a huge smile, with a big heart and a real willingness to communicate and help, which was very exciting. The surroundings of the apartment were picturesque, quiet and relaxed, with a lovely view of the lake and a sense of nature. There's a supermarket within walking distance and a train station, and it's very convenient. We chose to arrive by car, and it definitely gave us freedom of movement and flexibility, but you can definitely get by without a car – depending on your travel style. In conclusion – warm, personal and pleasant hosting, in an apartment that offers real tranquility. I highly recommend it!

I can strongly recommend C'era Una Volta to anyone planning on visiting Varenna, or the Lake Como area more generally. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood at the top of a hill overlooking the lake valley. While the steepness of the hill may be daunting, it is easily accessed using the local (D21) bus system and the (free!) night bus service, which stops about a 5 minute walk from the B&B. I found the room to be quite comfortable, even if I wasn't the target audience for the old-timey theming. The breakfast was complete, with cereal, fruit, eggs, cheese, cold cuts, etc. But the star of the stay was Alessandro. Even before I arrived, he reached out with extensive information on the best way to get to the location from Varenna. When I arrived, I was immediately offered a drink and conversation. He refused to let me leave in the morning without breakfast, even though this meant preparing the meal two hours in advance. It's hard to even imagine a more proactive (yet tactful) host.

I can highly recommend this place! Lori made us feel at home from the moment we came there. It’s a very beatiful place and Lori is amazing.
