Holiday rentals with beach access in Province of Lecco

We stayed in apartment 2 for 3 nights. The location was perfect for us - direct access to the lake just across the street. We were both on the public beach section and on the private terrace with direct lake access. Everything you need for a few days' vacation was available in the apartment. Only 5 min. walk to the center of Onno, where a few restaurants can also be found. We especially liked the quiet location, without much tourist hustle and bustle. We were very happy and would book the place again at any time.

The appartment was perfectly situated in the heard of Vassena, modern, cosy and perfectly clean, with all the amenities nedded. You have a marvellous view over the lake, the little deck for the boats going to Belaggio is just 50m away and there is an excellent restaurant onthe ground level of the building. Belaggio is 15min by car or by bus, the bus stop is on the main street 50m away. Sara is an exceptional host. She is kind, helpful and cares very much for your comfort and how to make your stay at the Lake Como the most pleasant and unforgettable. She will give you all the information nedded and perfect recommendations for anything you would like do during your stay. We thank you so much Sara and would surely come again to your place in the future! Highly recommended!

Roberta’s home is AMAZING! It’s spacious, in a great location, and has the best view especially for sunset. We loved being right at the edge of city center and a quieter space to relax while being no more than 10 min walk to the furthest restaurant. Don’t forget to look at Roberta’s beautiful paintings around the house and stop at her shop down the road! We’ll certainly stay here again.

Alessandra was absolutely amazing, not only while we were there, but leading up to our stay. It felt like we made a friend in Italy. She was friendly, communicative, and helpful! The airline lost our bags and she kept checking in to see if we had an update. She truly went above and beyond! The Airbnb was so clean and welcoming! Right across the street from Lake Como! Beautiful area! Would recommend to anyone!

Just a 15ish minute walk down to downtown bellagio. Or you can catch the bus (the stop right next to the apartment) and that takes less than 5 mins. Pool was quite nice. Interior of the apartment was clean and well kept. Host was responsive and nice.

We stayed at Francesca’s home for the first part of our honeymoon. Prior to our stay, we found Francesca to be very attentive, responsive and lovely to chat with. Her home is beautiful and is in a lovely area on Lake Como. There are many restaurants in walking distance as well as the town beach and a beach bar. The views are spectacular and the access to the beach is excellent. We would recommend this stay to anyone.

Innocenta and Fabio’s sparkling, spacious apartment was the perfect base for a wonderful stay in Varenna on Lake Como. The apartment itself is beautiful with everything we needed - a great bathroom, abundance of towels, shampoo etc and a well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable bed. Everything was spotless and the attention to detail was amazing. Innocenta and Fabio provided a lot of food and snacks and a delicious apperitivo and nibbles to welcome us. The apartment has a garden for the use of guests with lovely outdoor furniture and a panoramic view of Lake Como. To make this place even more wonderful, Innocenta and Fabio made such an effort to help and advise us - their friendly hospitality added so much value to our experience. Thank you for your kindness and for making our stay so memorable.

It would be a sin to write anything bad about the host and the place he offers. We arrived on Sunday afternoon and it was very difficult to find a parking space, but Francesca found us and offered a private underground parking, so we drove around the area stress-free. Francesca is a very nice, cordial person who explained everything to us in detail, transport, where to shop, places worth visiting, so we could focus more on relaxation. As for the place of stay, I will say honestly, despite the beautiful surroundings, it felt so good there that sometimes it was hard to leave😀. Clean, neat, the house is decorated in a very stylish way. Coffee on the balcony in the morning, pure pleasure. The beach is a 5-minute walk, the garage is 3 minutes, so you can go without a plan, because even if you suddenly change your mind, it does not involve tedious planning. The area is a fairy tale! First time visiting Veranna. Great location; 5 minute walk to train station and less than 5 minutes to ferry. House was well stocked and cozy. Lovely garden. Perfect for family of five.

Really great place and excellent setting. Friendly and always available host. Private fenced yard with sun loungers and shade, beach across the road 20 meters. (Note: Stony beach, swimming shoes recommended). Parking space in the yard. There are a few restaurants nearby and a few in the center, about 600 m. There is also a port. By boat to Bellagio or Lecco. However, be prepared as if you were going to a cottage, as there is no grocery store in Onno, the nearest one is 10 km away. A car is necessary. An ideal place for those who value peace and privacy.

We stayed in this very nice apartment for 8 days. The terrace with the magnificent view over the lake and into the mountains is really wonderful. Unfortunately, the weather was not as we had hoped. Communication with Laura and Carla was excellent. Everything worked out very well. Thank you for that. The area in the north of Lake Como is quieter than that in the south and the places in the mountains are worth visiting. We will remember the Ristorante in Livo very well, as well as the venerable Romanesque church of Santa Maria del Tiglio in Gravedona.

Very nice, clean apartment. We felt very comfortable. The apartment had all the amenities and you could start the excursions very well. Gladly again!

We had such a wonderful time with Roberto. We actually have a new friend now as we enjoyed his company so very much. He was so generous and kind and always helpful. We hope that we can return someday and spend time at his lovely home. We appreciate everything he did for us so very much.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was within easy walking distance of the train and ferry stations and the old town center. The view from the patio and living room was lovely. One day was rainy, but the covered parts of the patio and open doors from the living room made for relaxing lake and mountain views, even in the rain. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was handy for cooking a couple dinners, and the washing machine was small but convenient for a couple quick loads. Communication and check-in went smoothly. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay. Arriving by ferry, almost opposite the apartment, Gian was waiting to greet us. The apartment is just as described, perfect for a few nights. Gian offered us lots of suggestions, including tips for the hiking we planned to do up the mountain, which was amazing. A beautiful place to stay.

Clean accommodation, very well located for visiting Lake Como. We could park nearby. All amenities nearby (the lakefront is super well equipped). We enjoyed renting bikes, a stone's throw from the accommodation... to take a trip to Lake Garlate. I would highly recommend it!

Great place to stay in Varenna! Beautiful apartment with great recommendations and booklets left in the apartment. Locality wise it was perfect with being right beside the train station and walking distance of the ferry. Very nice local restaurants. We had a great stay. 5 stars from us :)

An apartment is in a great location, walkable from train station to lake. Everything was as described, it was clean and there is a good noise cancellation from outside when windows are closed. Matteo was responsive and friendly, shared a list of food places recommendations nearby. Thank you for an amazing stay!
