Independent apartment (45sqm) on the ground floor in a villa where the owners live. Very quiet area with the possibility of taking walks but also close to the historic center of Lucca (5 km) and the Lucchesi hills where there are many historic villas (5/7 km). The apartment consists of a kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom and storage room. Outside there is a garden, courtyard with table, and covered parking space. The property is fenced, the entrance gate is shared with the owners.
