We had an absolutely wonderful week in this house in Italy. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome basket filled with delicacies prepared by our hosts, including a freshly made cake, simply delicious! A delicate touch that set the perfect tone for our stay. The house is superb, perfectly equipped and offers all the comforts necessary for a carefree stay. The setting is exceptional. From the terrace, we were able to enjoy stunning views of the Italian countryside, ideal for unforgettable moments of relaxation. The serenity of the place allowed us to disconnect completely and savor every moment. Our hosts were very available, always ready to answer any questions we had or resolve any concerns. We leave with our hearts filled with wonderful memories and with the certain desire to return. Thanks for the exceptional hospitality.

An enchanting place immersed in the quiet of the Marche hills: an authentic oasis of peace, ideal for those looking for relaxation, nature and beauty. The house is beautiful — spacious, bright, perfectly clean and furnished with a refined taste that combines simplicity and warmth. Every detail conveys care and love for the welcome. Vincenzo and Nicoletta are exceptional hosts: present, always available for a tip or a chat, but never intrusive. You feel their passion and the pleasure of sharing this little slice of paradise with guests. A restorative stay, which we highly recommend to anyone who wants to slow down, enjoy breathtaking views, and feel at home even away from home.

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

The listing is as described. The view from the terraces is beautiful and from May we were able to have breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. The apartment is a little old but perfect for 2 people. Please note that the spiral staircase leading to the bedroom is quite steep and access by car is not very easy. Sometimes from the terrace you can hear the road, which is quite busy, but it's not at all annoying inside the house. Poalo is a very pleasant, kind and responsive host who was able to perfectly respond to our requests even if his English is basic. He was very flexible with arrival and departure times.

We were very well received by Ilaria and her mother. The explanations were perfect and complete. Accommodation was as described, large, clean, quiet and well-equipped. The surrounding area is gorgeous. thanks for everything.

Elena was very punctual and precise in giving me the right directions to find the accommodation, which is located in the heart of Umbria and in a pleasantly isolated and therefore quiet area. The house was clean and tidy and matched with the photos . Various directions from the host inside the apartment made the night simple. A note of merit for the presence of a cabinet where we found books, comics , but also crayons and sheets for children to have fun. Elena also showed us a small restaurant in the area where we had a great dinner Finally, I recommend the apartment as a base to visit the many attractions of the area.

Even before we left the UK Fabio had made contact and made sure that everything was in place for our visit. On arrival the house and the views are stunning. The house is very large and spacious. It is very well equipped with everything we could have needed. It has a very large garden with the most stunning views. The garden is also gated which gives reassurance and secure parking. Beautiful accommodation with a well-maintained property and many beautiful opportunities to enjoy nature! The view from the pool to the Marche countryside was unbeatable!! The hosts Wendy and Paul were very nice!!

It was the most wonderful holiday and especially we want to highlight the surroundings and in the house but also Frediano who was in charge of helping us with contact with restaurants, etc. He helped us a lot, and since we were a larger group of different families, we also had different needs so that had to be adjusted from time to time. We can recommend a stay here at any time, we felt completely at home and want to come back in five years. Thanks to Frediano again, you were a huge help to us!

My stay at Loredana’s house was fantastic! The house was cozy, the bed was soft, and the area was beautiful. Loredana was an amazing host—she was very friendly and supported us with anything we needed. She also prepare breakfast for us in advance, which was such a thoughtful touch. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! The place was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking mountain view from the swimming pool — absolutely stunning and peaceful. Paolo (Stefanie’s husband) is a fantastic hosts — incredibly friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. He gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which made our trip even more memorable. And all of this with an excellent english. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended — we’d love to come back!

We felt right at home at Giardini degli Ulive. Anna was very welcoming and helpful with her suggestions. She is a responsive host that enters into relation with discreteness and it was a pleasure getting to know her and her family. The house is very sunny, bright, clean and its location ideal. We had a FANTASTIC weekend! We were very well received by Luca, in a house that is extremely well kept, in the smallest details both inside and out! Each attention is very delicate. Le Cana is an oasis of peace, tranquility and beauty among hills, valleys, villages and the sea, in an area that offers many activities. Thank you very much!!

Stayed at the Lemonvilla while visiting family in Ripatranstone and San Benedetto. The villa was absolutely gorgeous - photos do not do justice. Private and remote feeling (but still close to town) we felt at home staying at the villa. All 7 of us had enough space. Marcus was proactive and accommodating before the trip started - providing recommendations before we arrived. We hope to return!

A recently and tastefully remodeled country house with everything needed. Spacious and well laid-out. Beautiful view over the hills. Nice pool. Quiet. Relatively far from shops, etc, in nearby towns. Landscaping ‘in progress’. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

we have ha a great stay. unfortunately there were works going on at the house next door. due a miscommunication the gardener did pop up to do the grass 3 hours of noice. for the rest location is superb. people in Pontano are really friendly.

Have just spent a fabulous week at Casa Margherita. Absolutely beautiful house with fantastic gardens and breathtaking views. Pool was used every day despite the slightly cooler weather. Fausto was so friendly and helpful. The property had everything we needed and easily accommodated 6 adults and 4 teenagers. Plenty of spaces to socialise or relax on your own. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back.

Mirella saved our trip to Umbria when we were misled by another home rental company about the accommodations and had to find another place last minute. We were SO happy and lucky to find this hidden gem. They were super kind and helpful, the house is exactly as described, and the charm/personality of the family is present throughout.
