Świetne, dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie, z pieknym widokiem. W rzeczywistości jest wieksze niz na zdjęciach. Bardzo czysto, mieszkanie jest zadbane i przytulne. Najlepiej dotrzec do niego samochodem, ale pieszo tez nie jest najgorzej. Zeby dotrzec do przystanku aquasanta trzeba przejść tunelem pod ulicą, skad autobus zabiera nas do samego centrum. Raffaella szybko odpowiada na wiadomosci, a zameldownie bardzo sprawne. Bardzo polecam!

Siamo rimasti nell'appartamento di Emanuele per tre notti ed è stata un'ottima esperienza! Alloggio super pulito, accogliente e spazioso. Letti molto comodi, cosa che ci ha permesso di riposare bene dopo le escursioni! Casa molto calda grazie a dei condizionatori e stufe elettriche. Cucina ben attrezzata con le stoviglie, pentole ecc. Tutti essenziali forniti inclusi saponi e shampoo. La terrazza immensa dove ammirare sia le montagne sia il mare e passare del tempo piacevolmente! Istruzioni del check in molto chiari e precisi. Comunicazione con host ottima! Davanti a casa c'è il posto per parcheggiare la macchina, che è molto comodo. Paesino piccolo ma molto carino! Ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. È stata veramente una bella vacanza. Assolutamente da ritornare se ci dovessimo ritrovare in zona.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Enricas Wohnung in San Terenzo. Wir haben uns direkt willkommen und super wohl gefühlt. Enrica ist eine sehr liebe, zuvorkommende und zuverlässige Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns direkt in die gemütliche Wohnung verliebt. Alles was beispielsweise zum kochen benötigt wird ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Zum Strand benötigt man nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß und auch ein Supermarkt ist quasi direkt vor der Tür. Wir würden uns jederzeit freuen, die Wohnung wieder buchen zu dürfen und bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Enrica für die gute Zeit und Gastfreundschaft!

Me, my husband and our baby stayed for a week and it felt like home! Everything was organized and facilities made our life easy. Especially that I have a baby, it was very convenient to cook, wash, sleep and feel like home. The location is perfect: lots of things to do, quiet, safe, clean and walkable.

Great experience in Italy - me and my family really enjoyed the stay. Never managed to get bored as there is so much to do in the area around the town. The parking space was really helpful 👌Special thanks to our lovely hosts who were sooo helpful and easy going. Grazie and see you next time guys

Damiano es un anfitrión excelente: muy amable, disponible, simpático, claro y serio. Desde el primer momento fue muy fácil comunicarse con él. El apartamento está genial, en pleno centro de Sarzana, un pueblo acogedor y lleno de vida los fines de semana. La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de bares, restaurantes y de la estación de tren, ideal para visitar las Cinque Terre. También hay plazas de aparcamiento gratuito (zonas blancas) cerca de la estación. El apartamento es muy limpio, con un baño precioso, una cocina completamente equipada y habitaciones cómodas. Todo estuvo perfecto, ¡repetiríamos sin dudarlo!

After having some issues getting a bus to the accommodation, Arturo kindly picked us up when we arrived in La Spezia and took us to the accomodation. He then went through the house tour and everything there is to do and see in La Spezia with very good recommendations of restaurants and places to visit in the surrounding areas. He was also very welcoming and pleasant to converse with. The house had everything we needed and was very clean with a comfortable bed and lovely alfresco. The view from this house was incredible and I could not recommend Arturo and this accomodation enough. Definitely helped us ease into our trip. Lastly, Arturo drove us to our next bus which made it more easier for us and we greatly appreciated it.

Wir waren zwei Familien mit insgesamt 5 kleinen Kindern. Die Terasse, welche man abschliessen kann ist super dafür, dass die Kinder einen Moment aleine spielen können. Die Unterkunft ist super für mehrere Parteien, da die Zimmer alle verteilt sind und alle ein eigenes Bad haben. Tim und seine Mutter waren immer sehr höfflich und hilfsbereit, wenn wir etwas brauchten.

Een heerlijk verblijf gehad met zijn 2’en. Het “complex” (er zijn 8 appartementen verdeeld over het terrein) is via een smal paadje te bereiken, wat afgelegen op een heuvel. Grote voordeel heeft het schitterende uitzicht op zee en het dorp. Klein nadeel is de afstand tot het dorp, naar beneden +- 20 minuten, omhoog +- 30 minuten. De kortste route is door een vrij afgelegen pad. Helaas rijden er s’avonds weinig tot geen taxi’s in deze periode. De kamer is netjes, schoon en Matteo en zijn moeder zijn heel zorgzaam en attent, alle liefde voor hen! Als je gemakkelijk het strand wilt bereiken zou ik dit appartement niet kiezen. Als rustplek om lekker per auto de buurt te verkennen en te genieten van het zwembad zeker wel. Matteo bedankt voor alles en wellicht tot een volgende keer! X Glenn & Eef

Luogo da sogno. Se si cerca pace e bellezza non ci sono paragoni: l'isola di Palmaria, specie la sera, è un'oasi di pace molto speciale. Vicina ma staccata dalla terraferma, molto romantica. La casa di Manuela è piccola, compatta e perfetta per esplorare...La sorella di Manuela che ha una casa proprio a fianco, è stata gentilissima e ospitale, spiegandoci la storia della casa e i molti segreti dell'isola. Consigliato per famiglie o spiriti soliitari e curiosi!

This is a gem of a place. The name says “Tiny” but it is not tiny at all. It’s very spacious! Good location, close to nice beaches. Large supermarket close by. Very quiet compound. Inside was cool despite blistering heat outside. Fantastic amenities. Everything we needed and more. Will come again and will recommend others ;)

Fabrizia ist eine großartige Gastgeberin. Man fühlt sich wohl im Haus, und hat von den Schlafzimmern aus eine wunderschöne Aussicht! Der Garten ist phantastisch, vor allem um gemütlich zu kochen und die Abende zu genießen. Vielen Dank!

Rientrati oggi dopo 4 giorni di soggiorno presso l'appartamento di Alessandro! Tutto più che perfetto, siamo stati benissimo! Ottima posizione e dotato di tutti i confort! Il giardino recintato poi una super chicca! Assolutamente consigliato!! Grazie!!

Maison dans un petit village au calme, perchée dans les montagnes avec un joli point de vue. Melania est très agréable, de bons conseils et le logement est propre. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Idéal pour faire les 5 terres en trains au départ de La SPEZIA. Voiture obligatoire pour y accéder.

This is the best and most priceworthy Airbnb I've stayed in. I loved my stay in Nicolettas house. I visited Punta Pinada, Riomaggiore and Porto Venere but my favorite days were the ones spent in Biassa laying in the breezy bedroom listening to the neighborhood lives, sitting and reading on the brick wall looking over the village, having coffee at A butega, walking around the little alleys, eating dinner at Locanda del Gallese or the pizzeria and having a glass of whine on the balcony. Really Biassa has everything you can ask for. It's the perfect picturesque Italian village. The house is right in the center of Biassa, less than a minute to walk to the A butega, Tabacchi, pizzeria or Locanda del Gallese. Nicolettas son and his wife and their kids live right next door and welcomed me when I arrived. Nicoletta checked up on me several times during my stay to make sure everything was good. Hoping to come back to Biassa and Ca' Meia.

Alloggio perfetto, grande e ben fornito di tutti i confort. A pochi passi dal mare, dal centro e da negozi/supermercato. Dotato di spazio esterno con tavolo e piccolo giardino, perfetto per chi come noi ha alloggiato con un cane (accettato senza il minimo problema). esperienza ottima!

What a BEAUTIFUL place to stay! We would definitely love to return.Andreas was so incredibly helpful,generous and welcoming. The cats were extremely friendly and as animal-lovers, we adored time with them. The scenery is absolutely incredible! Andreas gave us fresh eggs from his hens for breakfast - a lovely gesture. The bed was sooo comfy too. We only had a brief stay, but managed to squeeze in swimming in the pool and time drinking in the sheer peace. Andreas told us about a natural spring close by where we enjoyed collecting our water daily. Thankyou Andreas for making our stay such a special one. Very kind regards. Jane and family.

Séjour de 2 nuits très agréable à Ricco di Golfo. Le logement est cosy et très mignon, et l'hôtesse très accueillante et aimable. La Spezia est à 10 minutes et Pise n'est pas loin. Nous recommandons le logement !

The apartment was amazing - comfortable, cosy, clean, nicely decorated and furnished. The location is perfect, super close to the train station so you can easily visit Cinque Terre, close to Coop (supermarket), also walking distance to the city centre to go to restaurants, stores and marina. Alessandra was very communicative from the start, gave us local recommendations and advice, very kind. We highly recommend staying here!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Matteo. Nous avons eu le meilleur accueil de tout notre séjour en Italie: nous avons eu une arrivée tardive (21h30) et c'est la mère et le père de Matteo qui nous ont fait visiter le logement en nous expliquant comment tout fonctionnait. Mieux encore : nous avions tout le nécessaire pour nous faire notre premier souper et petit-déjeuné. C'était vraiment le highlight de notre séjour. C'est également très près de tout, environ 10 minutes de marche de la gare, des épiceries, des restaurants, etc. Nous avons eu un petit pépin et Matteo a appeler sa mère qui est arrivée en moins de 5 minutes. WoW, ça c'est du service :)! Voici une liste rapide de nos impressions. Pros : - Accueil incroyable +++ - Air climatisée dans tout le logement - Cuisine très fonctionnelle - Très spacieux - Accessible partout à la marche Cons : - la porte de la douche devra peut-être être réparée. C'est le Airbnb qui nous fait réellement sentir "home away from home"! Merci ++++

We loved staying at Adriana’s Air B&B! The building was very historical and it was fun to ride in the antique elevator. The apartment had everything you’d need and felt very comfortable. The location is very close to the train station, the building has an excellent convenience store/bakery at the bottom level and around the corner is a grocery store. We felt like we had a true Italian experience with local spots to eat very nearby. Adriana was a wonderful host and took the time to get us acquainted with the apartment when we arrived. She also was very prompt on responding to any questions we had. Would highly recommend this Air B&B.

George was a great host, provided all the information we needed and helped us. The place was clean, easily accessible and very nice to stay in.

Le logement est confortable et agréable, nous nous y sommes très bien sentis. La place de stationnement est un vrai plus pour le confort du séjour.
